hello everyone and welcome to another eboyz video today we're going to be doing some baking but we need a judge so today we've invited the most famous baker we know yes lads i'm here to be the judge i am the new mary berry you've got one hour similar to a baby give me some confidence anyways you got one hour to bake me the best cake possible okay we're messing about here we're starting in three two one i'm hungry and i want some cake so yes welcome to the great e-boys bake-off so i was in charge of organizing this week's video and because of that i also had the complete authority to choose what everyone else bakes so today george will be baking a millionaire shortbread alex a giant jam tart the biggest recipe for a jam tart that i could possibly find will we'll be baking some bourbon biscuit brownies and i will be making a modern twist of the victoria sponge but before we get into the video we'd just like to say once again we recently started a podcast channel go and listen to that if for from the start who who's going to come last who's coming last i'm not saying yet but i know from the start good luck thank you mate so today i've got some baking parchment uh we're going to be lining this with some butter put a baking tray in the oven to heat up i've done that on a lightly floured surface where i like two-thirds of the pastry flour i'm the only person who doesn't have flour [ __ ] that's me i've taken them very very well today what did you say nothing you need flour no i've got something now you e boys here are different you're a different breed they've shopped at mns no he's chopped m s not hard a lightly floured surface throw out two-thirds of the pastry okay yeah just don't use much because george needs that no he doesn't oh [ __ ] oh you're an actual idiot in some of a pastry so that's about i don't have a measuring one i've made something genuinely pogba's here another [ __ ] scale good technique thank you i copied it off george [Laughter] sprinkle with cinnamon yeah i'm a big fan of cinnamon a big fan have you done cinnamon challenge like a big fat whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa you said you're a big fan that's probably enough i'd say i do need to do something well it's a cinnamon challenge so how much you're gonna do for a second like this so you just go oh are you acting up man no it's bad it's bad please stop that's my bobbins you can be the just it's an easy job i'm really struggling now i'm not going to lie it's not really funny you folded over pre-made pastry right it's not even look how uneven is you meant to roll it put it here no no hard this is this is taking effort i almost dropped it god damn this is not easy for you so i'm doing a victorious part oh we're using biscoff instead of jab interesting decision yeah just wasn't feeling jammed today and uh my masterpiece is in its early stages as you could see it's time to go in for 40 minutes everyone so let's see how this comes out here no oh my god it's at an angle i don't care it won't put it on the top shelf 40 minutes i'm done that is stressing me out right it's gonna be good it's all gonna fall off you can literally see it leaking over the edge no it does not matter it's gonna be fine you're gonna break the other why did i give myself this i'm going to be here for an hour just are these edible stickers so basically i've been left over with a bunch of stickers i think they're edible at least i hope they're edible i'm eating them though james have a scramble on one of these i'm not doing it man i don't do that hard stuff it tastes great man look just because you're finished doesn't need to mean you need to [ __ ] ruin my bake out of my shop your bike see this this [ __ ] perfection this is this is this is an artist at work look at this get this you get in here john look at that melting it and there's some water underneath i know what i'm doing right second place i'll hold that down well i'm not gonna lie that is looking impressive i think i've done a job yeah yeah see wait you're making two layers in the middle and then in the middle it's gonna be biscoff and double cream on the top i'm gonna do a layer of biscoff and then some this decorations oh it's it's a lost cause of heart it's not mate it's [ __ ] not and you keep on saying that and it sounds pissed me off like i've put everything into that you've not made anything mate i have it's just a little [ __ ] it's [Laughter] jam but like that looks like it can give you it's [ __ ] no it's fine man behind me i'm kept i've kept my head we're staying calm we're staying cool we're gonna make the finish line and uh contest jimbo over there now this is a cake this is a cake [Laughter] okay yeah excellent excellent i'll turn it down a little bit there we go i'll leave that for five minutes moments later oh yes talk to me this is juicy this side of the table is so much better than the other side i can't lie never started nick she looks like a bombs got off have you punched the game no i didn't touch the [ __ ] cake that's something unless you didn't touch the cake there's no proof of me touching okay i did not touch the cake on the cake theo did it did you touch the cake no i did i did i didn't i'm gonna hurt you so it says theo right i've got to whisk these together until they turn pale doubled in volume and leaves a trail when you pull out i love leaving a trailer horrible i brown on the outside yeah yeah yeah i apply hope to this okay i think i'm pretty much done i just need to wait for that to cool presentation-wise it's a it's awful but if it tastes good once it gets is fine i'll be okay [ __ ] it out i think this is really taking it all out of us here all right now i finished early so i've decided that i'm going to go out and visit them and get to know them i don't know where they are i was told they were oh here they are look at this how are you doing mate i've just made a lovely cake no eggs used don't worry and no chicken anyway uh vegetarian james that is it that's not that's not like a positive for me i'm just trying to give him extra points if he has a gold face you know what i'll give you an extra six points oh well yeah well i was out of here it does [ __ ] up it's just a little bit shiny that that's not 14 points that's 14 points and you've got that on camera 12. all right 12 i'll take 12. that's 12 points i mean i'm going to get i'm going to get 12 points in this challenge that's great all right there we go cake done that's nice nice good effort thanks smashed it that's actually like can't tell if it's settled i think that's gone we'll find out i think it i think it has it it has on the outside was he chatting [ __ ] about my presentation a minute ago i think he was oh chief that looks good oh my god okay okay a little bit burnt around the edges but nothing a bit of icing sugar oh my oh well [Applause] all right time is up boys i gotta say three of you done a great job from what i've seen so far let's start with george okay all right so out of ten for taste and out of ten four looks yes out of twenty i think it looks cheap genuinely it looks like we have a little bit more to let it set pristine 10 out of 10. but we're top we're limited with time limited time for a millionaire shortbread nine for looks honestly honestly yeah no i can't i i can't knock it it looks like a millionaire shortbread and you mocked it earlier you ready yeah go on you know what i'll give credit where credit is due that's a solid 7 out of ten for taste nice 16 out of 20. 16 out of 20. that mean come on okay good effort next up we've got the stinker alex so technically you need four points to be george yeah because you've got a bonus 12. you're going to have are you higher up yet i'm in bullied or is it just you just giving me it like that uh honestly obviously i think that duck's marks for presentation he hasn't given edible bites where's the knife why is it nice alex i'm not actually i'm not even joking there's no point you're cutting this look appearance it looks like a turd you've got at least try it mate oh i'm not trying that i hate jelly would you give me a jab alex alex this might be a good time to come clean and say james new for your hits johnny i'm sorry set you up accordingly why did james actually know that setting up this video i was told by theo don't bake anything with jam so i changed my recipe it looked before the candles on it now it's it's a good comeback story now they've both georges and james look i have been our families look really good but it comes down to taste right there you go oh you know what actually i'm going to revise my looks the outside looks a bit [ __ ] like the side i understand i'll give you an eight i'll give you i understand that i think you could have done a bit of icing around the edges oh yeah i genuinely that is insane okay you've got eight on looks i'm giving you a ten out of ten for today mate dry it try it yeah it's ten for two tastes good night january that's good man yeah you're doing a good job there it's about on par [ __ ] hell we've done a video going right thank you so much for your greatness so you've got 18. william right for you it comes down to this that looks like chocolate heaven with a little snow on it even better it's a little rough around the edges but this is a good last one now because when i give george four looks you gave me a nine that's a bit outrageous for me i can't lie is um a nine or a ten does it look better than the millionaire shortbread you have to say it does if i'd given him a seven i'll be giving you an eight but i gave him a nine so i have to give you a ten yes it's maths but i'm gonna have to be critical on the on the tape yeah a nice crunchy in the outside chewy oh it breaks off lovely it's quite dark in the center oh oh no oh that's not high that's not high oh no that's not a guy no no he's taking it in well if you had to cook this for about five minutes less [Music] tastes good don't get me wrong yeah the texture i'm disappointed with oh see what i mean it tastes good all right you know when you want like a gooey brownie you need a nine to win and an eight to draw i'm so gutted you know because it it's so awesome it was up there for hopes and it tastes good but the texture is just a bit [ __ ] have you lose to the millionaire shortbread i'm gonna have to give you an eight thank you thank you very much that means he's wrong that's a draw what do you mean we both got 18. yes should there be a tie breaker wait you both drew yeah i think there should be a tie breaker
