there's one client in particular that i'm very eager to take on and that is lionel lionel has very specific tastes when it comes to vacation living with our plot selected i'm ready to get started what's becoming clear to me is that when it comes to using the restroom lionel takes this very very seriously and i know a lot of people have already taken on lionel as a client in happy home paradise i have a different take though so for now we're not going to use the three items that were meant to use as part of this build they'll make an appearance later we need a professional setup so i'm going to get a standard toilet and i'm going to place it prominently in the middle of the room this request for a restroom refuge shows me that lionel is very proud and confident so i'm going to use this as the accent wall having these nice big windows provides an excellent vantage point from anyone who's traveling from afar think of it as a vip section because everybody else just paid general admission let's put down an appropriate floor and roll out the red carpet all right that's the interior done now the exterior needs to look professional okay lionel is a professional athlete and the walk-up needs to be nothing less than epic and by request that's where the tankless toilet comes in oh sorry did i say toilet we need to properly outfit our vip section we need to be sure to rope it off as well i've also set up a public restroom for visitors as well as a professional training facility with our arena complete there's only one thing left to do [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] looks like another job well done and i think we created a venue that's gonna bring in a lot of money for a long time to come as for me it's on to my next client so don't forget to subscribe and we'll see in the next
