The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Episode 3 Reaction | Power Broker | EMoney and the Old Man

hey all you marvel geeks out there emoney and the old man back with you again here to watch another episode of falcon and the winter soldier so before we get started today i first want to say sorry for being so late getting this video out you know it's been a busy day on friday you're a slacker family stuff but anyways so uh last week we had the falcon and the winter soldier decide that they were gonna pay a visit to baron zemo and uh also the new we got introduced to the new captain america and his sidekick battle star and we saw them in action um a little less than impressed because you know he's taking on super soldiers and the new captain america is not a super soldier so uh you know i mean i give him props for having large cajones yeah i mean he knows how the shield works that's something but uh you know he's having trouble competing against these new super soldiers all right so uh i always ask you guys to send in your comments and fan theories into the uh channel and you guys always manage to do that so this is the time where i read uh viewer comments all right so uh dwayne morris says duane gives us a isaiah bradley bio was known as the first black captain america in the timeline of the 1940s he was part of an all-black military platoon who were subjected to harsh experimentation and injected with super soldier serum in an effort to replicate steve's abilities isaiah and his battalion were then shipped off to germany to fight nazis so that's a bio from the comic books uh from what they told us in the show isaiah was sent off in korea that was the first time they used him in combat in this version all right so uh soccer tl says uh you know a lot of people are giving the new captain america a lot of hate so uh soccer tl says i can't fault the new cap he is just a soldier doing what his government has asked him to do so i don't hate the guy and can see his point that they would be stronger as a team just like the avengers were red tape or not i feel they should have worked together and sam and bucky would just do what they need to do when the time comes why create more enemies in situations like this well i mean looking at it from sam and bucky's point of view this guy's stepping into some big big shoes and it's going to be hard for for new cap to get their respect and i get that well you know sam gave him the shoes so you know or he practically did so you know you don't see him right yeah i mean you know that was the right move i mean you don't want to accept this guy but you hand it in the shield or practically hand him the shield anyway so like you can't you know play both sides here sam yeah also uh on this situation you know i know people don't like the new captain america and you know honestly i don't think he's gonna last but you know all you you know haters and trolls out there separate the actor from the character okay the actor took a part he's doing a job okay don't like oh i have nothing but respect for the actor i think he's doing a great job yeah i mean a lot of times when they don't like the character people give hate to the actor so yeah don't don't do that okay i mean the the actor you know he took a job you know you would jump at a chance to be a part of the mcu just like anybody else so over the years we've met many an actor at conventions who was a villain shoot i'd give him the highest praise because if you can if you play a villain that everybody hates you're doing your job right so uh you know people be cool all right and then finally malik flowers says this episode was fire but the scene that hit me hard was isaiah bradley 30 years of jail that's tough he didn't do anything and i don't know why the cops thought falcon was doing something he wasn't and the cool thing about this episode is another young avengers elijah bradley so uh after doing a little bit of research i didn't know this first time we watched it isaiah bradley's grandson in that scene is elijah bradley who will he's supposed to become the patriot in the young avengers young avengers yeah that makes sense you know as for falcon you know catching heat for the two street cops mm-hmm welcome to america yeah sad but true yeah um but it's funny that the white guy got locked up yeah i mean you guys appreciate that well with the the young avengers i mean the mcu seems to drag their feet forming any super teams that aren't the avengers i mean you seen the x-men no you see any fantastic four no you see any young avengers and maybe just a little hint of it but uh yeah you know get uh i mean everything about the mcu is pretty cool but uh let's get the ball rolling on those other teams you know all right so that is viewer comments for this week be sure to send in new ones for this episode you will have to become someone you claim is gone gotta be the winner soldier again what are they gonna do we have to do something about this they're gonna do that with them only [Music] are they his he's liking it so he has to appear to be under zemo's control right right there's another case of if you know who he is so why would you go after him tell us what you know about the super soldiers cause attention so i don't know okay you know who he is yeah recognize him don't you this is baron zemo i know you've heard of him too yeah you're in deep [ __ ] in here buddy you seem like a pretty smart guy make me a better offer talk and i don't shoot you in the face all right so not super soldiers oh no he went down way too easy if there were super soldiers okay okay he's deaf now yeah that hurts giving her her best fight scene so far but mine was going to be different no clunky machines or jacked up bodies mine oh so that explains the the flag smashers and they look just like normal dudes yeah they're not juiced up like steve was i heard about this how many vials did you make 20. ouch the other army morgan just 12 floating around y'all forgetting somebody but she she told you guys that she needs help out there right don't do it nope no why do bad guys do this instead of doing the quick peek just step on out there no okay one problem solved i guess the problem solved [Music] but can't play well together [Music] no has he ever been a good guy that's good let's go oh that was one hell of a reunion come back to the stage come on karma's a [ __ ] what if she's the power broker uh oh she like sharon's the power would that be something you don't think they had anything to do with them getting out no no you seriously think sam and buster would have broken her down like samuel out of prison that's exactly what i think they did they were just as desperate for the ladies so you know not stupid or something like that without evidence that's why you and i are just gonna maybe i made a mistake people don't think yeah he's been saying that put it in the museum maybe i should have destroyed it that show represents a lot of things to a lot of people including me it's like you don't respect camp anymore upside down thanks good work taurus came back with him already it was quick please don't play she died in riga no [Music] kind of started to like her now well you're uh you're irredeemable now someone's uh leaving him breadcrumbs i guess that depends on what those things are i was wondering when you're [Music] well khan is not happy about zemo oh hell no all right really all right so uh doing a little bit of research just now and you know i remember seeing her in previous films but uh after researching it that is ao she is the uh uh member of the wakandan royal guard second in command behind decoy so uh you know she's uh had some she had a couple cool fight scenes in black panther and she's been in uh she was in infinity war and so we have seen the actress before oh yeah yeah she's she's been around so i just knew she was in the koi right but uh you know now obviously she's been sent uh by wakanda to uh reacquire zemo because you know guy who killed their king you know they obviously want to make sure he stays in jail i wouldn't think they'd be interested in putting him back in jail well probably not either but uh you know wakandans you know they're honorable honorable people so amen he don't belong in jail okay all right so that's uh that's that character for right now hopefully we get to see more of her that's that's what you will i mean that's something about uh these shows is you know with one division you got to see more of these you know secondary characters and see them i like it yeah you know you got to see uh jimmy and you got to see uh darcy and juan division you know here you get to see uh you know i think we're about to see more of ao sure and uh yeah sharon carter you know we uh you know she had one of her best fight scenes in the mcu here so and uh hopefully we're going to see more of these characters that don't get as uh big a screen time in films on these shows well it wouldn't break my heart if they showed us an a-list character once yeah i mean that's cool too you know yeah everybody you know go you know people are still mad about one division like everybody thought we were going to see reed richards or we're going to see dr strange show up i saw an interview where a guy was talking about uh benedict's new movie and uh he's he says you know a lot of people were disappointed you didn't show up in uh one division did you know about that and he's like oh sorry about that i mean nobody called me so when his decision yeah all right so uh you know we got sharon and you know you said earlier is sharon the power broker well that's just because obviously she's got some other agenda but power broker that could be well i mean if she's a powerball but she's not interested in going back to the states and she has changed a lot since the last time we saw her she's become a bit of a cynic yeah um so there's sharon carter um and where are we going with zemo i mean are we gonna are we gonna kill him or no no he can't kill a good bad guy i mean you might think he's dead but he won't be yeah all right so uh i think that's uh all i've got so far i'm sure i'm gonna remember something after we sign off here but uh send us your your fan theories i think i think now we've come to the point where we can come up with a few fan theories that we think aren't enough so what we got coming up uh what do you mean oh uh our our stuff yeah okay uh we have uh right now we just put out a new episode of uh back issues with e-money in the old man is one of my favorites uh comic book and comic book movie and tv projects that almost happened and if you watch that one stick around to the very end right and uh you know some of those projects that you maybe you've heard of uh nicholas cage as superman jack black as green lantern yeah so uh you know look look up that uh look that up on our channel and uh we have you know uh falcon in the winter soldier next week so be sure to stay
