One of my favourite things about TV Amos is that he almost never starts violence unprovoked. Like for all his reputation as the wild card/hot head, he is very skilled and careful at waiting for someone to pose a threat first. Beating up chicken guy is about the only truly unprovoked act of violence he's committed, and to be fair, that motherfucker had it coming.
