The END of Deontay Wilder? - Eddie Hearn & Frank Warren 5 vs 5 Card is INSANE!!!

[Music] now as if his Excellency hasn't spoiled boxing fans enough in the last 12 months this summer sorry sorry I need to say that propably this summer we have one hell of a Boxing Cod Five versus 5 it's coming up only two weeks after yusk versus Fury this is ridiculous one of the best boxing cards I've ever seen and the beauty of it is it's team versus Team Queensbury versus matchroom Frank Warren versus Eddie Hearn now for a start I love the idea of team in boxing boxing is such an individual sport this adds a little bit of fun to the game but the real reason I love this idea is that Frank Warren and Eddie H have hated each other for years despised each other they wouldn't even speak to each other and yes they're now doing a bit of business thanks to his Excellency patching up the relationship but that competitive rivalry is still alive and well I'm sure and no one wants their promotion to take an l and look like second best and with five versus five not only do we have World title fights we've got World title opportunities we've got career deciding matchups for some of the biggest names in boxing I should be a boxing promoter I'm [ __ ] great at this but the jewel in the crown of this event is the main event a pound-for-pound title fight between two of the greatest fighters in the sport of boxing it's better beev versus Bal the Unstoppable Force meets the immovable object two undefeated pound-for-pound Kings and one of them is finally going to have to take a backward step here because neither of them ever seem to they both so mentally strong determined athletic beasts of Fighters and one of my mates who doesn't really follow boxing as much as he follows MMA said like what would disqualify as in MMA terms and I said George St Pierre versus khabib Nam magov it's hard to imagine either guy succumbing to the pressure of the other one but it's going to happen we are going to get an answer on what a [ __ ] fight this is and obviously if it's kabib versus GSP better bef is the kabib yeah this man is Relentless it feels impossible to stop him his will is unbreakable and similar to kabib he comes from the mountains of Russia he is a strict determined religious man who has an unbreakable will he is convinced you will give up before I do you know some boxers at that level they're quite slick and flashy and like the show off he's quite workmanlike he's like a Terminator he's not really there to entertain you as much as just destroy what's in front of him one of the reasons I compare him to khabib is similarly he exercises stamina as a weapon and it's not just that his stamina is better than yours it's that he's smarter than you at how to use that gas tank so he will use his intelligence to apply pressure to get you working harder than he is so that as the fight goes on you just can't keep up with him and although he's not like the fastest hitter in terms of like flash knockout it's more of a thudding clubbing powerful punch that the power doesn't go anywhere as the fight goes on it stays exactly the same and that's where all his finishes come from people just can't withstand that power for that many r rounds and the reason I compared Bal to JSP is because he is good at everything and like JSP he executes game plans to Perfection he is a very dominant fighter he doesn't allow for this back and forth he makes sure I'm the boss in this ring here and he's quite emotionless like a robot but that means that his decision making is usually perfect he doesn't get whipped up in the emotion of the fight at all when he fought Canelo Alvarez that was a Canelo who was expected to beat him felt like he was in Prime he'd only lost to Floyd Mayweather he didn't feel beatable the crowd were completely against bivol it didn't matter to him he went in that ring like [ __ ] all this me I don't give a [ __ ] who you are I'm the boss in here and I'm the bigger man and you're going to [ __ ] feel that and Canelo did Canelo didn't have a [ __ ] answer for this guy at all and when only two men have beaten Canelo Alvarez and one is Floyd and one is you you know you're good bivol doesn't have the better be of power in my opinion but he's very very accurate and he throws a lot of punches I mean the amount of combinations he threw on Canelo I've never seen anyone do that to him before it was a little bit humiliating cuz Canelo just couldn't do anything to stop it and the straight punches of bival are really some of my favorite in boxing they're perfect in technique and then you've got the fact that it's very hard to hurt this guy because his defense is so perfect his footwork is so clever he knows where to be when to be there keeps his gloves in perfect position Canelo couldn't get through and he was doing everything so this fight given that both men are the type to impose their will on their opponent and break you mentally and just Crush everything in their path it's got to be a classic because neither man show mental weakness they're both killers and when you put two men like that together it's [ __ ] fireworks so that's the main event but that's not even a part of the five versus 5 between Eddie and Frank and they've done a trailer for it we're going to wait our turn and maintain our manners at all times or this game is over before it's even begun very Lock Stock which I I'm a fan of I mean Frank Warren basically should be in lockstock do me a favor let's get some fights made I haven't got all night Chop Chop Frankie off you go chop chop indeed good script writing that's a cleav for you and there's a killer behind it he's enjoying his first priority as a busher I love it giving the fighters nicknames and just bringing them to life this is what five promotion is so that's Nick B who is a little terror in the ring I'll show you one of his most recent wins not the biggest lad but he can crack he's not the biggest right but he he has to fight these Lads like Mike Tyson basically getting on the inside coming over the top and that fight was a hell of a performance from him bang I love this because it brings boxers to life so many of them they can't talk very well or they don't know how to sell themselves this is doing it for them that's what a promotional company is supposed to do perfect three bles come crashing through the door l properties closed on a Monday boys he's smart that is class and this is one of Ray Ford's most recent fights look those are all hard shots right there he goes down down goes Magdaleno for the second time he's got the look on his face that he just doesn't anymore who can [ __ ] blame him to be fair leing with a sh to remember you guy oh it's Jang Jang is actually a [ __ ] Bond villain he would be perfect in the movies he's got the look he's intimidating and he's genuinely one of the most devastating punchers in boxing J Jang also has put a little what a shot [ __ ] me every time I see Jang go through Joyce like that you just think how is that possible Joyce Was Made of Stone I know Jang hasn't looked amazing since then but he's such a hard puncher yeah bouncer de Wilder perfect never had a CB just a fist so he got a job as a d and like the saying goes if he genuinely that is Deontay Wilder is it it's just he's just one hitter quitter he's that bouncer that just flattens everyone with one punch this for me was when deont Wilder was deont Wilder [Applause] Jesus [ __ ] hell bro I remember hearing someone talk about this who were in the front row they thought they'd killed him this fight is a d blink sort of fight especially early on like Jang for his size is a lot slicker than he should be at 300b he moves quite well for a period of time but like any 300b man speaking from experience stamina it's not our [ __ ] strong point and the fact that he can go 12 rounds it that way is pretty amazing but it just the winning bit becomes harder the longer it goes on and the size difference between him and Wilder is quite interesting because while they're similar in height Wilder is going to be like 80b lighter than him and we know Wilder struggled with people leaning on him before but I don't even think that jang's sort of style he just wants to bang you out and that's what Wilder wants to do so this has got guns blazing written all over it will Wilder return to the old version of himself where he's more aggressive and sticking on Jang or will Jang at300 have too much behind him for wild that to absorb because if Tyson Fury can knock you out Jang can definitely knock you out this man is a cook and he doesn't take customer feedback too well it's good to see some of these ukuk Fighters getting a bit of Spotlight from this as well make me another customer says [Music] wall now that's one way to enjoy a haggus this is class so this is one of Willy's last fights but he's I love the way he just run into that and just smashed him one right in the chin this is going to be a banger fight and clean his blood off the canvas the keeper Craig Richards my lad stepped inside the ring where's your mop he said he cleaned the floor with him and the funny thing about Craig Richards is one of the most impressive fights I seen him in was when he lost against buatti that was an unbelievable fight and it was because Craig Richards would not give up this is an example of it I mean he just stayed in this fight and kept going and going and going when you lose and still come out with major credibility that's when you're a [ __ ] special fighter and I think this guy is underrated his bus comes over what's taking you so long I'm thinking he says next minute it's Bang oh and that is Hamza shiras and he is one hell of a fighter let's look at what he did to Liam Williams recently first than Liam Williams could possibly have feared in the first couple of minutes and she has his look his long Limbs and precision and power he doesn't throw loads of punches but when he does they [ __ ] matter think of him like if you're a Call of Duty player right you're a sniper you might not throw the most bullets out there but when you do they [ __ ] devastate people the bolt of electricity Jesus Christ [ __ ] hell I forgot how bad this was he is a equality fighter this kid I'm really looking forward to this one he likes fixing cars and breaking jaws now that is AML Williams and he is a slick Smooth Operator let's look at one of his last big wins this is going to be a great learn experience for Emma slick man this kid's got moves and that's where I'm really interested to see how shiras deals with this cuz I've been really impressed with his Precision his power but what happens when someone's making you Miss cuz this guy hasn't got the power in my opinion of shiras but he can make you miss he can he can frustrate you he can confuse you and I think this is a beautiful stylistic match up for us and also with both men being in their 20s we're really going to get an idea of whose future is going where not all heroes wear capes some wear tires and ride double deckers don't know why DW on a [ __ ] bus but I love it someone disrupts his peaceful commute crash that's just a Sal I think Dub's a nice guy I'm not sure they characterized him perfectly there and du's last big win was against big baby Miller what a performance he put on tired trying to hide in that little spot getting C more a part of the thing that impressed me was when big baby was putting it on him at300 himself DUIs didn't quit didn't give up took the shots kept going and kept the pressure on him and broke Big Baby Miller and then another right millery to show some Rob but it's du who's stealing the show this was a coming out part for du this was like okay I've learned from the usyk fight I'm evolving I'm not going anywhere I'm only growing into the heavyweight division now Buy's got one hell of a task in front of him his foot to the pedal he stepped out the taxi to finish the job she even tipped him a f and that is Philip hergovich who was widely accepted as one of the future big players at heavyweight and the problem with this guy is he apparently knocked out deire and sparen but let's look at one of his last big wins I mean this was just easy work to be honest with you round I mean look at that look at that this wasn't a good match up at all you get the point herovic is is a big lump of a man he's quite robotic he beat Jang after being dropped in the first round by him and he's just a really well-rounded boxer and the real question for me is has du since they last spot I think in 2018 where du literally pushed a fight back afterwards just got knocked out has he been able to overcome that has he been able to evolve from that because when that happens in sparing okay it's sparing but that leaves a mock and now you have to overcome that in front of everyone but if herit beats du I mean how long before he gets a world title shot it can't be far away it wasn't long ago duar himself had a world title shot so in order for Eddie Hearn or Frank Warren to win this event their team has to pick up the most points now you get zero for a draw you get one for a win you get two for a knockout and you get double points for whoever you've captained kind of like fantasy football Yeah Eddie Hearn has captained Deonte Wilder to pick up a win by knockout I'm assuming in which case he'd get four points if that happened against Jang now Frank Warren has CT in shiras versus AML Williams I get it both guys are big punchers can drop a man can stop a man at any point but it's a big risk because all of these fights are like 60 40 5050 fights like they could go either way and that is why this is one of the [ __ ] best cards in a long long time and it's not just about what opportunities can come from this card because yes if Jang or Wilder win they're in the mix again Wilder could probably set up an Anthony Joshua fight let's be real that fight is still there people still want to say it AJ has a bit of time to kill before he fights the winner of usy versus Fury that would be a dream match still for us especially if Wilder bangs out Jang and CHS he still got it on the flip side if Wilder doesn't pull the trigger like he didn't in his last fight against Parker and looks done your career is over so it isn't just about what you can get it's about the consequences of losing man same goes for Jang it's a bit of a loser leaves town fight So based on that we know they're going to have to pull the trigger and they're some of the biggest punchers in boxing this is absolute fireworks and with du and hergovich similarly a win you're right there in the title picture a loss you're [ __ ] so this is the Jeopardy that brings out the best in boxers and that's why I feel we've got one hell of a card coming on here like and historically in boxing we've always criticized them for not doing what the UFC do and giving us a stacked card full of 50/50 dramatic meaningful fights and that is exactly what they've done in this card with a main event that could be one of the greatest fights we've ever seen and it's not just the boxers that are impacted by it with Decades of rivalry between Queensbury and matchroom on the line one man's ego between those two promoters is going to be damaged so let me know if you haven't already in the comments below what you're thinking
