Wow, I wish David Cameron would watch this... The Conservatives in the UK are out of control with anti-privacy and surveillance at the moment.
Continuity of government backfired.
This hits the nail on the head. The Dark Net (and Deep Web) are not inherently "bad" or full of the boogy man. Its just a tool. And yes some nefarious elements exist, but its not what the media would have you believe.
