the wall of who's gonna win, and I don't think

a little bit. I've been telling you
for months now that I'm going
to form a new team. The moment is here. [dramatic music playing] Girls, let's go! Come on in! [dramatic music intensifies] I honestly think
I was most nervous when Abby would bring
dancers on specifically to compete
against us, hoping that they would
you know, come out on top. I think Abby's reasoning
for this was to just make us work harder. Maybe she needed to put
a little match under our butts and get us...
get that fire back again. There will be
one new team member to go up against each of you, to challenge you. The Select Team was not a team
of Abby ALDC dancers. They were pooled
from all over the country. So, of course they were
probably going to be put on a higher pedestal
than us. [dramatic music playing] Up, down, over. Yes. Maddie, isn't it nice

or a dance teacher, you really know what's gonna win
at a dance competition versus what's not, and Abby would play that
to her advantage. I think having a rivalry
is good and healthy, even on the same team, but you have to have
an even playing field. And when you don't have
an even playing field, there's really no rivalry. ♪ Ain't no angels ♪ ♪ To push me ♪ ♪ Trying to steal some love ♪ ♪ So we can sing ♪ ♪ I gave everything up
