Antonia Michael nice to meet you I'd love that you warrior animal print yeah work at the pet shop so yeah I'm gonna show you what we're looking at today a couple of new items came in for inventory we're gonna test some new brands so one of the things that we were testing out a whole bunch of different kinds our hamster pellets okay and you know there's a lot of different types of soil boosters and different nutrient packs that go into the animals substrate okay and this is one of my favorite brands so I'm gonna show you how this one works and then we'll test some of the other ones so what these get used for first you want to use a tank or tray that's that won't absorb water so plastic is perfect so that nothing you know no moisture will get into that and I will load it up with some substrate here old wood chips no okay and I'll even that out nice we're not even that out a little bit that's great good job okay so this is my favorite brand so again this is the one we're gonna try and see how the other brands compare to it and we get this from China we actually relabeled them they're not produced in the US okay and this is what they look like so they're just like a little fuzzy pellet okay it's a hamster pellet and it gets buried into the substrate okay okay and once it's buried in there what I do is take a little bit of water and I find that five drops right over the area works best I think I just did a little more than five but that's okay but that'll absorb into the hamster pellet and you just sort of give it a little shake and it will it'll actually sprout okay see and it will sprout a hamster alright so these work very quickly Wow yeah you know that way they can ship them overseas without having to worry about customs and things like that so that's my favorite one so fast-acting yeah have you not seen those before yeah oh yeah most I grew up on a farm was like a hundred 50 annals my stepmom was a veterinarian oh yeah so did you any of the animals you guys had on your farm where they pellet raised no oh okay so just all natural birth okay well a lot of a lot of people really like the pellet raised animals is it gonna be a little bit more control genetically okay um yeah so here I'm gonna put I'll put him in here yeah it's really cute let me let me get another little tablet out I'll show you okay you get ready to do it little guy and I'll bury it come in this little spot right here alright so again five drops to the water and again what I really like about them is how fast-acting they are so yeah they're just too little more water one two three four all right and give it a little shake and it's very quick see that hold on a minute there it is Wow very quick very quick Wow yeah so we're gonna get some extra ones okay so just hang tight watch these guys for a second oh good I'll go get the other brands just make sure those don't dry out okay all right [Music]
