[Music] nice morning okay so we're dropping from the trucks back down across the highway we're gonna bring a set of cows right back through here over to another pasture there's five of us here today we've got a guy this your day helping spider okay CJ the guy that runs this camp right here hi Casey are you cold a little bit by going through slow for you just coming up here city to be in the camera huh yeah pretty cute I've been thinking about growing my hair so I can get a braid like that you go hey check this out we trotted up to the cattle guard go through the gate look what's in the cattle guard coyote yeah it's kind of sad huh he fell in there I couldn't get out I don't know if you can see him just a little ways away we're trough how many would you say are over there thirty there's about 30 pigs right over here in this pasture check this out I don't think you can see them I got a gun you want to shoot one where's my gun okay yeah they're running the stifling seal they are there they are right there check it out whoo wait a minute there we go right there lots of have lots of feral hogs okay we gotta catch up huh pretty good little pasture right here this is a section and there's about 250 cows in it then we're gonna move today we're going diagonally across the pasture gonna get over here to the far side Jenner coming back around both ways all right I hit my dropping off spot right here I'm gonna start moving these cows back towards one of those gates that we came through we're gonna go right back by where the pickups and trailers are and move these cows to another pasture lots of coyote yep in this morning hey so we've got our cows all thrown up together here against this gate we're gonna open it and for about a half a mile we're gonna go down a road and then we're gonna cross the main highway and go over on the other side of the ranch and move these cattle to another pasture this feed lots of feed in here still but it's just getting a little bit short and these cattle are needing a little fresher country so we'll see how many cows we have here I know we have them all cuz this faster is not brushy there is one Cal we sorted back she's right there she was a little bit crippled and I think we're gonna drive this stuff maybe three or four miles maybe so we're gonna go a little ways here with this stuff a little bit ago I was a little bit warm and sweaty from trotting so far and I was ready to take this jacket off but right now it's feeling pretty dang good [Music] they said Casey and I we're gonna bring up the rear here huh get up here give him my picture Yeah right there and her daddy Skyler and Zack they're gonna trot around through that pasture right there what they're doing basically is just getting out in front of those cows because in about a half a mile up here we're gonna cross the highway it's not a real busy highway but nonetheless we're gonna need three people up there we got Taylor on the front end of these cows right now hold them up going down this driveway or this lane right here to be a driveway to be a lane can be an alley okay it's a dirt road okay CJ gets her way so we are going to push these cattle across the highway and then not how far we going over there you know we're going to the trucks and fast it's about a mile and a half to the trucks probably and then I think we're going past there I don't know how far but anyway come on okay CJ supposed to know this stuff okay here we go crossing the highway one guy on each side schuyler out in front we want to push them across so they go across as fast as they can come on ladies hey this country's changing a little bit we're getting into a few more trees kind of some little little Hills little rougher country hey where are you going hey wow you did good Casey hey get off of it hi MA Hey hi I don't know that's not the easiest way is it you probably ought to come back around this other way go over that way you're gonna go off right there yeah right over in the center of those cows is a drinker so I think we've think we've arrived in where we believe these cows on this drinker they're gonna stay in this pasture we're just holding them right here now so they find that water these cows probably been in here before but it's always good when he put a cattle back into a piece of country to take him to the water less of course the country's real small there's the boss man right up there sitting on the hill that's Schuyler he's my boss today [Applause] don't drink you'll carry our huh you'll carry our no okay so we got all done moving that one set of cows we'll put them in a new pasture on water you know so on and so forth now we're back over here and helping Taylor on a little piece of country that he runs on actually he works for the same place that Schuyler does but we're gonna help him gather some cows right here and move them across to another pasture it's just about it just about a mile move is all it is anyway this is some kind of a small pasture right here not very big bunch of cows right over here there's Zack Zack sitting right off over there there's some cows right over here I think there's a drinker right over here on top of this little Knoll there set of cows over here get my drink [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] you [Music]
