was 20 his friends decided to prank him they kidnapped him stripped his clothes off and left him in a room with no windows a solid concrete floor and a locked door sheesh is this a prank or a crime anyway on one of the walls Charles found a note that said in order to escape he needed to get the ping-pong ball okay cryptic the problem was that the ping-pong ball was lying at the bottom of a 3-foot pipe sticking out of the floor in the middle of the room his arms couldn't reach the bottom of the pipe and there were no objects around that he could use either yet our brainy friends still managed to complete the task how did he do it you have some time to think things through [Music] [Applause] [Music] well that was a tough one wasn't it with limited options Charles cleverly decided to pee into the pipe that way the ball would float up enough for him to reach it and grab it I just hope he washed his hands after that riddle number four with intelligence like his Charles became a successful and wealthy man but there was still something missing in his life and that something ended up being true love but he met his soulmate a woman named Irene and the lovebirds soon got married unfortunately it turns out that Irene was a conniving gold digger she decided to try and poison her husband in order to get all his riches Charles knew about her scheme so he only ate the same food that she did one day she offered him an apple but he said he'd only eat it if she cut it down the middle and split it with him so she did but Charles shortly afterwards dropped to the ground while Irene stood there perfectly healthy fortunately Charles survived and Irene was arrested and sent to prison for this murderous attempt so that begs the question how could she poison her husband when universal antidote every morning this poison though turned out to be extremely strong and that's why he just ended up in a deep sleep and when it comes to Irene she simply poisoned one side of the knife so while she was cutting the Apple the poison from the knife ended up on Charles's half and not hers now that's a femme fatale riddle number five Charles made his fortune as a famous chemist and pharmacist he even created a cure for one of the most fatal diseases out there his co-workers Alex Nikola Michael and James all envied his talent and success and each one was ready to kill him in order to steal the formula for this revolutionary cure poor guy everyone wants to waste him one evening as Charles was finishing up some work in the lab one of his colleagues walked in and stabbed him in the stomach Charles recognized the person and knew he had to leave a hint for the police in case he didn't survive so he quickly grabbed a piece of paper and wrote down the numbers 28 27 57 shortly afterwards he passed out from blood loss and probably would have died if one of the security guards had not found him and called an ambulance Charles managed to survive but his fate would have it he his life in a cozy little cottage outside the city Charles never left his house he got his letters from the mailman his groceries were delivered to him by another guy and a different man brought him that will launch himself at you as soon as you step on the front porch of his honey which height is safe then in order to survive without trouble you should go to the right Hut it's sunny remember vampires can't take the Sun so if you step on the porch of his house and he throws himself at you he'll just burn to ashes when you cross the doorstep of the hut you've chosen the maze takes you to the next puzzle and that's the South Pole you're freezing and to make matters worse a powerful snow storm is approaching you have to find a shelter luckily there are two caves right in front of you in the left one there's a hungry polar bear and the right one is filled with radioactive waste which one would you choose to hide in [Music] your best decision would be to stuff yourself into the cave on the left why well not because your chances to survive the bear are higher it's just that there are no polar bears in the South Pole now bear with me okay you've still got places to go and things to do in this labyrinth your next location is a barren wasteland there's literally nothing around you but scorched earth it must be hot at daytime but lucky you it's night at the moment I know I said there was nothing around but that's not entirely true there's a decrepit shed nearby inside the shed there are two trap doors in the ceiling if you open the left one a huge scorpion will jump right at you and if you choose the right one you'll see a giant magnifying glass that will scorch you in no time which trap door is safe to open if you've chosen the one with a magnifying glass congratulations you've come yet another step closer to freedom the glass needs the Sun to shine through it to burn things down since it's dark outside right now you can enter without fear so are you still here have you managed to go this far without wasting all of your attempts good for you now the next place you're teleported to is an underwater cave you have barely enough air in your lungs to keep you from drowning so you have to find someplace to breathe and fast to your relief there are of course two air pockets nearby inside one of them however there's a swarm of blood-sucking bats well in the second one there's a dangerous looking shark lurking and waiting to feed on you which way is safer surprisingly the air pocket with the shark is the safe one if I remember correctly sharks can't breathe outside water so there's no way it can be inside the pocket well take a good and hearty breather and prepare for the next puzzle it takes place in a medieval castle you're in a richly decorated chamber with tapestries on every wall full Knights armor standing in every corner and a huge four-poster bed in the middle there are two doors leading out of the room behind one there are a couple of lions trained to attack intruders on smell behind the other there's a champion that will attack anyone who doesn't have this castles attributes on them just in case you're wondering you don't so how can you escape the room you're stuck in [Music] you can go safely enough through the door with the champion behind it you only need to wear one of those armors standing in the corners of the room and he'll let you pass you're close to the exit from the maze now don't give up press on you'll find yourself in a room full of various small animals they don't mean you any harm among others you spot a mouse a frog a cat a mongoose a fox and a rabbit as usual there are two doors out of the room behind one there's a venomous snake that hisses at you and threatens to bite as soon as you cross the door step behind the other there's a poisonous cloud that will choke you if you breathe it in which doorway can you use to go further [Music] well take the Mongoose with you and open the door to the snake as you might know Mongoose is our natural enemies of snakes so just wait until it gets rid of the serpent and go you're now almost free if you manage to go this far it'll be a shame not to make it to the exit don't you think don't take any chances use your logic and find the way out of the next and last room of the maze it's not gonna be easy and I'm not going to give you any hints but you've been doing great so far and I'm pretty sure you'll take this last step with triumph so you're standing in a room with nothing else but a table in front of you there are three items on it a vial of perfume a razor and a length of rope on the opposite side of the table there are three doors behind the first one is a bald person that looks just like you and they'll strangle you when they see you behind the second are blind and hungry hounds that will eat you alive and behind the third one is an enraged Buffalo that stands with its back to you until you cross the doorstep and when you do it will rush and trample you hmm which door will you choose and why think it over carefully after all your life and freedom is at stake well if you think about it unlike the rest of the rooms all three doors in this one lead to freedom you just need to find a way that best suits you if you chose the door with a person you should remember that they look exactly like you except one detail they're completely bald so take the razor from the table and shave off your hair when you open the door the person will think they're looking at themselves and let you go by the way if you already have no hair on your unscrew the vents and get to the roof you could use the water gun against the robots or you could try throwing the glass of water at them which of the tools will you pick dimes up if you chose to use the screwdriver you'll drill your way out onto the roof when you get on it CCTV cameras will spot you and more robots will come after you if you take the water gun it won't help you either because I didn't say there was water in it oho so your best bet is the glass of water even if it seems too simple when you splash it on the robots you'll gain some time to run away five you're this close to escaping but you get into another room where you notice two doors one of them leads to safety and the other one to a room that's on fire there are two robots by the doors one robot always tells the truth and the other one always lies you can ask only one robot only one question what question will you ask to escape to safety you're ten seconds to think it over start right now do you know the question yet you should ask either of the robots what door with the other robot tell me leads to safety sex you escaped from prison run as fast as you can and in no time get to the border between the east and west of robot world there's a bridge across the river and one robot guard on each end of it the blue robot is watching over the east side and the red robot is controlling the West the blue robot asked the red robot if he'd seen any intruders the red robot flashed his red light this is the robot equivalent of rolling eyes the blue robot then told the red robot he flashes his lights way traveling around robot world and see a large group of locals watching something turns out robots also love races just like humans except they don't ride horses they control other robots that compete in the final round robot cheetah Dino robot and robot dog compete against each other it looks like two of them crossed the finish line at the same time a photo finish determines it was XR 12 that made it first 0.1 seconds before Z i-43 yet the trophy is awarded to Mr X 32 neither Z are 12 nor Z i-43 have broken the rules so why did the judges decide to give the prize to Mr X 32 [Music] well like I told you robots don't race horses but control other robots racing and mr x32 is the name of the robot that was controlling XR 12 to victory simple as that eight not all is smooth in robot world remember there's the west and the east both like to compete and spy on each other because you solved so many robot riddles already the robot police are asking you for help there are three robot spies and it looks like one of them is a double agent when you interview them dr 17 says th 65 is a double agent th 65 says fe 15 is a double agent and fe 15 claims th 65 is a liar you know that double agents lie normal agents tell the truth and there's just one double agent can you figure out who it is your time's up so th 65 is a double agent dr 17 and fe 15 are telling the truth because they aren't double agents in any other case it would be impossible for only one robot to be lying 9 someone spread the word about how smart you are and now a group of robots is asking you for help there are a hundred of them that are kept in robot prison for things they didn't actually do they're given a chance to be set free but they have to work out a strategy and this is where they need your help each robot has its own cell that soundproof sealed off and has no windows there's one large hall with a light bulb that light bulb is in the off position every day one robot it can be any of them is brought in there they can flip the light switch or leave it as it is if one of the robots is able to determine when all 100 of them have already been in the hall all the robots will be freed if that robot is wrong all of them will be set in permanent sleep mode so they must be careful about what they say the robots are allowed to discuss a strategy just once what would you recommend they do give it some serious thought the future of a hundred robots depends on it here's the winning strategy appoint one robot the lead robot tell it that it's the only one that can switch the light off all the other robots will turn the light on if it's off when they walk into the hall but they can only do it once the lead robot will keep turning the light off when it's on and count how many times it did that when it does it for the 99th time it will know every other robot has been in the hall because they will have turned on the light once this will be the right moment to say all the robots have been discovered a dead man in a barn in the countryside apparently he had hanged himself there was nobody around except for several sheep in the barn when the man was found he was hanging four feet off the ground the nearest wall was 15 feet away there was no way he could have climbed up how did he manage to hang himself the sheep were arrested for the murder after they confessed to the crime no that's a lie actually the man jumped off a bale of hay to commit suicide this hay was later eaten by the Sheep hey that means in the first answer the Sheep could have made bail and gotten out of jail number 6 a tragic camping trip a group of friends went on a camping trip three of them went to pick up some brush when they returned they found Lucy near a burning fire dad when the police arrived they started to question the other three people mark Lucy's boyfriend Cate Lucy's sister and Jess Lucy's best friend when the officers examined their belongings they found out that mark had a knife and an axe Kate had plenty of cosmetics and Jess had a lighter a bracelet a medical kit a jackknife and several photos the policeman immediately knew who the murderer was do you know ah the murderer was Jess eight wonder woman a girl was standing on the windowsill washing a window in her apartment on the 43rd floor of a skyscraper she finished washing the inside part and suddenly jumped out of the window why did she do this and how come she not only survived but didn't even have a scratch the girl jumped out onto the balcony she wanted to wash the window from the outside number nine a train crash there were two trains heading towards each other they were going along the same track and it was seven o'clock on the same day still the trains didn't crash how is it possible one of the trains was moving at 7:00 a.m. and the other at 7:00 p.m. number 10 hostages Michael and his family were held hostage by a criminal in their own house suddenly a phone started to ring the criminal let Michael answer the phone but he couldn't ask for help otherwise the criminal would kill someone from his family that's why all Michael said was hello dad can I help you I'm at home now and I'm very tired if this isn't an emergency I'll call you tomorrow now I need to take the kids to bed surprisingly after 15 minutes the police came to the rescue and arrested the criminal how did Michael managed to ask in the ground which can't be crossed even with the help of a rope and the east path will bring you to a sky-high Mountain which is impossible to climb over you have 10 seconds to choose your way you need to follow the South Road whale sharks present no threat to people and they'll let you swim across the lake without any problems for trapped by a psycho a psycho caught you and let you choose where you'd have to stay on your own for the following three weeks if you manage to survive he'll set you free he gave you three options a desert full of cacti a sunny filled with flowers a banana and a glass of water and a beach under stormy skies surrounded by sharp cliffs and hit by high waves where do you have the best chances to survive [Music] in a desert there's no water and you won't last long one banana and a glass of water won't help you to survive for three weeks your only choice is the beach the sea will provide you with food and since the weather is cloudy you'll be able to drink rainwater 5 a scary castle one night you'll find yourself stuck in an old spooky castle you hear someone chasing after you and you run faster and faster but suddenly a dead end however as your eyes adjust you notice 3 doors in the wall but behind each door there are some horrifying creatures the first door hide zombies werewolf's are behind the second one and if you open the third door you'll transform during a full moon six a wicked kidnapper you're kidnapped and held in a basement by a crazy professor but the basement has three doors and one of them leads to freedom the professor leaves and you get to open the doors one by one behind the first door there's a dense jungle full of deadly creatures behind the second door there's a gigantic fire-breathing dino that could burn you alive and behind the third door you see a lake of ice water that freezes everything in several seconds how can you escape walk out through the second door dinosaurs can't breathe fire number seven the Attic mystery mark and James played in the Attic where it was dark and dirty but when they came down only marks face was covered in dust while James face was miraculously clean however it was James who went and washed his face you have ten seconds to figure out why [Music] James looked at marks face and thought that he was dirty too at the same time when Mark looked at James whose face was spotless he decided he was just as clean number eight a treasure hunt a treasure hunter got lost in a forest but after he had been walking for some time he noticed a crossroad with a big stone in the middle there was a note on this stone which read for plus no five the man realized that the sign must be showing the direction toward the treasure but it was written in some tricky cipher can you help the treasure hunter to decipher the code the man should turn the note upside down then it will read south that's where the treasure is 9 an escape from a locked house you got kidnapped and locked in a stone house however there are four doors you can escape through but behind the first door it's extremely cold and if you choose to go that way you'll turn into a block of ice in a matter of seconds the second door opens into a water tank
