Drye Dale you coming to the party well I don't ordinarily but I will today I are we see their salon 5he don't act a bit worried about his wife's hibiscus he couldn't care less his wife's the one of the green thumb oh come on Oh coach you had the party started hear that music yeah but we got to wait for our women folks yeah through come May slate women is always late Jethro oh come no man could answer that probably no women needed there sure is a lot of pretty girls over there at the party can i sweet-talked me one uncle Jed chances are she'd be with a feller if I whup the fella can i sweet-talked her then Oh Jethro this being our first Beverly Hills high society garden party I reckon we ought to just watch the folks and not go to scrapping unless of course everybody else does in which case be carefully your borrowed clothes yes sir yeoman mace ready I don't recall Elmer being invited to the party can I take him please Paul I reckon not really no fighting or scrapping neither well this part you aren't gonna be much fun remember now granny's rheumatism medicine is just for old folks with rheumatism hereford not so old folks who want to ward it off providin of course these married [Music] [Music] I beg your pardon gentlemen a minute I hope to kiss a peg we have he's your next-door neighbor all right you young and get them chitlins and that prod a dip on the table over there it's finger-licking good ma'am and so is he little hot possum sausages just to swimming in hog renderings good a few swigs of this brings a couple of jugs two barn raisings and croaking parties I've seen a jug to this razor bar and prettier single-handed and it gets credit for some right crazy quilts to nobody put these on the table uncle Chet yeah yes sir over to pass the word around nobody to touch it but married folks what can we do to help you the most [Music] how soon did she say the overflow would commenced overflowing over here she didn't see no particular time Jethro but when it commences please in charge or it let's see how it's going over there my possum sausages don't be stone-cold me want me to take them in put them on the stove for your first bail Thank You Ally but be careful don't splatter any hog renderings on your party dress [Music] I don't believe I'm young and forgetting restless I'm getting the might squirmy myself granny I'd ask you to dance but that is the sorriest dancing music I ever listened to one thing sorrier what's that stuff they call fruit punch don't have much body to it tastes like it was drawn off a barrel of rainwater that some apples dropped into it beautiful you know what that stuff needs don't I sure do okay how's the party going Jethro terrible everybody's just standing around the only one movements that Fiddler's player he woman yeah he keeps walking up to different people playing in their faces and they still won't dance he played that thing like he stove up with Romo tears I'm getting tired of standing around these here clothes can I go swimming yeah reckon so a guest room granny and me take care of overflow yeah judging from what showed up sulfur pet alligator in the pond could handle them [Music] it ain't now I blowed a hole in him you could swim a catfish through yeah I reckon it's a mite late to be telling you now but hey hey what happened everybody all right our young fella wrong my name is Jed Clampett Kirk Massey yeah this year's granny howdy how do you do hey we listen to you song on that thing kind of sluggish in it well that's what they want over there well it ain't what we went over here come on we got the overflow here come on let's liven things up a little bit may I have some of the punch fire recommended it's a punch here come the hot sausages this here is my daughter Ellie Mae and that young fella carrying the sausage is my nephew Jethro well Harvey Wow hey Fred howdy Wow hey Doris [Music] hey granny hurry up with a possum sausages and we need more crawdad dip 200 more people just come through the head [Music] Craven's what did you find anyone in the house no madam it has deserted us the garden dad like I have the rest of the afternoon off well oh yes I suppose so thank you Beth party over so soon it's only 4:30 those dreadful Hillbillies have stolen all my guests all 300 of them [Music] [Music] right there can I see you for a minute [Music] [Applause] hibiscus Danny party mundane thank you you [Music] [Music] this has been a filmways presentation you
