THE BEST TINY HOME WITH AN ENCLOSED LOFT!!!

[Music] good afternoon folks joey nelson here at park model homes today we're touring our woodland park liberty 260. i figured i'd do a quick video on this before it heads out of here we're actually getting ready to transport this over to the glen at maple falls beautiful park up in the inland northwest i can't wait for this customer to get it he's been pretty excited to get it up there and it looks like we're getting ready to transport it next week so figured we'll do the tour now anyways what i liked about this one is we did the iron stone siding and did all the corner pieces in white so it really trims out a lot the whole unit and we did the white fascia boards the secondary eve line got the front eve and the lights underneath the eave as well so if you've got a walkway out front of the house here it'll help light that area up we also did the bait window up front so it adds a 12 inch extension off the front bays out that living room adds all that square footage inside maxes it out right at 399 square feet and a lot of people ask why 3.99 well as long as we're under 400 square feet it comes with this tag so this is a certified rvia ansi a119.5 park model so they are titled just like a fifth wheel or travel trailer that's the reason why 399 is the magic number another thing is the upstairs loft that doesn't count against your square footage so that's considered bonus square feet as well as the outdoor porches if it is built on the frame it doesn't count against it this is one of my favorite floor plans out of all the ones we offer mainly because it's got one of the biggest living spaces around big area for a tv got the electric fireplace just a good entertainment style home when you combine the kitchen dining room together it really gives you that extra square footage for the living room in particular and it's good for entertaining too so you can fit four bar stools underneath here this one we did all the stainless steel appliance package gas cooking gas heating got the coat hooks here not really a whole lot of places to hang your coats in a park model so adding those coat hooks not something people normally think of at first but when you don't have it you realize you need it so it's nice having those got the pendant lights with the edison bulbs we also did the tray ceiling in the living room it's got the led can lights ceiling fan comes installed it's really a cool accent piece you can pick all the different colors you want so we've got four different cabinet colors to pick from this house we did white uppers gray lowers you could do slate gray navy blue irish cafe which is like an off-white white cabinets here's an example of all the backsplashes you could do tile tech board oops sorry about that pick all your different flooring colors so if you wanted to custom build right now we're about well right now we're about a year out but we do have some inventory trickling in we can get people in before summer for the most part but inventory has been a tough thing to hold on to another cool thing is underneath the kitchen sink we did the pull pull out shelf here under the kitchen base you can do that got the one bowl apron sink pull down faucet all the hardware is black black accents normally the liberty does not have a stackable washer dryer location so we took out the second door added the louver doors for the washer dryer so the preps here you can order it installed it's right around twenty five hundred dollars some people can find it cheaper locally and that's mainly why we do not install them prior but we can cert certainly order it that way another cool thing is when you have the washer dryer closet we extend the bathroom so normally this doesn't have an opening window have an opening window is good for ventilation brings in a lot of natural light and it adds about 12 inches here in the in the bathroom so it's actually a lot bigger than what it normally is corner shower recessed headwell for your taller people like me having that's a must you got three medicine cabinets all of them open up got the cabinet over the commode as well and we also extended the countertop over the commode let's take you up in the loft here that's your electrical panel a lot of people ask what that is that's actually the electrical panel all right this is the drop section of the loft so this is 55 and a half inches of ceiling clearance what we do is we drop the bedroom down drop the loft floor down with it you can see the standard height on the right and the drop section on the left got a tv jack over there on the other side of the wall it's got its own supplemental air conditioner for the loft which is a must especially if you do the wall with two windows instead of the railing you want good cross ventilation and get that ac going up here here is the drop section so you have one step to get down you got a queen size mattress excuse the boxes that's where the the bar stools are we have to put them together still but here in the bedroom we did the overhead cabinets the bookshelves on each side underneath the cabinets there you got the lighting underneath it dimmer switch to operate you got usb outlets on each side egress window a lot of people ask when you lose that second door to put the washer dryer in how am i going to get out in case of a fire the window is egress you can certainly escape out of there tv space bank of drawers in the center two t-shirt cabinets one on each side and here's the inside you got plenty of storage for hanging clothes and dresses and stuff like that so really love the amount of storage you can get with the woodland park you also got this cabinet underneath here some people put their cat boxes dog beds just another place to store stuff every square inch is thought of anyways guys i'm really excited to be able to show you guys this before it leaves it's going to the glen at maple falls customers very excited we got some more inventory coming in
