it's lethal welcome to my kitchen today we're going to be making delicious broccoli soup there's some confusion that it originated in Virginia or Georgia I say Georgia look what I have here these are just leaks I had left over from grilling or barbecuing or smoking every time I have leftovers I just put them in a ziploc bag and leave the freezers after about six months I take it out and I make Brunswick stew I used to do it about two times a year but here you see a hearty cut up from here I have the smoked turkey I have here so the chicken it's a poor guy up some ribs I have here a port um I think this is of the support roles I have and I'm gonna just be using all of this all kinds - um the bronchus - now we just smoked some food this past weekend and this is my most recent meat I had this last weekend and this is a lot of stuff - this is just like chicken and some pork and Melissa's like a pork chop I would grilled a few pork chops and so imma be using all of it because it's all good I've got to get started not many ingredients to make this buggy suit of black pepper they have some brown sugar we have the onions some bell pepper we have some tomato sauce and some kernel corn we're going to be using some garlic powder and some salt start putting them together this is so easy you're going to be amazed now here I have a food processor that is sort of small and it's just not capable of handling big jobs you see that it's kind of doing ok with the onions but when I got to the meat it was just it started just really bogging it's a little food processor down and it just wouldn't it couldn't handle the job so I had to bring in the big gun yeah I got my ninja you know I love these things it will do anything and so I'm using this now to just go ahead and grind up or chop off the rest of my meat here you see that I all my meats total 13 pounds this came to a total of 13 pounds I'm going to be using 12 cup to make my brothers to today [Music] this is a four cup measuring cup and I am going to get three of them and that's going to be 12 cups so here I'm going to add in my um tomato sauce this is a six pound nine ounce can of tomato sauce it calls it a number two ten I don't know where I got that from but uh it's the restaurant side can I have here a six pound ten of Concord and I've drained this horn there six pounds this is also the restaurant size can I'm coming back with some shredded onions now this is a red onion that you can use any kind of onion you have I have some chopped bell pepper and I'm going to put that in easy easy now I'm going to just go ahead and again to blend this together stir it together presenta folks can I get my selfie now I'm gonna put it in a tablespoon of salt for the amount of stew that I have now use this is going to be like a trial of error also this is a tablespoon of garlic for you is trial and error what you do is just paste it you don't keep tasting it until it gives you a flavor that you want I'm going to put in a teaspoon of black pepper if you want more black pepper just use more [Music] oh man this smell so good if you could smell my kitchen so I'm gonna go ahead and add in another can of the tomato sauce and again this is six pounds and nine ounces this is that big restaurant size can of tomato sauce so far I've used two of them let me just stir this together a whole man you know this is so big you're my school almost stand up in this student right well and that's what you want you want it nice and thick nothing about me this is like a bowl of barbecue so now I'm gonna put my brown sugar in and I'm gonna go on and put four big heaping tablespoons of brown sugar you taste yours and if you want it sweeter add more brown sugar if you don't want it a squeeze use less brown sugar but a little sweetness on it is always good so I'm going to just go ahead and cover this and let it cook for a while it's been cooking so I'm gonna just check out make sure it's not sticking at the bottom it's right so good it's so good I can hardly wait to taste it I make it all the time I know how it tastes go so girl is Foster cracker or some people using cornbread I just need to buy sell in general let me go ahead and take some up so we can get a better look and even more than that taste on it oh man I can't wait look see how good this looks all that corn all that meat the tomato mmm can't wait [Music] [Music] okay one more than I promised enough stop haha take a look at this my camera's a little bit out of focus [Music] and stop among stock this gets a farm flip for me maybe a small fee [Music] I do this about twice a year I have enough to give to friends and family and we keep it in the freezer and it's a great thing to have in the winter and it's crazy we having stuffing this is a good I want you to try this guy when you have the pillow BBQ don't throw it away just put it up in a plastic bag ziplock bag and reprocess use it again in your brunch experience I want to thank you guys for watching if you like my videos please subscribe comment give it a thumbs up and especially share my videos wherever your active on social media thank you for coming by bye bye [Music] you [Music]
