The Audi S7 (Team Review) - Fifth Gear

now it's time for the fifth gear team test today the team tested the Audi s7 it's the new top of the range version of Howdy's luxurious four-door forcing two coupe a because 62,000 pounds is fitted with a four liter engine and promises to be the car of choice for stylish high speed businessman across Europe well Victoria the Audi s7 a very stylish-looking coupe a it's horrible a key since Talia look at it what there were two camps of opinion with the s7 thought this is a lovely looking coupe a Vicky and I were just admiring it and in comes Johnny and Jason according to our a the short overhangs give it a perfect purple right now me and Jason thought the front was ok you know it's very formulaic LD get to the back though well looks like a hyena dragging its bum on the flo just I appreciate that its back-end isn't the most beautiful aspect of it but a squatting hyena no I work on it right we've got a new engine it's a v8 engine 4 litre twin-turbo it's the same engine that's in the Bentley Continental GT v8 and the s6 which really it'll cut half its cylinders to save fuel sender deactivation but it's also the same engine that's in the s8 the new s8 but for some reason it's a hundred horsepower less in this cuz it would still cause he loved it yeah but it gets better fuel consumption can't have power and feel good really bad loads got a nice fragile balance you know TIFF does have the ability to be Tommy opposite and quite obstreperous how can you possibly argue that wall power is not good what Elizabeth what yeah I thought the interior was wonderful and I think LD do the best interiors beautiful leather Lola like not a lot of room in the back actually Headroom more legroom you're a bit tight up there I'm very tight up there actually the best part of the Audi was the screen which came out of the - oh look look oh it was completely concealed and just like something out of Thurber's it just wafted out this beautiful display it that's been integrate really not me honest it looks like a modern-day tablet lovely designed cabin arguably one of the best in the world most German manufacturers enter into a gentleman's agreement limiting their cars speed to 155 miles an hour as a nod to safety but it's always rumored that certain cars capable of going a little faster what better way to test the car's high speed stability than to see if it was limited to 155 miles around we put on this little gizmo that works out the exact speed that you're doing via satellite to the moon or something like that my passengers seem rather nervous Jason anion how much and learn behold the Audi did more than 155 which i think is a great thing well done Audi starlet under 62 at one thing zoom our fast Audi's RS is and s models is you can be traveling at Mach 1 it feels exactly the same is when you're traveling at 60 miles an hour you've got no real sensation of speed until you look at the clocks or you look up trees going by a bit faster I may have found the cars speed run out of I must learn not to get in the passenger seat of any car with Tiffani Dale have you going she's enough in a turn he'll start told you this many times you do well the gentleman's agreement of having has speed limit of 155 miles and as ridiculous anyway let's build cars which can do 300 miles an hour she always interesting was when you tipped into their last corner we were stood in 110 so there's no doubting the s7 stability and refinement at high speeds and it seems some car makers might not be enforcing the voluntary 100 55 mile an hour limit as strictly as they could be excellent it may not have pin-sharp handling I'll give the Audi s7 an impressive eight overall it's a great bit of kit I'll give it an 8 I will give the s7 and eight seven which gives the Audi s7 a team test score of 31 out of 40 and that is that the nisshin key is in the wrong places exactly where money would be so not only am i banging the key when I'm going along but it's also possible to turn the engine off it is pure car porn I mean look oh it's absolutely exquisite I feel very special the 700
