you know we needed we needed a little push these first five six days have been rough I mean rough not much here it's been in the 90s every day and woke up walked outside this morning it was noticeably cooler that cold front had hit Dakota's was 47 degrees with a good north wind and kind of had it hopes up but what was cool when we got to the marsh we were gonna hunt shut the truck off and started going up getting outside get waders on and get the Ranger loaded and all that and I told ty said listen I mean little teal all over that Marsh and we knew then that something took place overnight I mean it's the perfect storm cold front the Dakotas a full moon there you have it that's all you need I mean you're gonna get you should get some on a full moon regardless of the weather but the weather certainly helped and now we started making our way out there and it was very very evident that we picked some birds up overnight there were balls of teal all over the place that's awesome right [Music] one doctor here right now when we pulled up there something set off there sounds like they're out here that told you the middle hole [Music] see what looks the best and we're getting up at maybe having second find that flublok and this stuff just rock no water just full of bugs dear here ah [Music] great morning it was I've been looking forward to that for a long time that's a little bit more like what teal hunting is supposed to be like it's fun good good hunt but right back into it now and there's no shortage of chores now I have a good hunt and get to go sit down and relax and celebrate no there's plenty of stuff to do around here [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] out here getting ripped gut for all the pits gonna need a lot of we got three trailers out here right now [Music] finally getting drawn I guess yeah I mean if you can get it so it's prepped is best to claim today and then be able to haul skid-steer down here even if it you know are you guys working Saturday [Music] [Music] [Music] you know at the end of the day I mean the lodge experience is a big part of it we couldn't be luckier with staff at the lodge I mean hospitality and food second to none I mean there's no better place for our guides and our guests to come back to after a hunt and then the habitat flash Lodge it's like a second home
