don't mind me today i just you know woke up and chose violence just trying to blind you all with my shirt and my nails which i didn't realize matched until i came down here so we're gonna pretend that this is intentional and i just wanted to match it today and today we are gonna be making some really popular ice cream recipes that i've seen kind of floating around the internet and i'm just i'm very excited because it's finally nice weather outside it's feeling like summer like two weeks ago it was so cold enough to wear jackets outside so this is nice and all these recipes we're going to be trying out today all don't require the use of an ice cream machine which i think is great so if you don't have one we can still make ice cream together make sure you give this video a thumbs up if you bells just just one bell but anyway make sure you turn on so you're notified when new videos go live and now we're gonna dive into recipe number one which is very suited when i came across this i'm like well yeah i don't care i'm making this it is cookie monster ice cream and we all know i love i love cookies so we're gonna need franny for this recipe come here bernie i saw all your comments in the last video on the name of our air fryer and i still i can't decide between i really like freya that's my personal favorite and then chris is all for friar talk so let me know in the comments freya friar attack waving i mean freya and francesca just like they clearly have adventures together also the blender blenda blenda freya and franny i mean yeah that is a trio that i need to know so we are going to start grab this bowl here and this recipe calls for heavy whipping cream we're gonna whip this up this is two cups and that's gonna give it sort of that light frothy ice cream like texture and consistency then we need two tablespoons of vanilla extract tablespoons right yeah tablespoons it's a lot of vanilla and then chew and then the food coloring because obviously cookie monster is blue we want blue ice cream i think that's fun so i have a little bit of royal blue here he's a pretty like he's a bright blue guy but like a dark bright blue guy you know oh my drawers open embarrassing use a knife to get out the blue food coloring let's start with a little because we can't take it away we can only add we're going to put that on there so now we are going to blend this together until really stiff peaks start to form so basically we're making whipped cream this is going to take a while oh my goodness it's a bloat now we are going to add in a 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk so we're just going to pour this in and this will probably affect the color so i'm probably going to add some more food coloring to this because i want blue ice cream okay nice little doll up in there you know see how that does it's an experiment do you need to add this much let's find out i'm just gonna stir this together this is a promising shade of blue push this in oops i added more it's fine oops my hand slipped oh yeah this is the blue i am talking about and now for the fun stuff we get to add in some chopped cookies which i have not chopped yet do you want to chop them it feels really formal now i'm going to chop them because i want them to be like a fairly uniform ish size so we have of course we have chips of hoy which is you know a classic for cookie monster but i feel like cookie monster i mean he'd dabble in like a couple of different types of cookies you know would he have just chocolate chips i don't think so do you no would you turn down an oreo yeah i didn't think so i'm gonna move this to the side and we're just gonna chop up some cookies how many you measure with your heart like i want them to be big enough that you can tell that they're cookies but small enough that you don't get like a rock hard piece of cookie in there either you know the cookie dough is different okay if you have cookie dough in your ice cream like that kind of melts a little bit i mean yeah it's kind of solid but for the most part it melts just gotta be mindful of the the cookie experience some oreos like this feels like a reasonable chunk like you get that it's cookie but it's not like aggressive plus i bet i can make this so that i don't get like just crumbs i just get the big chunks you know and i just put this in i think i think that's it fold in the cookies okay so we don't want this guy anymore i can't tell you how happy it makes me to see blue ice cream like this i don't know why this just feels right in so many ways sprinkling lots of cookies look at that it's a masterpiece right there okay now i'm gonna fold it i have my little americano an iced americano felt very like summery you know it's a good like third coffee of the day fold all those chunks in do you want to add more i don't think i want to add more than that i feel like that's good so now we're just going to freeze this basically like you want to freeze it overnight i think but like they say four to six hours is probably fine so um we'll see what it looks like and then we'll make a call from there and oh no look at all these like crumbs of cookie what am i gonna do oh maybe i'll make like a frappuccino i'll do like a cookie frappuccino ooh that could be good oh that's a lot of coffee though maybe i'll have a sip of chris's i'll make him one oh no you know what i'm going to do i'm going to sprinkle this on top afterwards a little like je ne sais quoi you know okay so while that is freezing we're going to go on to the next recipe we are making cinnamon toast crunch cereal and the way that it's made is a little bit similar to the cookie monster one but we're doing things a little bit differently and i am here for some of these alterations it's gonna be so good plus i have some like versions of cinnamon toast crunch because for whatever reason i couldn't find the original in the store but don't worry don't worry i have some other ones we'll get to that in a second but the first thing i did uh like probably two hours ago is i put some this is like leftover oh you can't see that hold on there we go this is cream that i had put in a bunch of the cinnamon toast crunch before to kind of soak this is sort of the leftover cream from that and so we're using this as part of the base for the ice cream which i think is awesome it's a nice clever way of infusing the actual taste of the cereal into the base and to this we're gonna add one cup of heavy cream this one's plain without anything one tablespoon of vanilla and then a tablespoon of cinnamon sugar and then we're going to blend this just like before now blend it we're going to whip it we're going to whip it to like stiff peaks again there we go all right looks good and minorly over mixed and then we're going to add in again another can of sweetened condensed milk then we're just going to combine this a little bit and now we're going to add in the cinnamon toast crunch so wait you have to see what i got the first one that i already opened because i used it for for the base all about that base not the base no trouble this is the cinnamon toast crunch churros which are delicious and then i got another one and this one is chocolate toast crunch i just realized it's just chocolate toast it's not chocolate cinnamon toast crunch all right so i thought i would try them and see if like do we want to do like a mix do we just want to stick with the churros who's to say and by the way the churros they do taste kind of churro-y but like very cinnamon toast crunch still it's got like a fun little shape christopher do you want do you want to try these with me especially these these are the little little turtle guys they're very tasty have you tried these yet no okay good is there any difference other than shape i mean cinnamon and sugar and bread product yeah i think it's mostly just shape they're good though that's good that's good make good ice cream so i'm trying to decide if i want to combine little chocolate a little churro i feel like you get a better ratio with this one of bread to cinnamon sugar cinnamon toast crunch is so thin it's just like a mouthful of sugar that's what makes it magical this is the chocolate version this one's got the shape of it so you can see like a normal yeah look at the coverage difference yeah you get so much more better ratio and i feel like this won't go as soggy these are good too try those little chocolate these taste like the checks that you like yeah they kind of do but not as like these are more sugary again the checks have they're puffed out so they have the volume right and those have like a really good chocolate taste if you like chocolate cereal the chocolate chex are just so cut like these are good too but do i want to combine these with this why not well i mean let's taste test that cinnamon and chocolate i'm making a sandwich for noise don't question okay tastes like sugar ah wouldn't it guess you know what i was thinking because i kept forgetting and these were like the you know the french toast crunch what do you think the people who made french toast crunch thought when tik tok started making the mini pancake cereals they're like we've already done this we've perfected it is there a pancake crunch cereal if you make french toast crunch perfectly why bother with the pancake i can't taste anything about sugar yeah mix them all up why not let's mix them up yeah we'll see what happens all right thanks for your input so we're gonna fold in one cup of the cereal combined um i'm probably gonna chop down these ones just like in half or something before i add them in because they are still kind of large and we're gonna put one cup into the mixture kind of fold it together and then we're gonna sprinkle more on top after i like that we just did like a random um cereal tasting right in the middle of an ice cream video just give them a little shop you know i feel like dibs and i are long overdue to taste tests and cereals this needs to happen leave a comment of what cereals you should try put some chocolate in there more of these delicious nuggets of awesomeness now would i eat this for breakfast no no i would not i would hate this just grabbing handfuls throughout the day absolutely i would i am one of those people that um i don't know if you've noticed at all but i'm very affected by sugar my whole like my whole family me my dad my dad and my sister mostly and myself if we eat sugar like early in the day like aggressive amounts of like this level of sugary cereal uh we'll just tank for the rest of the day like we just need like constant uptake of sugar otherwise we crash so that is why i tend to eat most of my sugar intake with cookies at the end of the day so that i just crash and go to bed is that healthy i don't know but we're not gonna question it we're making ice cream so i'm just going to fold in the cereal fold that now we need to put this in a loaf pan i am so excited about the next recipe by the way this one's going to be so good i saw this one and i've never seen anyone do this before like this to me is gonna be so interesting if this works i'm just gonna fold this in here and then we're just gonna top it with more cereal oh no sunk fell down cause we'll try it what oh my gosh this is so good i have some good not quite ice cream yet base though [Music] i'm pressing them down too so they actually freeze to the ice cream there we go that looks great okay so now we're gonna cover this freeze it for a little while before we can taste test and we're gonna go into the next one which is gonna be so interesting all right now this ice cream i think is probably the most unique one that i've ever seen and that is made in a pop-tarts container yeah you you heard me we're gonna take the pop-tarts we're gonna make pop-tart ice cream in like the pop-tart like sleeve i guess and i chose chocolate because i think that's one of my favorites that are like the the uh s'mores one i think that's like number two probably like nobody's mad at chocolate pop tarts they're delicious chris's blueberry ones so no blueberry so what i'm going to do is i have some cups here and i have my pop-tart containers i'm just going to do two oh before we put them in here we're going to crush them and i feel like maybe i should probably take them out of the container and crush them because i feel like for me i'm going to crush this and i'm going to rip a hole in this in this bag and i feel like because the bag is kind of important i don't want to do that this feels kind of wrong but i'm still gonna do it oh my gosh that was 100 worth it oh it's so much fun and that's like really easy to break up now we're going to try and shovel this that back in this is going to work very well let me just put this into like a pouring thing there we go ta-da it's like a very it's a very full bag but um we're gonna go with it i'm gonna put it in here and we're gonna do the same thing with the other one let me know if you do try this and you just try and crush it up in the bag let me know if that works because like obviously that saves a lot of steps this is apparently very messy okay and now all we're going to do is we're going to take heavy cream and we're just going to pour it in each of these containers and this hasn't been sweetened or anything so this is very interesting to me that's good there it's like going through all the way down to the bottom here so i'm pouring it very slowly all right now what we're gonna do is we are going to stick some what's the word popsicle sticks except that i don't have popsicle sticks but i do have bamboo sticks so i thought maybe we would do that instead and they said to poke like one in each side because you're gonna kind of split these into like ice cream popsicles stick that in there and i put the pokey side out because i didn't want my kids to like bite into the pokey end so um that's the explanation of that at least i can like tape these these ends off okay so now we're gonna stick these in the freezer we're gonna let everything freeze and then we're going to taste test okay guys i'm back day two everything is frozen so now we're gonna taste test i'm very excited for the first one which is obviously gonna be the cookie one and i will say that i didn't use as many cookies in checking the recipe again that it called for i don't know why well i do know why i probably just want to eat them but we may have to add some more afterwards but um let's see what it looks like so blue cookie monster would be proud i'm also not noticing a ton of crystallization on top anyway like we'll see what happens when we kind of dig through it or whatever but it looks it looks really good let's let's dive into this look at [Music] this so it has like cookies and stuff in it so we'll see what this looks like when we like scoop but can you scoop so i can see what it looks like up close got together with the camera that was magical everything about that that's a good scoop that's a great scoop it's very creamy super creamy looking nice nice blue tone it has i feel like a good speckling of cookies now i will say it did call for a lot more cookie this feels okay to me right now we'll see if it actually needed a lot more all right that's really good it actually tastes like cookie dough i didn't get any cookies oh that's a good note actually because that means that i need way more cookie in there i was worried about it being you know like really hard and like those crunchy bits you know i generally don't like bits in my ice cream it's tasty but these like melt in a lot more so you get it i got some there it's good it's really good it's really good i would add more of the chocolate chips the chippets to oreos i think oreos are good what'd i say the raw material of chips away that's a part of it so the chips ahoy cookies i would i would do like a two to one with oreos i i like the cookies more myself personally i did not add enough that's my bad i'm upset with myself but like it's a really good like the base is really good it is super creamy not icy at all shockingly creamy but not icy ridiculous that is a delicious ice cream absolutely would make the skin it's so good [Music] i'm gonna try another one we got three thank you not the same one different one is my tongue is it oh my gosh it's so blue amazing well that's worth it we have another good one we have another good one oh you thought two i don't know how it can get better than that but we're gonna try with this one this is the um crispy no i was gonna say krispy kreme that's not it cinnamon toast crunch churro edition just a lot of cereal it's a lot of cereal on top i may have gone overboard okay let's scoop it is where you want to help me with some scooping i need another good scoop shot it's more of a challenging scoop because of the bits no the skirt itself seems harder looks tasty though tasty looking bite okay ready okay this one is yeah it's harder but like i want the bits he's living on me here we go okay i got some bits i'm excited for the the base of this one because it has like a cereal milk base yeah it's cool eddie it's a good one [Music] i don't like the bits on top those were the seven words in that order that i had in my head too they're not necessary i don't try it without any bits there are some bits in the base i've got some it's much harder than the other one oh it's worse in it yeah it just tastes like stale cereal and nobody wants that but the bits on top are way better than the ones mixed in oh yeah i would rather just have the base and then sprinkle fresh cereal on it yeah you know what i mean like that that would be good this is just like kind of moist but stale and frozen but the base is very good like i like to kind of sit this would be good with caramel caramel with the cinnamon i don't know that like maybe a dolce de leche kind of a thing i'd butchered that i'm sorry we got a churro bet cookie's way better coffee one is better yeah i'm still gonna eat it okay last but not least it's your favorite pop tarts oh actually not pop-tarts yet i have to finish them it's okay you can go away and then i'll i'll let you know when it's done but you'll call me one of them i'll let you know okay i'm not gonna leave you hanging don't worry i feel like my entire face is blue oh well so to finish up the pop-tart ice cream we're going to take some chocolate and we're going to melt it because we're going to dip pop tart ice cream into the chocolate because it's not enough to have all the chocolate on the inside now they also like drizzled white chocolate and stuff on that but i'm not going to do that mostly because i don't have any so we're going to melt this i love melting chocolate so pretty hard to do it with one hand though just moving the bowl around now that it's melted a little bit i'm going to transfer it to this mug because we're gonna be dipping the pop-tarts this will make that process a lot easier so much chocolate we're gonna melt this down a little more and then we're gonna get our pop-tarts okay chocolate is melted i transferred it again because this is a thinner thing anyway i have the bricks that are these popsicle things and um i'm going to absolutely cut myself if i try and uh chop these so i'm going to see if chris chris do you want to um chop these for me because i'm going to hurt myself if i do this pop-tart i do like a pop-tart this is so exciting look at it i don't know it's like wedged in there aha ta-da so it needs to be cut in half two popsicles and you hold it steady on this one it'll be fine you didn't need that finger the banana cutter still haunts me and they make this part look real easy spoiler alert it's not gots to have a hot knife look at that look at that cross section though did a pretty good job getting all the pop-tart pieces almost all the way through except for a random section right here i don't know why but uh it did a pretty good job so it's now at this point that we need to dunk this i need to reheat this chocolate but then i need to dunk this in and then it needs to freeze then we're gonna eat it okay now we uh we dip these into the chocolate hopefully i melted enough i didn't want to like go overkill and melt too much you know i want to be wasteful oh so close maybe if i like move it around a little well that kind of worked oh something is happening and it isn't a good thing it doesn't look appetizing i'll tell you what but it is covered in chocolate maybe if you made like an actual like melted chocolate i don't know with like cream or something in it it would be a little smoother um but this is um reacting aggressively when it has the cold ice cream in it so just keep that in mind so i'm gonna dump these stick them on a tray and then we're gonna taste test okay so just took them out of the freezer i did one without any chocolate and i did one with so we could kind of see if it needs it which i assume it does because this doesn't have anything like a sweetener in it but maybe the pop tart makes it sweet enough let's find out all right chris last round pop tart pop-tart pop-tart you ever seen a pop-tart in this form or this form does it remind me of like a haagen-dazs bar without the nuts kind of would be good with the nuts i wouldn't know okay so i did one like we have the wrong one oh okay so i figured we'd try it with and without and just see if it needs it i just don't know how to do you bite into it oh i can't do it do you bite into ice cream because like i can't i can't do it i don't i don't want to anyway i feel like i have to now oh it has a nice did you hear that crunch i did get that yeah mmm crunchy i like it well this is awful is it that's good oh just eating chocolate right now you're trying i'll switch with you i've only gotten chocolate that's why i went to the side because there's too much on top i'll tell you what if you like a mushy pop tart in milk this might be up your alley this is edible because of all the chocolate that is not this is fine it's easily in the top three ice creams you've made today is it better than the um again i want to say krispy kreme cinnamon toast this is not better than that so you beat that over this yeah i think i would have to agree with you this is not as tasty as i hoped it would be but i mean the chocolate coating worked out better than i anticipated a lot of chocolate is very good the rest of it yeah it'd be better if it was the the cookie monster inside that would be that might be way too sweet though you don't know how are you now i don't care for that all right well i appreciate your help anyway if you're gonna keep eating it eat this one i don't know why i keep eating it it's not that good but like i guess i'll just keep eating this one i'm gonna go eat the cookie monster one yeah shave me some though okay see i'll think about it just a little bit thanks for the ice cream you're welcome i don't know what to do with this now guess we'll just keep eating it i do feel like this is only the start of our adventures
