Tent Camping and Floundering at the Wrong Spot

good little setup this one really like it a lot there's a few Pipers swimming around there the light up d ma two founder boie Flander and EGS wow well got some bad news for you guys apparently I'm in the wrong spot and check this whole chain up here we are finally it's Anzac Day April the 25th and we're going to go over here and get our accommodation last time we were here it was winter time and now we come in here and it's feels like winter it was pretty cold last night was a cold cold night last night ear this morning freezing cold so just what we want a nice cold winter camp anyway I'm going to go in here and and pay for our accommodation rubber I want to get a place by the water if we can so we can do some fishing during the rain anyway back soon got to go this way at the very end of the spot number 10 is it over here must be here look number 10 here right here we are right over here is it over here I think it's here let's have a look is it here right so here we are here's our this place over summer actually feel a few spits so we got to get our tent out so welcome to another video we're going to Camp uh put my tent right in here I think yeah right here so we got so much gear check out all that gear we've got that's so much stuff look at all our stuff what I'm going to do I'm going to set our tent up a few other things and then we're going to and I'll B here because you got some spit happening look at my stuff guys our car is CH block just full stuff come is our tint few TS tap set up here's our tint Dy tint take this out need it but um need a tap on the bottom [Music] oh Manan got so much stuff in here look it's been hours picking this up days actually so here it is there's the oldy tent in Mak to so we're going to find a spot here it's nice and flat here so we're going to put our tent right here okay back to you guys soon I'm going to start setting up now I got to say this is a really nice spot it's come here again last time we were here we were on the outside we were like outside of this park but we on the inside now we've got a key for the gate even got a table over here to use all choice and there's no numbers on the grass so hopefully we number 10 if we don't have to move but this is the the last one on the the last camping spot here let's get this tint set up have a relax and have a [Applause] coffee our's half set up there we haven't used our since we did winter camp at to with my mate Marty all right so that was big a tap here today tap here under our CH going to be uh this is for inner of our T so we going to put our SK off the grass nice and clean put our Mets in here here it is we're halfway there we so looking forward to seeing what's out here tonight we have a bit of a fish hello my daddy you going to help there put the tent up he's going to sit here and watch here these awesome guy ropes little pockets for them about this tent it's great great gry ropes great little pockets oh lovely afternoon probably about 2:00 now right is use this for want [Music] [Music] so I think I've got it pretty much right all right it took ages to be that look good here I got a foil mat it's getting quite cold now so at a foil M foil met here it's 2 m by something on the bag here 2 m by 2 m so this should just about fit in this tent here we going to put this on the bottom pretty recking he can't hop in the it we get your bed out soon can't hop in there yet watch out the way good girl nearly there so first time using this T hole in here you got to have a to have a tap under your tent just to protect your floor a bit and give you a bit more insulation so we can put our table here there we go so we're in a good little spot here so this is a good little insulation blanket got four whe from Al Express that just give you so much more insulation this is really good for our winter camps we going to have this year so we going to try it out first time today not sure about you guys but man I am getting I'm getting pretty tired the good thing about is we're here for two nights so tomorrow we can relax have an awesome relaxing day we don't have to pack up so I'm going to start doing a lot more two night camps for you guys just easy to do and I can spend the whole day here just relaxing without having to pack up too early anyway here's Kmart picnic blanket here this is really good got to rub it back in so we just used to use this here without insulation so we're going to have insulation we can have insulation plus we're going to be having a lovely mat here see see we can put our bed over there rubber beinged go over here good girl rubber yeah choice so here we have rubber's bed first time using this camping she uses this at home this from mighty eight this is a dog camping bed just like my one but a bit smaller she loves this she's going to enjoy slepping on this rather than on the floor on the cold ground so we can go here actually can go that way here we are what what need for your beard this is going to be so enjoying this we got couple of nice Ms for here hey ra you like camping we just set it up for you can come in and try it out oh man so hot up the windows in our tent so I've got this Kmart lounge chair thing just got to find this sheet for it every wants to go for a swim I got a put my shorts on it's hot a so here we have our w ination floor we can sit in here could even line here Reon Co so just in time I'm not sure what we're going to put up a to I can do but I think we're going to just get our table set up first get our lighting ready we got some nice lights there to try out camping we have an awesome table here we're going to set up for you guys today check this table out here this table here for Mighty ape R his beer for Mighty ape and she's loving that bed e it's better than sitting on the ground you're camping yeah welcome everyone to our camping Adventure two nights with Dad and rubber hey hi everyone here's my bed probably actually need a bigger tent now this bed does touch the sides but it does keep your pillows from falling on the ground now bunk bed and rubber's bunk bed hey like twins hanging out for a coffee so we'll do a table first we're going to bring our food in and we're going to set up a table up and have a coffee we Reon okay little portable table here from Ali no Ali Express from mighty ape I looked online to try and find a suitable table that has a bit of height and also a good size that we can take camping other ones are way too low for camping this one here has justable Heights and also comes with a very awesome little shelving system and you can set our put our food inside this little shelf here which puts under the table something that we really needed to have for our camping trips was this table so set it up so you got your adjustable leg height here I got this shelving here and I got some slip slip M for the shelving o I can feel some rain coming it's good timing so we're going to set up our tent and hunker down in that tent rubber so there we go we'll just flip it over put these little latches on hopefully should fit in here haven't tried it out yet but it should fit perfect there you go perfect so we've got different adjustable Heights here I might just pull up a little bit put up one so you can actually have it low you can have it bit higher it's 1,00 by 600 table so we got it higher that's probably higher enough we'll try it anyway a look where is it here there you go there one there there one prob is that B I got the wrong um things here he got holes in this one I don't want the H it's all here is it h they probably too high that's good right this is quite cool this little bit here it's got little Clips on here you got little Clips under here you just clip under your table it's got nice waterproof material here it's quite good this here was a $100 including actually if I do it from Below do it this way it's way easier I tip it over we do it this way I figured that out day it's going a range S easy way easier got little clips that clip on here it is a a CP and gcro system is it [Music] rain velcro tabs on the bottom and we are ready to rock and wall and V here as well look it's really good table this was the best I could find for the price and for the quality so I got here this slip mat here this is full on the top and it fits just right from Bannings this one I just don't like the slippery surface here things can slip off so I got this here from Bunnings it looks pretty good I just cut it to fit was the right width and I just cut the length of it we got a nice little slip proof table and in here now if I fold these up put our shelves in keep our food off the ground which is awesome we keep our food off the ground and we also uh keep everything nice and tidy there you got little shelf there and I got a little left over bits off the script tread we're going to put it in there nice and tidy there you go get our food there put our food in here set our table up by here boy might be in the old video just getting everything set up you see why I'm going to stay for two nights when we got so much stuff to set up a nice Lantern here move that one here that table's a good height I'm going to put my chair over here now and we're going to see how the height is but we're going to get all our Kai bring it in set up our lovely table here man how's that Happy Days rubber happy days we got a little table for inside here as well for our camera gear all right go got some water now we go we slow to getting our stuff set up got our gas stove here cooking all our food on our trip on the gas stove all the all this the uh this guy here APG guas stove do are cooking on this got the big APG gas stove this is the 1.4 L one because we going to be cooking our tea tonight in this Beast of a machine bigger version off the other one I've got so we going to set it up over here [Music] big gu container as you can see here got lovely AliExpress light which going to put on later on I've got two of these give us some nice Ambience later on even now it's pretty good oh man Happy Days coffee cup Kum here hopefully no red SE will get into our tent and eat our pantry out we're very nearly finished setting up the tent what do you reckon Choice hey hello you want to go for a walk don't you y we're here for two nights exciting going to have a nice relax you're hungry we got some Kai for you in the car we'll bring it out guys I am pretty happy with this setup that table fits really well in there I'll leave the links to all the stuff here these will all be affiliate links so I do make a little bit of commission off them as you can see we trying that out you guys will see how this works we get on to the second height goes a bit higher than that so you can sit it uh so you can set a chair underneath there as well but what do you guys think of that I'm pretty happy we got some soup luxa soup we got some pepper steak soup here as well pepper steak and mushroom also got my ecof flow uh I'm going to show you guys something else we've got here I just put my camera bag in here we'll get other bag out this is our other table that I've always used for my camping trips good table but can't do so much on this table it's a bit low does a really good job as you can see this is what I this the table that I used to use turn that on so it's quite noisy this uh fridge but it this keeps our food cold be good for two nights while we away here we are let's have a look in here so here is our little setup in our tent there's our tent there our dirty tent we got our ecof flow we got our battery got Eco flow there we have our chili bin so it's just comes on when it gets below uh 4° I think there's our camera bags under here see it's 4° and then it cuts in lovely ambient lighting you know stuff here is safe come out to this side and I'm still looking on this area we got our food there but yeah finally we set it up in our tint oh man come nice choice a how good is that how good is that all set up my friends I got food in here I've got clothes in here my toothbrush and stuff and deep heat and little te my buddy shoulder is C so here are these lens here we're going to leave this one here on the table double ambient plastic plastic with a handle I will leave the links for these in the description as well these are from AliExpress really good lights plastic lanterns and give you some nice ambient lighting here we are what do you guys think about that a coffee shall we oh before we uh have a coffee I'm going to show you something else this is the bring it inside I've been looking online also for a drinking container that we can bring some water for camping trip don't have to use plastic Coke bottles anymore this is from AliExpress 12 L we'll see how this goes BPA free and our favorite color fill it up here has a little breathing port in here and this is really awesome little drinking container so what you do here is you when you travel you leave it like this you close it up and you get to your destination you take off this plug here we undo that one here this side here we have another plug which is the plug that fits in into here with a tap connection and when you travel you have this one this one here goes back onto your lid screws back on here like that and that one goes back on here so when you transport it you transport it like this but when you get to your Camp you set it up you put this one onto here what's happened here and here we have it there's our drinking tap I'm going to set the water on top of this CLE out guess both done a lot of work to this machine go here see there we go then we have our water it's probably not the best T to tap off there I need a bit higher actually and also as you're looking at this around the side here over here we've got a little nozzle and this comes out it's a little extendable nozzle so what you do with this this is really cool this it splits into here you put this nozzle onto here how clever is that and then you can really have directional and you don't spillage as well so let's try it out for the first time [Music] you just take off this little ear vent up here open it up and then you got water flow oh choice this is water from home this water here is here we go rubber's biscuits oh that's good so I'm much just leave it up here we go through about maybe six drink bottles for two night Camp it's about 10 12 l so we'll see how this goes I had it folded up right to the top pretty much but it's going to be our water got a water from home and it's on a filtered tap so no more getting sick from water that's been sitting around for 3 years so let's have a coffee shall we I'm going to have a coffee first and then we'll go for a walk I'll take some painkillers oh so there you go guys there's our view today in our tent let put bit of Ambience for our coffee man this is cool I love this table It just fits in perfect so you can sit in here and have coffee okay coffee time so a good idea having this I bought this the other day from Bannings so I thought oh it's about 2.4x 3 m t and it's about 2 m 2.5 by 2 m 10 so we get a meter sticking out so no more mats this is awesome first I've actually put on a top down here can walk around my bare feet socks if it gets wet no worries [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] take it for walk soon we have a coffee first okay we go for yep okay oh man I'm just so happy this is really good little setup this one really like it a lot pained this for quite a while finally we have got a really good camping setup for ting and with beautiful views like this pretty awesome oh well all finally we've all relax now taking days to get this trip organized organizing things for this trip finally set it up in two nights of awesome camping w can't wait I'm definitely going to come back here in winter time this spot here is a great spot so cheers everybody warm bruise and awesome views hope you enjoy something that was suitable I was trying to find tablecloths or some sort of material that can fit on here really well and this just was made to fit same width it protects your your top as well it's nonslip so that's great right so I'm going to sit back and enjoy the coffee relax then we're going to go up soon we'll go for a bit of a walk with rubber ties coming in I think and we've got our fishing rod here and some bait I could have a carer on also bought my flounder light and Spear and waiters so we might even try for a bit of a flounder up this side here we have a cast right from here so there's our this where we our campsite way over there you can't hardly see our tent behind that Hill there that mound very busy place today cuz of the long weekend I'm coming tight so M oysters out camping here isn't it it's a good sport beautiful beautiful day so you don't want to get caught here at high tide oh my buy shoulders giving me grief today my friends the old shoulder too much workout today just around the corner up on the left here is a place called nudu Beach a few years ago the arena boat sunk and Spilled a lot of oil and the oil came along the beach here new beach I did a video about it these guys were cleaning all the rocks with all the oil off the Rocks MV Arena went the wrong way coming into the channel into the harbor and they got stuck and all the rubbers got all the rubbers from their boat was spewing all the way up the coast there just container loads of stuff and the rocks are all like this just round rocks yeah is oh look up by the uh look little n up there so I have noticed there's some oysters here on these rocks wers over here muscles so even around here can have a bit of a cast there guys up here fishing their mouth up here look like fishing over here you see these rocks are all like funny shaped look at them all all round like cannonballs so M to was where my great great grandfather came in 1840 and he met my great great grandmother who was from uh Rua my great great grandfather was from England and he immigrated here in 1839 they used to build Schooners back in the day and he met his wife here at Mak 2 in 1840 it's a bit of news for you so this looks like a really good spot to fish here too I can still see my tent so we're over there what a great spot we could even cast right here into the Channel with my bad shoulder is not very far to car so that's awesome just going to throw it in here some we apparently there's a little mullon here break you so we're going to walk up here and have a bit of a look look around can't have swim though cuz of who h on her back she can go swimming no swimming today in coming tide you know we could come and have a fish rubber we could we should it's probably the word wow look at those Cliffs and those trees are up there right on the edge they just come down just like that one so [ __ ] a tin is way over this way over here way over there it's about 45 minute drive to get here 40 minutes oh man I'm so sore should so sore I haven't been to the physio yet been too busy been trying to get to the physio but I've been too busy trying to go next week what a spot though I think that's where the have a bit of a look for some flounder so we'll walk down this way here and come in tired to walk back up here we haven't got much of a beach to walk on because there's uh few people down the far Endy but we'll sort of have a look around here and we'll sort of go up this bit here so I'll put my waiters on and we'll go and have a look see if you can see any flounder incoming tide let's go and have a look [Music] [Music] okay that oh saw a lot of small ones but take is get a couple of runs and we'll have a break and we'll go back and give another go so it's starting to rain a little bit comes our rain bang on time it's supposed to rain about now till after lunch right so we went for a bit of a flounder saw about 10 little ones that sort of size saw a few Piper hopefully this camera would pick it up there's a few Pipers some around the the light he got back just in time it's starting to rain so the rain was forecast to come tonight that's why I wanted to have the top up so we can sit out under the top but I'm I'm quite happy with this little up here yeah it was quite a good fun I can only walk so far up this way here and was a bit there was a party going on bit further up here a bit of music but we had a nice little beach to walk up probably about 100 m of beach to walk up I saw quite a few little ones and probably saw two or three about what are they about 6 in a b bit bigger but they're a bit bit flighty I think they see this light flashing and they take off but we'll wait till this rain stops if it does stop we'll go bit later on we'll head out and have another another go I stting early what the time 20 to 8 my neighbor's next door gone to bed so we'll just hang out here for a little bit I might to have a cup of tea I think oh sh waste water I like this little thing he great fire right [Applause] [Applause] this met so good a good [Applause] idea well the rain stopped so uh might just sit back for half an hour or so and they'll go back down and put the waiters on might get back to you guys when we go for another flounder so I've gone through two batteries for the GoPro tonight today so one's charged up I got two charging up one's finished charging the other one's just started to charge and this one's a new battery so definitely need three batteries for you GoPros especially if you're filming in 4k right it's too hot to drink [Applause] oh yeah he little one see like the on leave all right so just having a bit of a sweep through here just seeing a few of more little ones we actually right outside our tent and rubber un hooped there so many little ones just going to check out the K tuna River never been here before check it out see what's going on over here K tuna river right this is where it all happens apparently follows fish around here doing it up here all right so here is our FL that we got the other day from our camping trip it's been in the fridge just overnight and we're going to have a tea tonight this is a f we should have had had on our camp but we didn't I just boed home and we're going to have it tonight for tea this is the ending of the video cooking our flounder at home not down the beach where I was going to cook it unfortunately but it a very nice fler this one I was going to cut the towel off flour it b a bit of oil cook it up with some eggs and it's going to be our Qui tonight bit a taste test we can share this Flander here with Aon and my daughter and see if they're going to enjoy some yummy founder first time of Ages who've actually had founder so we going to really enjoy this tonight doesn't get any better than that does it doesn't get any better than [Music] that there a flounder all flowed up floured up flounder rust F oil Tails most crunchy [Music] looking forward to having a bit of the old taste test on the lovely CR we got and it looks delicious check that [Music] out put it over oh yeah check out little here off the bone here and that doesn't give me better than that lovely delicate flounder so yummy just eat one side and flip it over and straighten to the other [Music] side I love little salad here here we made last night broccoli salad lovely flounder there salt and pepper and our delicious eggs there we have it let have a taste test fander and eggs do together very very well so there you go my friends hope you enjoyed this video this camping video that started off really well and it ended not very well but let's see how it goes at least I got one good night in a spot that I really enjoyed and I had a shower in that block that the guy said I wasn't supposed to have a
