Teen Turns Bedroom Into Hollywood Movie Studio! | Get Out Of My Room | Universal Kids

oh oh oh my gosh I'm Sam I'm 11 and I like to make my own movies quiet on set [Music] I'm also an artist so room Oh bunk beds for sharing the space yeah make my snores this is my little art studio not a lot of space I see you like move to the floor yeah so Levi it's always kicking my paints and touching my stuff sorry so where do you make all your stop-motion I make my strong motion movies right here and then I have my things and I moved them picture move picture move and then usually somewhere along the way Levite knocks over my phone and then I have to realign everything yeah that's the whole thing tell me about this other room where is it it's our attic this place is huge so let's talk about your dream room Sam tell me what your dream room would be well I would have the ultimate artist law but like storage space over all my art supplies and a place where I can do stop-motion I think most of all it would be a place where I could relax just comfortable and happy Sam had a lot of ideas for your room mm-hmm you have to beat them yeah what do you think we should put in there what he really wants is like a cool studio so he can make movies that's a great idea we'll give him a whole movie studio where he can make his own stop-motion videos he really makes art so maybe Nick artwork on the walls would be cool nothing really cool like a place for him and his friends to hang out yeah we'll make a separate area for hanging out and an area for making movie we need to get to work okay fist pump it up Sam's new space is huge before we can transform it into his very own stop-motion movie studio we're painting the walls with a combination of cool slate grey and deep teal so Sammy really likes movies and he's in the filmmaking right yeah you think of filmmaking you think of a clapper board so why not make him a large clapper board for a desk header good idea do you know what a clever board is back in the magic twenties when they were introducing sound to movies they needed something to synchronize a sound towards the image so they used a clapper to synchronize the sound all right let's get to it we have all the pieces of the clapper ready to go all we need to do is hang them on the wall perfect all right now we have to put up the second piece the color thing close it's actually called a clapper stick got it all right laying it up nice I'm gonna do this piece up first yes like that perfect this is called a brad nailer rad nails are just tiny nails and the cool thing about them is that once you put them in if you make a mistake you can easily take them out how does the moon get in does it leak travel through the cord the nails are stored in this compartment right here and then compressed air comes through the cord to make them shoot out check but in the next piece okay put on a brad nailer is only for professionals the best part is it's a chalkboard you want to write a note to your brother let's pick up motion great man what do you think I'm ready for my close-up [Music] we are gonna make some bubble wrap pop art you ready to get started since this projects a little messy we're gonna make sure we cover our clothes yes suit up so here's how we're gonna make a bubble wrap pop art we're going to cover this giant piece of paper with film projector stickers then we'll put bubble wrap on our shoes so we can paint with our feet JB day symbols the bubble tape shoes come on quit playing and get to work all right first foot make sure that the bubbles are facing out bubbling ready to paste all right clear show us how it's done [Music] dad he's gonna move go Levi that was great we're gonna let this dry and then we can peel up the stickers to reveal silhouettes of film projectors all over the paper and then we'll have some custom art for Sam's room awesome oh my gosh [Music] oh this is so so so so cool take a seat in your new studio chairs just like in the real movie is thank you so much we know that you wanted some custom art and we got you some custom art oh my gosh this is actually the coolest thing ever [Music] gonna change me forever we're not at the end of the room yet there's more oh my gosh can you believe this is that same space no it was so old oh look look look we might tell him about this it is baby flapper talk to a chalkboard oh that is so cool a lot of people would think this is enough huh but there is a lot more all right guys ready one two oh my gosh it's like my own studio now you have a mini-movie stage to make your stop-motion a movie screen to watch your films and storage for all your props you have your very own studio and your very own private theater thank you my room is amazing the first thing that I want to do when everybody leaves is make a new movie you know I have my own studio now so I'm definitely gonna make some movies and invite my friends over it's gonna be really fun [Music] [Music]
