hi I'm Kevin Blake the CEO of techmd what we do is we provide nationally recognized it Services we specifically work with clients that are generally between 50 and 200 computer users that rely on Information Technology cyber security to keep their businesses moving forward and give them a leg up on their competition we really focus on a holistic approach to managing our clients we believe technology is really the central nervous system of an organization so our Sol Solutions are tailored to really suit the specific needs of their individual organization what makes us different is our people and our mission is to make our clients run more efficiently techmd solves technology challenges if someone has an issue and they need a quick response then they call into one of our support centers or to our first responder group and they'll get a technician live and that person will be able to assist them we're cyber security first uh so we really are trying to help our clients prevent cyber crime from ever happening in their environments and then we have a Consulting side of our business really forward looking and helping businesses plan and think forward and how to leverage technology and and then ultimately we can help them build out those environments from a technical standpoint techmd also is very good at looking forward and and projecting okay in a year from now this might be a problem let's make sure it's not a problem or 5 years from now here's where the industry is going let's let's get you there before it even becomes mainstream we've had tremendous growth I think 5 years ago we had maybe 60 employees and now we're up over 275 we have S offices we have one office on the west coast in Orange County in the Mid-Atlantic region you know Maryland area and then a couple offices in New England and you have three offices in Upstate New York with the growth opportunity we have with our organization to mirror that with partnering true partners with our customers to learn what they're doing we kind of bridge that Gap to help them grow as we grow I think a lot of people are going to say what makes us different is our people and I that's true you're going to hear that a lot the people I get to meet every day the people we get to hire and you know bring on and and see their careers really grow and flourish techmd is different because of the people we're very focused on the core values that we promote our core values family Integrity team the team one is incredibly important to me that team aspect I see it day in and day out here we call it out we have awards for it part of our mission is to make a difference in our employees lives our customers business and the communities we serve we want Partnerships we want to understand understand what's important to our clients where they're going how can we help them our customers aren't numbers to us right we care deeply it speaks to Who We Are
