you are crazy very very crazy very naughty as well naughty that's not nice to say yes you have lost your mind so I have to lose my mind as well I'm perfectly intact I'm I'm over here enjoying a nice co you are crazy what you are crazy very very crazy and naughty and bad this scammer here Tony Parker actually called me that's a bit of a rare occurrence if you compare it to other scam bait calls that I've made where I'm just calling them constantly until I get someone who will put up with me but this guy called and he said he was from Gmail support and so as Ned I told him that I can't log into my Gmail password wasn't working so he connected to my computer and he said that something was blocking my ability to log into my Gmail account and all of this as you might expect is a lie to get me to sign up for a service that I don't need and this scammer gets to pay his rent but I don't want to spoil too much so I'm going to let you get right into it thank you so much for watching and we'll see you in the next video bye right now I'm just checking the services of this computer these are all the services which are provided by Microsoft Corporation onto this computer if you can see most of these Services these are stopped some of them they are running but very soon these uh running services will will also be getting stopped as soon as these Services get stopped there are chances you can lose your computer oh my goodness okay whenever you are onto the computer you can see all these errors and warnings they are getting collected and it's a very big number 245 you see oh dang it stopping the tape here for just one second this is a completely normal thing and if you looked on your own Windows computer right now in a vent viewer you would see the same exact thing so here um if you can tell me because right now I'm showing you uh the network status there are some unknown people or connections which are connected to your network and if you can see the state it says established which means this computer is not safe and secure use for any kind of personal stuffs and this is also a blatant lie if you run netstat on your computer right now you will see foreign addresses those are just addresses that your computer is connected to it could be Google could be anything that your computer is uh grabbing from the internet and putting in your web browser or another application on your computer and as an expert I'm not going to allow you to perform anything until and unless these problems are fixed up to make sure that uh you don't face these problems again what we need to do is we need to install a firewall protection a security program onto this computer so that you cannot have these issues again in future so just have a look these are the different plans you can let me know for how long you want to have the security program and accordingly I will do the thing oh it it it comes with a with a printer uh yes I mean if you have a printer as well so we can also help you with your printer which means this plan is covering your printer as well will so you can let me know for how long you want to have it uh you know the plan you want to opsis Geeks look looking up this company on Google you can see an address in Canton Ohio but it is permanently closed and having a look here we can see that there has been a complaint on Better Business Bureau for this company and the description sounds eerily similar to What's Happening Here offis Geeks also shares a phone number with another scam related to family treemaker online.com and after I downloaded a bunch of files from the scammer's computer we can see that these scams are indeed connected also have to mention that this has nothing to do with the real software that's called Family Tree Maker these scammers are impersonating support for Family Tree Maker which seems oddly specific but they're doing it anyway I was scanning the computer and I just lost the connection oh well that's that's awful uh how how does that keep happening I wonder well I don't know maybe uh your internet it's working slow well I just done a speed test I think it was pretty quick uh but I don't know my son Daniel told me to go type in the words speed test and it would tell me if it was fast or if it was slow and yes he said that it was very very fast is what he told me so I don't know mhm it seems to be like your son Daniel he know us uh about technology well a little bit a little bit yes uh but you know he he's trying to get a job in Tech right now but he's he's got a job at the
