TEACHING HER TO BACKFLIP ON TRAMPOLINE!! (GONE WRONG)

the vlog welcome to another epic day today we're gonna do something super epic we've never done this before but we are going to a trampoline park to teach Liz how to do a backflip this is Carter's right sure is let's go inside the trampoline park and get this blog started come on let's go sure is if you don't already know Steven and I are really awesome in a trampoline we can do all sorts of crazy stuff I can do back lectures both Steve and I can do awesome back flips front flips all sorts of crazy stuff and we can do do backflips on a jet ski oh my gosh what is that oh my gosh oh my gosh Liz you won't believe what they have what they have snacks but not just any kind of snacks dippin dots oh okay don't tell anyone bye ash it's nothing my own snack okay so I got fun dip and dippin dots and a trampoline park with an arcade who shares I told you this vlog is going to be super epic let's go take a look at this dippin dot machine shares Wow look at all these awesome flavors oh my gosh I can't decide which one what I think this is what flavor would you pick cookies and cream cookies and cream where is it that this one yeah sure it's coming right now which one would you pick you got cotton candy chocolate cookies in cream cookie dough and rainbow ice only banana split I'll probably go with the rainbow eyes okay we're all ready to go we're checked in and we got green socks look how cool these are you know my favorite color is green so these socks are going to be awesome I love these things see what do you think of this bitch is so cool there's so much to do here I know I love whoa what is this jump on it okay let's back up you ready yeah gerrae so today we are going to teach list her very first backflip on a trampoline she's never done one before but today is the day you think you can do it no you know make sure is you got to smash that like button right now give with some good luck so she can land this first ever backflip what's your name I'm carnie hi all right Curtis take her down let's see come on let's see what you got Curtis had some power there okay so Curtis clearly won that one that was awesome [Applause] okay so can any of you guys do a backflip yeah you can do it backwards I want to see it back but I want to see you can do it this person Zack he's gonna win [Music] okay sirs we were about to try this like crazy backflip on the ground variation me and Stephen I don't know this is going to work we've never tried it before but these guys are really good coaches they can do it so I think we can do it too let's try it [Applause] [Music] I'll even know what happened now it's crazy okay okay we did that now we need to teach list how to do a back flip yeah me Liz needs to learn how to do a backflip on a trampoline she's never done one before all right we're about to do an awesome camera flip here we go now it's time to get serious chairs we got to teach Liz the form and the technique of how to actually do a backflip on a trampoline if you've never done a trampoline backflip then listen up because we're about to teach you okay so first things first what I like to do when doing a backflip for the first time is to hop on the trampoline and stand more towards the front of the trampoline so you have room to jump backwards and can't see go really far back but always look behind you first the next step you want to do is send yourself in the trampoline and start with little bounces like this you're gonna count to three when you get to three you're gonna jump I like this it at the same time you're gonna tuck your legs and throw your arms back to do a backflip goes like this ready here we go one two [Music] [Music] okay Lizzy got that oh I'm so scared okay so if you're still too scared to try it on the trampoline then we can go over to the foam pit and try it there first okay this looks like a crazy crash pad I'm gonna go in here we go what I see how soft this thing I've never tried one of these crash pads before but everyone's saying it's really soft will is trying okay here we go whoa whoa yeah that is really soft this is off in order to get to the phone pic we got to bounce our way over there so let's go okay my turn here we go whoa that was awesome okay this is it so it turns out there really isn't a great foam pit to do a backflip so we're just gonna go straight to the trampoline liz is gonna do it first try she's gonna nail it I feel I have a lot of great I have a lot of faith in her I think she's gonna be able to do it Liz how do you feel right now I'm very nervous my heart is like pounding yeah but I think you can do it we got great teachers we got me and Steven here to support and I think you'll do it yeah to teach lives how to do a backflip said she is so scared we're gonna do like a three step process step one we're just gonna hold her and make her do a backflip by ourselves without her doing anything let's see if that works okay I think we were about to do it liz is going to better do a backflip with the spot that is step number one and then we're gonna move on to step number two which is a real backflip la tada this is gonna work already at our best shot I'm so scared yeah Liz is really scared because we tried this like a little while ago and she almost broke my nose so hopefully there's nothing happened bad again this time that was supposed to be a practice okay I thought that was a practice so I hold her back but we go again one more time we're gonna do it here we go we can do it again she's got it we're do it again there we go we got it step number two one spotter we can do it here we go one spotter [Applause] sounds good this is so close to doing a backflip we're gonna try it one more time I think this is going to be unless you're ready to land your first ever backflip I'm ready okay let's do this thing I'm feeling really good about this you're gonna count down and let go okay I think that's that's a good first day Liz you did really good that was an awesome doing a backflip is really hard to learn and it's really scary so if you can do one definitely common hashtag backflip and let me know if you can do a backflip yeah unless you got a lot closer to landing a backflip that's super awesome so if you haven't spent like one already smash that like button form is because Liz was like freaking out all vlog was so scary Steve remember when we were
