Taco Eggrolls

hey friends chef randy here welcome back it's taco tuesday so you all know what time it is and today i'm going to do another one of my favorite things which is to mash up two of my favorite things which are beef tacos and egg rolls you heard it right i am going to show you guys how to make egg rolls and it is not hard at all though it may seem and it's not and you can get everything from your regular grocery store including the egg roll wrappers i get these egg roll wrappers from my local grocery store and they're going to be in the produce section in a refrigerated area so this is super easy i am going to put seasoned ground beef bell peppers cilantro red onion and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese now oh and you're also gonna need a little bit of water to adhere the egg roll together so you take your egg roll wrapper and i'm gonna start with my bell peppers so i haven't cooked these because you know egg rolls is nice to have like a slight little crunch and like i always say the more vegetables you add to something the more you can eat so red onion then i'm gonna add some of my seasoned ground beef it is going to be easier because the egg roll wrapper is a raw dough it's going to be easier on you if your meat that you use is already cooked and chilled then i'm going to take some of that water and just put it right around the edges of the egg roll a lot of people make their egg rolls with an egg wash that's not necessary i don't think i think just just water will do it then you're gonna come up here and fold up the sides bring the bottom up and close it all up it'll seal if you have a deep fryer you can drop them in your deep fryer for two minutes or you can do just like i'm doing get a nice big pan put about an inch of vegetable oil in it and drop your egg rolls right inside once that's all done this is what you get my delicious seasoned beef egg roll tacos and you can dip them in whatever you like traditional egg rolls you know you dip them in your soy sauce or your sweet and sour of course i'm using guacamole which is one of my favorite things so try to make this recipe it's super easy you can use any filling you like keep cooking good stay safe and join me on our next taco tuesday
