Super Secret Easter Eggs in Video Games #6

hello everyone my name is james and today we're going to be checking out a bunch of amusing secrets that you may or may not have seen before and easter eggs that are rather creative completely wacky odd and crazy and some secrets that can be activated in some rather bizarre ways as we take a look at some super secret easter eggs in video games [Music] it was back in 2013 when dr anubis uploaded the crash bandicoot add-on campaign for left 4 dead 2 an awesome 6-map co-op campaign that is full of wacky and crazy easter eggs and this one i want to show you lurks on the stage known as slight drizzle where towards the end of the first segment you can find a secret panel on the wall which if you shoot several times we'll unlock a secret room above your position and where you can find a scene playing out that just so happens to reference the time that howard makuu took a tumble with the flexo ladder on the home shopping channel it's a very easy situation to operate you just push the buttons in right here on on the two sides the two little buttons and all you do is push them in and that will release it and what right here push the button and that releases it and then after you let go it locks firmly in place so really you're also and this is tough it is this listen give you an example say you have a you know you have to get up on the wall or hide something hey listen just walk right up and i tell you it's very safe it's durable and it's like scaring me oh really now it's locked in place okay so really you say oh god harold are you okay actually i didn't have it locked you have to lock it once you lock it you're okay but it is very safe to operate so continue to call for it no while in rare's online pirate adventure sea of thieves it is at the location of i-12 on the map that you can discover the reaper's hideout a location comprising of two small islands north and south and it is upon the latter that you can find an abandoned camp where mary merrick the pirate had once visited and who not only left behind a photo of him and his son derek but also one of his journals which contains a sea shanty and an awesome reference to rick astley's never gonna give you up and that his son said he should name merrick road you wouldn't get this come on once we get to the top of this building we can cross over and reach the boat how the hell are we going to do that jump from building to building gears of war judgment it is if you collect a total of 40 stars that you will unlock the seventh and final act of the campaign known as aftermath and it is in chapter five that you can find free buckets laying around sporting smiley faces one of which can be found in the window of a building across the street there's one on top of a dead enemy while a third is resting next to a tv and if you so happen to shoot all of them then within the next segment all the enemies be wearing their very own bucket making for a very silly easter egg we're gonna need a bigger crew oh what the hell is going on here don't bother with headshots they keep coming at the global innovation motor race located in miami in hitman 2 is where you can find some of the game's craziest of easter eggs and here's one of my favorites as by taking a sniper rifle into the mission you should head to the constat building and make your way to this area above the racetrack where in the distance you can spot a single bottle of atlantic water and if you shoot it the first of three red lights will illuminate on one of the city's buildings then by heading to this security compound to the east of your starting position you should climb up this drain pipe so you can gain access to a room where you can take out two further bottles of water which in turn will activate a button allowing you to launch the atlantean space program and a what the easter eggs [Music] he should be down here drinking atlantic enjoying atlantis i'm aj don't forget to sign up to our vip recruitment eggs and most of which involve annoying the game's narrator during the tutorials i don't know how much more plainly i can say this stop running at the marine so here's another one as if you take to the marine tutorial and work your way up until the point when you're supposed to enter the cafeteria it is at this point when you should just ignore this instruction and just jump out of bounds [Music] the commander spent another resource to give you that ammo now go secure the resource node in cafeteria to ensure they can afford to continue to support you proceed to waypoint sorry you're not getting away that easily stop it cut it out are you really that desperate to get out of doing the tutorial with all the time you've wasted you could have just done the darn thing by now if you keep trying to kill yourself we won't let you play ns3 i'm warning you alright that's it we've made note of your steam id and we're not letting you play ns3 ever it's a shame too hypothetically speaking if there were an ns3 and we were already heavily into development on it it would be looking pretty amazing all the new alien life forms are incredible and all the new marine weapons are amazing uh we've even added in a third playable team hypothetically speaking of course too bad you won't ever be able to see it yep too bad why are you still doing this why seriously the novelty of this is wearing off real fast are you really that bored what is it you want exactly if i give you an achievement will you go away there there's your damned achievement leave me alone seriously that's
