Super Rare C7 Stingray at Corvette World! Plus Their COOLEST C8 Yet!

[Applause] what's up robert what's going on not much man i got one of the rarest c7 stingrays oh yeah yep sweet i can't wait to see this the way your freaking showroom is packed in the last week and a half we have stocked over 20 new vehicles sheesh there she is is that laguna blue oh my gosh that is amazing [Music] sweet [Music] hello everyone and welcome back to brink of speed today i am back at corvette world for a couple of reasons the main reason is because they have a super rare super special c7 corvette that i think a lot of you are going to be super interested in and rob and i are gonna go over it in great detail we're gonna show you exactly what this thing is all about how many were built it's a 2014 i can't wait to show you guys this car and it's in the beautiful laguna blue color so anyway i'm here because of that i'm also here because they have quite a bit of inventory a lot more than they did last time i was here so i want to point out some things that they have including they have three ch right now and then they have quite a few c7s but they also have a super low mileage beautiful c606 that i want to show you guys so a bunch of stuff to go over real quick though you that are haters out there i understand i'll try to make this exciting as possible all right um obviously we have definitely gotten our stock back up the owner is finally for the first time since the kobe pandemic and the high demand because of the ch shut down obviously uh the road stingray some of which were here when you were here last night okay here well we've added some aerial kits oh yeah very cool one of three lte t-51 with the euro one uh just the two lt base with an arrow so whether or not you have a z51 or not nothing stops you that's right into your car you also got some custom you know access oh wow we're going and if you look on the side gill he's got some custom work on that oh yeah that's cool it's nice to see any people making artists obviously he's got the factory coming over here to the stars today i've got some c6s in finally i've got a very nice cyber gray with titanium gray interior and gray top uh grand sport three beauty with the aero package automatic i see a c8 over there too oh yes that there is going to new jersey oh sweet awesome awesome zombie it's beautiful uh we've got that red one there was going to new mexico okay and that's a z06 that is the z06 okay this one here is local they'll be uh staying in the dallas metroplex okay we'll be going down hopefully by this very cool so tell me about your most carbon fiber yeah but probably the best car in this shop right now oh let's see at least in my opinion in my opinion all right as you see it's already getting a fanfare it is all right we've got ourselves here a 2020 c8 accelerate 3lt z51 mag right front lift with probably the estimating anywhere between six to ten grand carbon fiber upgrades uh let's start at the front here obviously he's doing an aftermarket carbon fiber front splitter he uh changed obviously the factory carbon flash to a carbon fiber piece here yep the front grille insert uh custom carbon fiber badging both here and in the back jeez that is gorgeous it's got carbon fiber pieces that have been applied wow here that is interesting at first i thought they were a decal but they're too thick to be a deep actual carbon fiber yeah you can feel you can actually feel the edge right yeah it's pretty thick like the weave wow wow i don't think he did on anything on the no i don't see anything there oh underneath okay i think he did no it's still stuck here still stop getting over here to the side obviously you know i know this is an option now but this is aftermarket put that on there put it here wow this is factory you can see the visible carbon fiber package he obviously took off the carbon flash one with the carbon fiber the boomerang air intake got the uh f5 inside skirts 5vm side skirts all right uh this piece right here oh my gosh that's so crazy and it looks good though yep did it up here with the camera i know you mentioned that earlier wow that looks good that looks really good let's see there's the badge wow all right i can't believe he didn't do the rear uh oh yeah congratulations mike thank you oh my gosh here we go okay so factory uh with engine appearance which gives you the obviously the carbon fiber and a light sure but he added here here here here here obviously he ordered i know you mentioned this in one of your previous videos about the engine cover uh this is an aftermarket obviously this has been done after you know as you know there's a lot of options with that you can do this one here obviously he went accelerate yellow with the carbon fiber weave look and i'm sure enough colored the flag and i noticed something this is a new map that you can get in the background yes yeah i know i've seen this is the first car we've had we had this one already in it very awesome and it goes well you know the wave is very similar to the factory so it goes well very true wow what an incredible car what do you guys think about that car give us a big thumbs up if you like it we also got the inside too all right i can't wait to see all the carbon fiber in here so obviously we have a accelerate yellow with the yellow stitch going here it is a um 3lt so you got the microfiber suede with suede insert package wrap on this ct2 seat gt2 which has the carbon fiber um in between the headrest there up there on that you have the what they call the carbon fiber surround now i still keep it short when i post my descriptions at the carbon fiber interior package sure but they call it surround for the instrument panel and obviously your control switches and over there by the mode selector as well sure and of course that yellow stitching also goes to the roof panel as well yeah we're going to get that for sure because that's beautiful [Music] and uh you know another accessory upgrade which i find pretty cool and actually i had this on a previous stingray i don't remember if we mentioned it or not but i don't know if you noticed the the lighted door sill oh yeah yeah that's really cool look at that the stingray lights up yep that's really neat this car is fantastic so how many miles are on it uh 1489 just under 1500 miles all right let's show them and this is a rare this is a rare moment for this car because this car here is actually you know we usually like i said we almost never do consignment this is actually a consignment car oh really a friend to the dealer he's purchased from us in the past he had this order and he's elected to he asked us if we can sell it sure so we made an agreement with him cool about that um and we the owner just had a recent discussion with him because again as corvette world is very attuned to keeping up with the market as you know the market is gradually starting to see some more in i'm gonna announce it right here it is no longer 109. it is we're dropping it you know we talked to the previous owner 105. oh wow we're going 104.995 wow so we are so we are going to lower the price okay um i will update on that on the website after we finish first filming here so i just want to point that out so this car is going to be 104 995 so you're getting a fully loaded 3ltz 51 everything car with a ton of carbon fiber extra and obviously accelerate yellow don't see many of them out nope you don't and just so you know ladies and gentlemen this car the original sticker on it i'm guessing was mid 90s to even maybe high 90s i'm sure robert can tell us but he kept the windows it's gonna be up there because this car has every option on it so for it to have this low miles and all the extras that are on it now you're getting a lot for your money and obviously we also have a couple ncaa stolen stock i do have a train i do have a penny deal on this one it hasn't gone through yet we will we'll know okay the next day or so but this one is black with that morello i was just about to say you guys are going to love this interior look at this beautiful beautiful interior it goes awesome with the black and it's a 3lt as well wow and there is a little bit of a traditional segue about this interior related to another vehicle we're going to talk about shortly now this white one here i love the interior as well attention blue that is amazing it's the two-tone and it's interesting they uh actually stay in the middle straight tension blue and twilight blue so obviously you both the blues of the c7 the twilight blue and the tension blue actually accent they say twilight blue accents with anti-blue main interior seats and of course potential blue seat belts yeah this one is obviously a non z51 but it is a fully loaded three wheel yeah it's a 3lt machine phase trident wheels beautiful in the spectrum yeah inlays there yeah absolutely which i think look excellent with this car i agree so this black one is uh 304 miles uh 100 000 and this white one has 1500 miles and it's 94 000. so anyway uh so not to interrupt but i think the people are wanting to see this super rare c7 same one and we're right next to it yes so segwaying in from that interior okay the morello red is definitely the suede interior of the c8 no questions asked that's the interior that gets a little slave well go back in time to 2014 or should we say late 13 when they first came in i was working at a local chevy dealership and the first c8 and c7 excuse me to hit the ground were the premier editions they made 500 coupes 550 convertibles they came in only two colors lime rock green which ended up being one of your color and of course blue fairy you look good in the blue um the interior came as the brown stone which i'm gonna tell you right now heavily sueded i don't know if this camera is going to do this interior justice but it is absolutely gorgeous and it has a ton of suede on it i mean the suede is everywhere a very partial interior because the very first corvette i sold had a brown stone interior it was a cyberpunk 3lt with a brown stone yeah that is beautiful even on here on the b pillar and this one has a transparent root panel yep sure does and of course on the a pillar of suede and look at it look at this ladies and gentlemen it is a manual tell us why it's so rare so okay so obviously as we know when the c7 came out that was a huge deal just like the c8 came out sure obviously we're going we're bringing the sting right back and the stingray name back obviously officially it was 1976 was last year um by name plates body line it was 82 so about it had been a long time since we saw a stingray and this was a very rapid departure as obviously this is old news now as we are continuing this legacy with the c8 but that was a huge deal it cannot be underestimated this was the car that reignited a lot of young interesting corvettes obvious corvettes unfortunately and this doesn't apply to me because i'm obsessed as a little kid but for many you know the corvette was you know the middle aged car you know it was the the car the mid-age crisis sure this is the generation that really broke it back out of that again you know back to you you go back to new york that's correct the 1960s that generation the 63 corvette stingray that that car and that body line from c2 into early c3 really generated a lot of fascination for the youth and the teenagers at the time my father included um so this was another shall we say redo of history in that regard so what chevrolet announced is they wanted to come out with the ultimate introduction so the premier edition cars were max loaded you had a new color that was introduced obviously this is the laguna blue replacing you know the departing uh supersonic blue that was in the 2013 and in the lime rock green which of course was a very dark metallic green sugar which unfortunately did not have the same popular appeal that they thought it would have that way it ended up becoming a one-year color making even more rare but the laguna blue obviously remained popular as you have one yourself and uh every one of the premier editions came as either one of those two colors and they were only 3lt z51 magdrive dual mode which was still an option at the time dual normal standard z51 and 15 not 14. okay so it had that uh they came with the stinger stripe as you see here they came with the stingray door sills they came with the four thousand dollar chrome torque directional wheels with the stingray center caps and um the uh brownstone interior some people some people claim they were kalahari they were not the kalahari was an option you premierely saw in the blue and the green and it's a lighter color it is lighter they were brown stones so premieres were brown stone they were all numbered um they were as i mentioned 500 for the coupes by 50-foot convertibles and each one of them has an individual number plaque kind of like let's show them that plaque got like the kind of like the uh grand sport collector edition see yep i still have a custom plaque here and it'll be either blue or green with the stingray logo and it'll have the premiere edition and by the way i'm going to point out that there is the carbon fiber here same interior that i had in my z06 wow that is really cool make sure it should also be noted um as i mentioned the dual mode exhaust was not standard on z51 or even 3lt for the for the 2014 either was the suede suede became standard in the 3s and 15 as well but 14 was still an option and obviously this one had it so it was as loaded as a 14th you can possibly get it was the ultimate 14. obviously the only thing was it was a stick so obviously if you want to be automatic you have to go with convertible or order a non-profit so there is a whole whopping a lot of mileage on this if you're about see 8 891 miles is that [Music] so very low mileage yeah that's an understatement for a 14 it's amazing see the previous owner of this car did took your car good care of it yes sir you just cleaned it but you know again you know one of the problems that people people ask me why do these get peeled off the answer is if you throw any kind of armor all or you power wash them too hard it will strip the paint off so obviously he was careful painfully intact there's your mag ride sweet and obviously you know you know you got a manual we got this reservoir here for the dot for clutch sweet you see she's clean she hasn't carried you know we didn't have to clean any dog hair out of here it came in nice and nice and clean and great yeah gorgeous gorgeous car so [Music] definitely if you like c7s and you like the bang gears and you love blue fury's color this is your ultimate stingray and what are you guys asking for this car um just got it in stock i will get you a price we'll have to segue to that um no problem all right so i know you have another car that both you and i are super in love with what is that [Laughter] oh man all right look at this beautiful c6 z06 something to highlight about this one what stands out about it my friend you have one of these it's the gigantic cow on the hood yes that is amazing see how all standard z06s and the grand sports have the hood like this yeah the towel is a lot more relaxed if you will yes and you see this one it's definitely not relaxed no it's got this huge area right here i'll give you a hint i'll give you a hint that hood debuted in 2009 okay another car that had a window on it oh you're talking about the zr1 yes if you look at this you'll see it's exactly the same as zero and just without the one wow full carbon fiber that is awesome so this is obviously you know one of the last of its kind is naturally aspirated largest small block ever made obviously the 427 ls7 505 horsepower um this car here has a whole whopping 2600 miles on it [Music] it's extremely clean and it's like brand new 2600 miles a couple things to note about uh 2011 12 and 13 with the z06s uh obviously the z07 package was introduced in 2011 but you um which gave you the larger zero one size wheels and the magnetic ride and of course the z07 package this car is not a z07 track package but it does have a magnetic ride option and when you get the magnetic right after you get the bigger zr1 aka cup style wheels and obviously everybody's familiar with them they mean black they made a comeback with the wow they are the same exact design this car is a three lz trim level which is obviously the top trim level and as we've mentioned in past videos the c6 with the three lc 3zr or the 4lt package give you the leather which is a cowhide type leather which goes on the door panel and the dash and it's beautiful and it is a 13 so obviously all the 13s get the 60th anniversary moniker sure and the door sills and on the badges and this does have the suede inserts and seats it does and obviously as you know these are my favorite seats it's got the same uh center console carbon fiber dash as mine did in my 2009 and they went ahead and put some bolsters on this wheel yes we talked about that remember the uh you didn't like how they were smooth on the earlier ones yes they did improve it chrome accents and obviously the center caps on them it's awesome air bag there changed as well beautiful car beautiful car got a cobalt steering wheel and this is a 13 with 2600 miles for 55 000 and tread is immaculate eight thirty seconds all the way around and they are these the original tires uh pilot support wild sports yeah the super sports or pilot sport the predecessor to the super sport okay in the lineage of tire sure uh everything's stock on it bone stock okay bone stock all right yeah it's just a very nice specimen here obviously last of its time yeah this engine wouldn't would find its next life in the z28 camaro for two more years before it went away it's amazing just like with the c7 the car parker hoods be gentle when you close so if you guys want an absolutely gorgeous low mileage c606 this is the one guys this is i don't know if you like silver or not but this you got a very unmolested arrow yeah i mean i'm going to show you that front splitter you can tell this guy kept this thing pristine and you've seen on video already that he has i'm sure it's got a perfect carfax on it let me show you and we did not change that that is the original it's a gorgeous car it's your own sport oh yeah [Music] beautiful there's your round tail lights ladies and gentlemen i guess this will probably be the last round taillight parkway things are going yeah probably all right well thank you very much mike yeah absolutely i'm going to walk around and show some people or show the people just some other cars that you guys have out here absolutely um they've seen an overview from me just kind of doing circles in the middle there blue fury's red cousin right there that's really lc 0607 right there we just got it so gorgeous it's got carbon fiber side skirts front splitter stinger hood insert it's a 17. [Music] beautiful [Music] so the only thing missing though it does have the comp seats but it is an automatic yes so obviously 2017 was the first year they did the cooling upgrades larger air cover which of course they had to change the hood line right right and the heat exchangers were improved you know but i'm sorry they didn't do your brake fluid of course not now a long beach red c7 and there's a huge long row of c7 stingrays there [Music] and even here sorry that sun is getting in the camera [Music] another row of stingrays this is one of my seven speeds okay this one here is one of our new arrivals this is a 2019 it is a one led with 8 900 miles okay and a seven speed this is of course you may this color is the new color this is shadow gray metallic shadow tone there's two all right it's a 17 74 59 miles and 60 grand and we got a z0706 here it's only with a ton of upgrades yeah carbon fiber 596 miles for 85 000. yep obviously that but this is an automatic right this one's an automatic okay but it is your pinnacle of your c7 sure master made all the upgrades sure better brake fluid on all the cooling chains there's also a 19 this one is a base the one led with the black red okay silver or excuse me and we've got this beautiful sebring orange oh yes grand sport just got that one in i apologize i don't have the price and those are aftermarket wheels yes they are we have seen these before these are seem to be pretty popular around here they bow out but they are in the oem spec size of the only spec tire uh exo luxury yeah those are gorgeous i've seen those a few times and uh you know people like them sell so you only collected to leave them on there beautiful savoring orange this one here is a 2lt with the carbon fiber interior package automatic and some aftermarket uh carbon fiber hat on yeah that's awesome [Music] beautiful and this one here this uh 16 loop here so here's two lt z51 top seats oh those are transmission those are really neat beautiful comp seats [Music] and of course c7r no that's all good yeah love the wheels love the back carbon fiber fascia here that is a correct that has a wrap and but you know again look what happens when the sun hits it so we elected to leave it on we thought it looked good really good but again you know people ask okay how do you tell spectra gray apart from carbon flash it is hard to tell but if you do look closely sure blinding yourself here the uh flakes obviously different than the carbon flashes cool of course after the exposed carb fiber roof hood top seats weather stitching 3lz 07 with all the suede upgrades yep c7r is a bad mama jamba i love that car c7r is 699. okay you should see the book on it the suggested book value on this well i'm shady i'm sure closing out here again as always this saturday is we're gonna have all these uh toy collection boxes outside the marine corps uh reserve members will be outside with a few of our employees and we're gonna do a drive up drop-off so if you are in the dallas metroplex area and you wanna donate uh you know unopen new toys uh to charity which is the toys for tots uh charity drive created by the united states marine corps reserve please
