OH, WAKING UP THIS MORNING SEEING LIGHTNING OFF TO THE WEST THIS LIVE LOOK RIGHT NOW LOOKING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST, NOT SEEING A WHOLE LOT OF LIGHTNING FROM THIS VIEW AT OUR CAMERA AT THE CHARLES SCHWAB BUILDING. WEST DODGE EXPRESSWAY WAY. ONLY A FEW FOLKS OUT THERE, BUT CLOUDS THICKENING UP HERE THIS MORNING PRETTY MILD START TEMPERATURES INTO THE MID 50S WITH WINDS GENERALLY OUT OF THE NORTH UP TO ABOUT TEN MILES AN HOUR. WE'LL WATCH THESE INCREASE IN INTENSITY, ESPECIALLY AS WE HEAD THROUGHOUT THE MORNING. LIVE SUPER DOPPLER. WE CAN SEE JUST A LITTLE BIT OF THIS LINE HERE IN FRONT OF THIS LINE OF STORMS. WINDS PICKING UP AHEAD OF THIS FRONT, SEEING A LOT OF LIGHTNING THIS MORNING. NOW WE DID HAVE AN EARLIER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING THAT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE. NOTHING SEVERE AT THE MOMENT, BUT THE POTENTIAL IS THERE FOR THIS LINE OF STORMS, ESPECIALLY NOW AS WE MOVE IN TOWARD THE SEWARD AREA PRODUCING OR HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING ABOUT QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND GUSTS UP TO ABOUT 50 MILES AN HOUR. BUT BACKING OFF A LITTLE BIT ON THE INTENSITY OVERNIGHT TONIGHT AND INTO TOMORROW MORNING. ANOTHER CHANCE FOR SOME SHOWERS AND STORMS. BUT MUCH OF MONDAY SEEING A BREAK IN THE ACTION FOR MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY. ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY FOR SEVERE STORMS. TODAY'S SEVERE OUTLOOK, ESPECIALLY SOUTH OF 80. SLIGHT RISK FOR A COUPLE STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS. MARGINAL RISK FOR THE NORTHERN SECTOR. LARGE HAIL, DAMAGING WINDS. OUR MAIN CONCERNS THERE, ALONG WITH ISOLATED FLOODING MONDAY. OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY, ALL OF US SLIGHT RISK FOR A FEW SEVERE STORMS, LARGE HAIL, DAMAGING WINDS. STILL, THOSE PRIMARY CONCERNS.
