These days, I commute to the kitchen every day.
It's still an unfamiliar kitchen, but I'm gradually getting used to it. Finding the joy of returning to the routines of daily life
After wandering around for a while, I'm now returning to my old routines. After the kids go to school, I empty the dishes from the dishwasher and put them back in their original places,
starting the household chores. I've been opening the kitchen drawer where the dishes are stored every day to air it out. Although made of natural materials, airing out the new furniture gives me peace of mind. I need to tidy up right after use to maintain a clean home,
so I try to tidy up immediately by moving around. Even after airing out all day, the smell of the new interior gradually dissipates.
Luckily, it's not too cold to open the door on this spring day. Today, the sunshine and breeze aren't too chilly, so it seems fine to leave it open for quite a while. After doing this and that, I found Momo asleep on the bed.

even when I fall asleep with a pleasant scent brushing my nose, I feel comfortable. I don't want to clutter up, so I stack books to raise the lamp.
I also read books and can easily adjust the lamp height. When I went for an evening walk and saw the house clearly, I quickly took out the curtains.
After washing them once, I'm going to put them in the dryer to smooth out the wrinkles. LabA dryer sheets used when running the dryer. The existing wax-coated dryer sheets melt in heat and leave a sticky residue,

I thought everything would be finished with the interior design, but the tidying up never ends. There are still some areas that need organizing, so I'm tidying up little by little,
creating my taste in the space called home. LabA dryer sheets are made of viscose fabric rather than ordinary nonwoven fabric,
so don't ever throw them away because they're highly versatile. Even used dryer sheets still have a fairly noticeable scent, so I cut them up and put them in the trash can,
and I also put them in the shoe rack. Putting them between folded clothes keeps them from feeling damp when I wear them. Since the inside of the bathroom is not easily ventilated, I spray Cypress & Vetiver scent,
which helps to control the bathroom humidity and leaves a refreshing scent, so I often use it in the bathroom. When spraying on clothes, it must be sprayed over a wide area, and LabA fabric deodorant is a mist spray,
so you can evenly apply the scent. For lunch, I don't have much appetite, so I'm going to have dessert my husband made and a cup of coffee. Starting anew with retirement, I feel even more excited about learning. I might open a cafe around the end of this year. I've been feeling lately that it's not easy to organize my life leisurely.

What on earth have I been doing~ In the blink of an eye, time is heading towards the afternoon. I organized the existing kimchi refrigerator and found the kimchi storage was unclear,
so I bought a stainless steel kimchi container. Luckily, the abrasive doesn't come off, so I just need to wipe it with kitchen detergent. I need to use the kimchi container a bit more to know more about its durability.
But I'm satisfied with the size for now. I also need to organize the groceries I bought and prepare side dishes for dinner. The knife I use every day when cooking.
I bought it with high expectations because it's a very famous knife, but the satisfaction is not great. Some of the meat I bought at Costco is used for braised dishes, and the remaining meat is separated for curry, soup ingredients, beef bone soup, and braised dishes
It's convenient to use for cooking. I have octopus I bought at Costco,
so I'm going to make octopus rice for the first time in a while. I'll also clean the abalones I bought together. Chop the ingredients for soybean paste stew. After boiling the octopus again, add it and cook the rice. If you grill abalones with butter without any special seasoning,
you don't have to worry about side dishes. Put the remaining ingredients in a container and store them in the refrigerator.
I haven't paid much attention to food for a while, so I'm going to start eating vegetables again. Put spinach and garlic in an appropriate container. Put abalones and octopus meat in the freezer. And store the vegetables in the refrigerator. The stainless steel kimchi container has dried up during cooking, so I'm organizing the kimchi too. There are endless dishes you can make with just kimchi.
Especially, aged kimchi is very precious!! The capacity of the kimchi container is not as big as I thought, so I organized it into two containers. The ones I ordered fit perfectly in the refrigerator. Every time I prepare food, I can't help but feel good about the reactions I get. Children say the food their mom makes is the best. Family members who have been through daily life without any trouble,
