Hello. This is Hejdoo, who delivers simple living tips and parenting know-how. The videos that you've been interested in and said were helpful were organized videos using recyclables. So, I prepared a collection of tips for organizing with recyclables in this video. I'll show you how to organize things with recyclables that are discarded casually in your daily life. Thanks to a child who loves milk, my house is always full of milk cartons. ^^; I'm going to use a milk carton to organize the storage that I put off. It was always uncomfortable when I took out the tumbler inside the cabinet, but I'm going to make a special storage box using a milk carton. Cut the sides of the well-washed, dried milk carton to the fold. Cut and tidy up the messy side. Fold it inward to make the cut surface clean and attach it. And attach the milk cartons with a glue gun so that they stick together well. And put it in the cabinet. I even installed a compression rod to fix it well. It's perfect to store it like this, right? There's a space left on the top, so make two more and put them on top. I rolled up the eco bag that I use for grocery shopping and put it in. If you organize it like this, you can see everything at a glance, and above all, it's very convenient to put things in and take them out. I'm going to make another type of storage box. First, cut one side with scissors. And please clean up the mess. Block three sides like this and make it into a box. I'm going to cover the milk carton package neatly with a wrapper. After wrapping the milk carton with a wrapper, use the part you cut earlier to make a partition. It's done like this. I'm going to use it to store my child's straw that I saved for reuse, and dishwasher detergent. Now the cabinet looks neat and tidy, right? Here are few more ways to use milk cartons for storage :) First, cut the milk bottle to this line that you can see. Milk bottles are made of soft plastic, so be careful when you cut them! This milk carton is the perfect size for storing coffee or red ginseng sticks like these. My kids' kimjaban sticks fit perfectly :) Wouldn't it be nice to make a handle for a milk carton lid? Use the glue gun to create a handle for the lid. I'll also label them so I can find them later. It's easy to put in and take out, and it keeps things neat and organized. A shoe box like this that you get when you buy shoes. The shoe box is quite durable, so it's really good to use as a storage box. I'll tell you how to make a neat storage box. First, cut the lid off the shoe box. And cut it into a triangle based on the middle of the box! Then, turn the box upside down to make a knife line and fold it in half. And cut the lid that you cut earlier and stick it to the height of the storage box. The storage box is complete. I'm going to use it to store things in the lower section of the sink. You can use a plastic milk bottle to divide the space. I put dishwasher detergent in it. :) This storage box has not only a divided space, but also the upper part can be used like a handle, making it a more practical storage box. :) Turn the colorful shoe box upside down if it bothers your eyes. Open the box like this And fold it so that the inside is outside. It became a neat storage box, right? The colors of the two boxes look identical. :) I'm going to use it as a storage box for COVID-19 self-examination kits and various tools left at home. If you can't see the contents, it's good to label the box. I think I can remember it now, but it turns into a mysterious box later on :) They are not used very often, but they are somtimes needed, so I put them at the top of the sink. The top of the sink is neatly organized. I'm really proud if I find the purpose of things that are inadvertently thrown away in everyday life :) Since I started organizing, I'd like to organize my kitchen drawer as well. I keep tea, coffee, and disposable items in this kitchen drawer. Maybe it's because there are a lot of small things, so the drawer looks messy. I'll tidy up the kitchen drawer with a milk carton. First, cut off the top of the milk carton and one side. Overlap the two cut milk cartons. And you can fix it firmly with tongs or clips. The storage box is complete. :) I'll make a small partition storage box with this box. if you cut the box in half and turn it over and insert it, It becomes a partition storage box. I'll put in the storage box now. It's good that the length of the milk carton can be adjusted according to the size of the storage box. It's a perfect size to organize your tea bag. :) Do you remember how to make a partition? Attach the center of the partition firmly and try it as a movable partition. You can store it more neatly by separating the space. What do you think? The drawer is much cleaner, right? I'm going to organize the bottom kitchen drawer today. I keep all sorts of disposables in my kitchen drawer, dishcloths, and kitchen towels together. But I have a lot of stuff, and every time I take it out, I end up with all these different products, and my dishcloths and kitchen towels are all different sizes and shapes, so it doesn't look neat. Here's how to use boxes to organize your kitchen drawers. You know those plastic bags that roll like this? Use leftover roll cake boxes at home to create a neat organizer! The rolled vinyl fits perfectly in a rolled cake box :) I'm going to make a square hole in the center of the sleeve like this. I drew guides to help me cut it nicely. Then place the leftover milk cartons in the box and cut according to the guidelines! Then, slide the sleeve in and it's done. It's nice to be able to pull out a sheet like this, right? I think labeling them will make them easier to find later :) And you know all those boxes of snacks that you get after you eat them? but these thin boxes are great for organizing kitchen drawers. Take two identical snack boxes and cut them in half to match the height of your cabinet. Unfold the box and cut it as accurately as possible so it looks neat later :) Fold the box back up and hold it securely with tape. I made 4 storage boxes out of 2 snack boxes :) Then glue or tape the four boxes together. Then we put it in a large paper box like this and done! I'll organize my kitchen towels by their types here. It also folds nicely into my favorite fabric pouch for grocery shopping :) Neatly organized, right? :) The dividers are supportive, so when I pull out my kitchen towels, they don't get in the way of other items! I'm going to make another organizer out of a snack box! Remember those Daiso plastic bag boxes we showed you earlier? It's really convenient and nice to have disposables like this. You can easily make a storage bin for the same purpose with this snack box. I'll be using it with the bag organizer, so I'll cut it to match the height of the bag organizer! Unfold the box like this and cut out the halves. I folded the box back up and fixed it securely with tape! This time, I used double-sided tape to attach the two boxes. Then we'll use the leftover paper to make a support. Cut to the height of the paper box like this, then fold a disposable plastic or zipper bag like this and place it in the box. For slightly longer bags, fold the paper in half and fold the ends of the bag inward like this. Then put it in a box and done! Storing them like this makes it easy to pull them out one by one! Now I'm going to put it in a kitchen drawer. I like that paper boxes like these are height adjustable so you can make them to fit your cabinets! Now when I pull out a kitchen towel, things don't get cluttered and it's so much easier to pull out a plastic bag :) I feel like my kitchen life just got a lot simpler. Here's a tip for using this milk carton for a variety of storage! First, cut the milk carton down to this line where you can see it. For the other carton, I'll just cut off the bottom to make a lid. Insert the lid you just cut out into the long carton you made earlier, and you've got a storage box. And punch a square hole in this lid. And you know those used wipes caps? Use a glue gun or strong glue to attach it to the lid. Attaching a wipe tab like this would make it much easier to open and close the lid, right? I'm going to line it with plastic and use it as a simple trash can. I usually don't keep a trash can in my bathroom, but this would be a great way to throw away all the little bits of trash that come out of the bathroom :) It's the perfect size to fit in a bathroom towel rack like this one, so you can keep it tidy! You can also use the milk plastic carton for a variety of other things :) I was storing my personal care products in plastic baskets. Store it in a milk carton for neat storage. And these milk cartons are great for fridge storage! It's the perfect size to put a carton on the fridge door for curry or rice bowl sauces. It's also a great way to store leftover rice bowl sauce. And if you have one of those handles that comes on the box, make a hole in the bottom of the milk carton for the handle to go through. It becomes a little mini-storage box. I'm going to use it to store wall hangings. I think the lid has a handle so it's easy to get it out even if it's inside a storage box :) You know the packaging boxes that you get when you get a gift at home? I tend to collect pretty boxes without throwing them away. It's quite sturdy, so it's really good to use as a storage box First of all, I'll show you the storage box that keeps the odds and ends in my house. These are the wires and tools needed for various electronic devices. I've been trying to organize this space because it's uncomfortable to find the things I need and it doesn't look good, but I've been putting it off until now. ^^; I'm going to clean up these two storage boxes with these boxes today! First, I will cut the bottom of the thick box into a cross shape. The more you cut it exactly, the better the angle of the storage box looks, so please cut it as accurately as possible. :) Turn the box that was cut into these four inward and put it into the remaining box. That's how a storage box was made! I made another one in the same way. It's divided into 4 compartments, so it's good to store small items separately, right? And when organizing long cords or wires, it's good to use a tissue core. Roll up the wire and put it in the tissue core. I'll also label it so that it's easier to find it later. The wires that I didn't want to see were neatly organized. :) And you each have a hole in the rubber glove, right? Cut the finger part into small pieces and organize the small wires. It's neatly organized! Now, put these things in the recycling box and organize them. What do you think? It's better than before, right? Don't throw away such a useful paper box, tissue paper, and rubber gloves, but make sure to try it! It's a tissue core that you can often see in your daily life. I'll give you a tip on how to use the tissue core 200%! That's the storage box where I keep my out-of-season stockings or scarves, but it's hard to find and look good because I keep long stockings tied up. I'm going to use the tissue core to clean it up Cut the tissue core in half and use it to fix it like this. The long scarf and stockings are neatly organized like this. Now, I'll make a storage box for scarves and stockings with this shopping bag. Even a shopping bag with a narrow floor can be a nice storage box. I think the storage box is a bit long, so I'm going to fold the top part and put it inside. Flip it over and repeat it again. Fold the shopping bag inward based on the folded line. Now, I'm going to widen the bottom. Fold both sides with the triangle on the bottom as the reference point. Turn the shopping bag and repeat it again. And spread the shopping bag widely based on the newly folded part. Fix the bottom part with tape. It became a storage box with a wide floor, right? And if you drill two holes with an awl and insert a shopping bag strap, it's good to use as a handle later. :) Put the stockings and scarves organized with tissue core. If you put the storage box in the space at the bottom of the closet like this, it's good for space utilization :) It'll be easy to find things later because they're organized at a glance, right? Do you have a pencil holder or storage box that you can't organize? The writing equipment keep falling down, so it's hard to find things and it doesn't look neat. Insert a tissue core here. You can organize your writing equipments by type and it doesn't fall. If you want to organize it more neatly, cut the tissue core as high as the storage box. It looks cleaner because the tissue core is covered. :) Now that writing equipments don't fall down and you can organize them by type, it'll be easy to find things, right? I'll give you a good tip on using a shopping bag as a storage box! First, gather 2-3 shopping bags of the same size and fold them into the same length. Fold it in as long as it's folded. So it's roughly shaped, right? Make a hole in the right place on the side and tie it with a string from another unused shopping bag. The shopping bag storage box is done. :) I'm planning to put the storage box in the highest compartment of the storage next to the table, so I'm going to use it as a storage box for light masks and ramen. I also put the labels on neatly. :) It was hard to store things because I couldn't reach the top shelf of my house, but thanks to the handle of the storage box, it's easier to put them in and out. If you have a shopping bag that you don't use at home, make it a useful storage box! Shopping bags can also be used to store refrigerators. I organized the ingredients so that you can see them at a glance using a paper shopping bag. If you use a paper storage box, the space is divided, so it is convenient in many ways because you can use the space more efficiently and change the paper shopping bag if it gets dirty. Use a shopping bag to organize every corner of the house. :) Coffee carriers used when taking out coffee can also be useful storage boxes. First of all, store the umbrellas that looked messy in the shoe rack neatly in the storage box. Each partition supports it so that the umbrella can be kept clean without falling down. And if you cut off the handle, it becomes a square storage box. I'll put the tape on top and bottom to fix it harder. I'm going to use this to organize my child's storage box. This storage box has no partitions, so the fabric used to get messy when I used it, but with these two small storage boxes, the space was separated, allowing me to store socks and household towels neatly. Not only does it not get messy when putting clothes in and out, but the paper absorbs moisture, so you can manage the fabric more smoothly. Don't just throw away your coffee carrier and make sure to use it as a storage tool. :) Wet tissue cap. Do you throw it away right after using wet tissue? I'll make a storage box using a wet tissue cap. First, attach two used wet tissue caps. Then it becomes a small pocket storage box where you can open the lid on both sides. I'm going to put a needle in here that's easy to lose. It's perfect to keep it like this, right? :) Do you have a small notebook that's good for carrying around and taking notes? If you put a wet tissue cap on the back of the notebook, a small pocket will be formed in the notebook. I'd like to keep the USB and small index stickers that I use often here. Don't just throw away the wet tissue cap and use it to make it useful :) I'm going to take a look at the medicine cabinet. I didn't think I kept a lot of drugs, but there are quite a lot of expired drugs. It is necessary to take out the storage box regularly and check if there are any unnecessary items piled up. Let me give you a tip. Don't throw away the used medicine box right away, cut the top part like this and keep it in a partitioned storage. You can figure out what kind of medicine you have at a glance without taking out all the items later. This storage box has a handle on top, so it's good for storing medicine cases that you have to take out often. And you have a medicine case at home, right? There are so many medicine cases in my house that are sent together for free when I buy nutritional supplements. ^^; This case is also good for storing daily nutritional supplements, but it can be useful for organizing small accessories. One is for storing rings, ring earrings, and small earrings that are easy to lose. I use two medicine cases side by side, and it's a transparent container that can open the lid one by one, so it's convenient to take out and use the accessories you need every day. It also looks neat. From now on, try using lens cases for travel and medicine cases for accessories at home. :) If you want to make a nice closet every time you open it, it's better to organize it in the best condition. In the case of a partition-type cabinet, the more clothes you store, the more uncomfortable it becomes to take it out, so I'm going to use the fruit box I received as a gift last holiday. If you fold clothes in a box like this and store them, it's easy to take them out and you can see them at a glance, so it's good to find clothes. If you want to organize it more neatly, use the L-shaped book end. If you organize it like this, the clothes won't get messy even when you put them in and take them out. I'll put it in the storage space in the closet. Now you can keep your clothes as neatly as if you put them in a drawer, right? I'm going to keep small blankets in a thin nonwoven bag that is a gift wrapping paper for last Lunar New Year. If you roll up the blanket and put it in, it's good to find it later and keep it clean. It'd be nice to keep it in a niche, right? How do you guys store something this big? This is my Christmas tree from last year, and I couldn't find a big enough storage box to fit it, but then I had a great idea! This is the big wrapping cloth that was wrapped around the fruit box I received last New Year's. That should be enough to wrap the tree, right? Center the tree like this, grab the ends and wrap them around. This is how the tree is wrapped up lol This would make a great fan cover, wouldn't it? I'll be able to keep it until Christmas this year without worrying about dust :) Wrap the long hanging tree bulb with wooden chopsticks and it's neatly organized. :) When you have to take out the tree again later, you won't have to suffer for a long time because the lines are tangled. :) What did you think of the collection of recycling arrangements that have been loved? In the past, I also bought plastic storage boxes indiscriminately under the pretext of organizing. But now I've become more careful when I buy storage items, and I'm in the habit of thinking about new ways to use them before I throw them away. Anyone can make a neat and tidy space without buying expensive storage items. A warm space with neatly arranged recycling boxes. Now I feel like I'm more in love with my space than any fancy and cool space. :) Is there a smart eco-friendly way of living that you are practicing? I think it'd be good if you shared it in the comments. I hope this video also contributes to your simple and prosperous living. Then I hope you have a simple day today as well :)
