Steve Harvey Gives His Staff Member The Perfect Makeover

[Music] you know I might be probably the hardest-working man in show biz but you can't build a business all by yourself none of this would be possible without my staff putting in hours of making it happen behind the scenes and it's important to recognize people for their hard work right so earlier today I bought in the CEO of my L organics to help surprise one of my deserving staffers who's been grinding all season long check it out hey theme I'm here I'm getting ready to find SHINee's I'm gonna give her on my ill makeover she's gonna be so surprised come on let's go find her hi how are you good how are you I'm Monique I'm the CEO of Miele Wow so guess what Steve has told me how hard you've been working right so we're gonna give you a full day of pampering I'm gonna give you a mile makeover guys we're gonna do your hair your makeup give you a new dress a full day of pampering just for you because you've been working so hard all right in this room here oh thank you so much all right I'll see you in a bit [Music] [Music] so what are you thinking Michael a little more fun summer trendy okay I really just want my hair straight you can do that I'll be really happy Shanice come to the right person okay [Music] hey girl I'm getting a spa day [Music] oh my god fatigue you know beautiful hot everybody are joining me right now is the CEO of my L organics Monique Rodriguez okay now Monique before we reveal Sinise's new look tell us how the my L organics product line really came about so I started my L organics in 2014 and I started it out of my love for beauty in hair I started with my husband in my basement and you know I have a background in nursing I worked as a registered nurse for eight and a half years before stepping out on faith and started my own business and what a lot of people don't know is that my L organics was birthed from a painful situation in 2013 I was pregnant with my third child and you know it was a high-risk pregnancy I had a uterine rupture and unfortunately my son he passed away so it was a very tragic time for me and I took that painful situation instead of being down and depressed because I still have two girls I needed to be same for I turned it into a positive enough and I found my purpose and how I found my purpose was going back to that passion of beauty and hair I started educating women on social media about how to take care of their hair how to grow healthier hair how to have longer hair I started with one product in 2014 fast forward to today we now have 28 products [Applause] thank you we're a major retail now we're in Sally's Target Walgreens and we just partnered with Walmart so it's been truly a blessing just to be here and like share my gifts with the world Wow well let's take a look let's see what Shanice look like before all right you ready to see what she looks like now [Music] Shanice come on out [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] so Sinise how do you feel I feel great and my hair is moving okay Monique can explain what went into achieving Shanice is love so Shanice she's a natural girl that likes to wear her hair straight so we decided to use our Mangano oil collection for her here with mongongo oil is made in the terian desert in Africa and it's what the natives used to protect their hair from like heat damage and sun damage so we decided to use that collection for your hair because when she wants to wash our hair her curl pattern will revert back to its natural state so it protects her curl pattern when she straightens her hair so she has that versatility for natural hair oh well I think it looks great that's pretty fly right there she's always been a really nice working great with all the guests and everything she got the new look so that's the new Shanice thank you Shanice Thank You Monique thank you very much great job my Elle organics is sending everybody in the audience home with products to learn more about my all organics head over the Steve tv.com you like that video you want more well you're in luck because I got more press that subscribe button or click on this list and you can see all the great Steve Harvey YouTube videos that you want you ain't doing nothing right now just do me a favor just press the down button
