- One of the guys that works for my staff has been single for a while, and I found out that his
co-workers have a lot of opinions about why he's still single. We got 'em all right over
there on the side of the stage. (audience applauds) So please welcome, my man, Ryan. (audience cheers) Now, Ryan, I didn't know you
was having trouble dating or nothing, you know. It ain't my business, but it is now. (audience laughs) So ladies, anything? Any? - I mean, I'm really
good friends with Ryan. I really want the best for him, and I don't know. He tries a lot, and a
girl will come to him, but he just can't hold 'em. - Why do you think that is, Ryan? Why you think you're having a hard time finding the right one? - I guess that's why I'm here. You're the chief love officer.
- Tell me a little bit about the last few dates you've been on. How's that work out for you? - I've been on some great dates, met some great women. Probably the last one, we spent a lot of time talking, and then after the
second time we went out, she just ghosted me. It's happened a couple times. - Okay, let me ask you a couple questions. What are you looking for in a woman? - I really want someone
that's intelligent, someone that's curious, I've also found that I'm
attracted to hustlers. (audience laughs) Not... just... - I'ma let him clarify that. You mean more like driven. - Yeah, so when I say a hustler-- - Just stop saying hustler. - Yeah, somebody with a great work ethic. - There we go. - Somebody that has their things together. Every woman that I've seriously dated is way smarter than me. - Well, Ryan, your female co-workers, they took matters into their own hands. They picked three girls
that they think you'd like. Please welcome, Daphne, Rachel,
and Jessica to the show. (audience applauds) Ryan, now normally, I'm in this seat where I provide 14 questions
that women can ask men on a first date. This was different today. I actually came up with four questions that I think a man should ask
a woman on the first date. Ryan, we could start
with anybody you like. Ask the first question. - I'd love to hear just from all of you, describe your ideal man. - My ideal man has an
amazing sense of humor. He's sensitive, he's kind. He's adventurous, spontaneous. Likes to go to concerts. Would maybe experience some partner yoga, is just open to new things. Traveling. - You ever did yoga? - Never done yoga. - Yeah, I did it. - [Daphne] Did ya like it? - No. (audience laughs) - Rachel, your ideal man. - There's two things that I value the most and it's kindness, kindness, compassion, and then communication. So somebody who's my friend. Somebody who I can have
a normal, everyday with. And have a conversation
about just life in general. I have never left the continent, and that's something
that I really wanna do. So maybe that's something I
could do with somebody else. - I like that answer. You do a lot of traveling, though. - I do. I've been to 25 countries. (audience exclaims) - Oh my gosh. - Nah, this dude right
here, I'm telling you. This is a great guy. That's why those ladies over
there cannot put it together. This is a great guy. Jessica, your ideal man. - My ideal man, sense of humor has to be the number one thing. Kindness for sure, like
you mentioned as well. That's such a huge thing. A guy that's just willing
to try new things, whether it's food or try
something you've never done. Cliff-diving or whatever. I'd love that, so someone
that's adventurous. (audience cheers) - I must be old, 'cause I
didn't think nobody wanted to go cliff-diving. - I've never done it, but I wanna push myself. That's something I wouldn't normally do, but 2019, right? - Yeah. (audience applauds) - Alright, it's time for you to decide. Who do you choose? I thought it would be great if they chose. (audience claps) I want you all to write down the name you all collectively come up with. Write one name and hand it to me. - [Women] Okay. - Then, Ryan, I'm gonna ask you your name. same person he did. Who did you select? (dramatic music) - Jessica. (audience cheers) - Jessica, come on over. - [Jessica] Aww. (audience cheers) - Also, I know you're a foodie, so I called up Chef Stephen Kalt, and he's giving you dinner for two at his restaurant,
