Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Costs HOW MUCH!? 😱

right sons everybody welcome back to ordinary adventures literally bright suns we just woke up yeah today disney has announced a lot of stuff around the galactic star cruisers this is the star wars hotel and we're really excited to dive into this they have a new trailer they have information on pricing all the activities so i'm excited come with us on this [Music] adventure okay let's start this off by watching the trailer and we're going to give you our live reaction i have seen it before kitra this is our first time it's gonna be true with most of the stuff in this video so she's gonna be the eye of the audience i'm gonna be somewhat knowledgeable because i just skimmed it just woke up for the first time it's real we've traveled to the far reaches of the galaxy we got recruited by the [Music] dad we resistance go save the ship no we're gonna save the galaxy [Music] tell me why i have complete body chills i think it was the like it's real or like whatever they said in the beginning yeah oh my god i'm so excited i'm excited to uh the question is will you still be excited once you see the prices oh no i hope so well it's two days so that's it's two nights two days two nights in two days okay we'll go into the information right now does it include food yes i guess that's my question we'll go into like everything here here we go we're gonna pull up the computer screen right here we're on the webpage that is on uh disney.go.com and it says here voyages begin spring 2022. we don't have a date yet we've seen this poster the poster's epic poster's really cool it's almost like a drew strews then like uh old star wars poster right like it yeah and i love that droid that's like my new favorite friend and from what what they have said that those four characters in the middle indic are like representations of what our journeys could be we i could choose to become a jedi you could be choose to like what is that is that a guy that is what it is that looks like a first order officer or something but you're really going to be that twilight drinking episode yeah i'm just going to be the party girl like in the club the whole time yeah and i'll be that smuggler over in the corner there but okay let's get into the new stuff here we're not gonna get into a lot of the stuff that we've talked about before we did a whole video on that we'll link it at the very end of this video yeah if you haven't seen that but um here's some of the concept art we have seen experience your own star wars story so as the airlock slides open your whole world changes basically you're going to be on this star cruiser and you're in space now you're in space you stay in a cabin there's going to be stuff going on the first order apparently has boarded the ship you might be smuggling stuff for people think of this as like a cruise ship in the galaxy yeah you're not over the ocean you're over the stars yeah it says new and familiar star wars characters need your help and we'll invite you to delve deeper into the story interact with them like never before embark on secret missions and create alliances you could wield a lightsaber face off against a remote training device explore the bridge operate this the ship's systems and controls you don't want me doing that all right you gotta learn how to drive sometime i'm gonna drive on a big space cruiser no that's not a good idea okay i'll learn yeah uh take an exclusive transport to the planet but two where you'll have the opportunity to engage in unique missions and experience experiences that extend the story of your adventure and your story may even lead you to discover the inner workings of the ship in the engineering room okay these are all things that we kind of knew already all things we knew okay let me uh let me click on this this is probably where we should start here be part of the story so during your voyage you won't just encounter new and familiar star wars characters you'll interact with them in ways you've only imagined they need your help you'll assist and even join them on daring missions characters you meet one day will lead to amazing new adventures the next day explore play and discover it's the most immersive star wars story ever created your star wars story in addition to the in-person interactions you'll have access to special features in the star wars data bad yeah i don't like the data patterns available on your mobile device as part of the disney play special features yeah where you can check your personalized itinerary events and activities as well as pretty cool it's kind of like when you go on an actual disney cruise you have like all the stuff they have like this app so it might be kind of like that yeah as well as communications from the crew and others you may encounter on the way okay we're gonna have to use it when you make choices through the voyage you'll receive new communications and you may even be invited to secret meetings and adventures fun okay so there's a sample itinerary here oh wow i'm not sure like you know how accurate this is but this is you know what they're getting they're like this might be what the your trip will be like so day one we arrive at the terminal at 1 pm okay sounds about accurate we launched the star cruiser we get a ship orientation it's kind of like the mustard drill or whatever yeah uh like a sail away party yeah light refreshments nice sabok lessons because we've got to learn because there's gonna be a tournament later on oh yeah oh there is actually a muster the mustard hilarious oh that's funny because on a cruise ship they have a thing that you have to do the first day is the mustard gel it's in case like something an emergency you know where to go what to do and i'm guessing this muster is going to be like if the first order or some are smugglers that's so funny wow i love that captain's reception they have those on cruise ships they do that's where like the captain comes out and you get to like chat with them and you get drinks and like food and stuff that's cool it on the disney cruise ships it's always worth going to because they give you a free drink of your free drinks yeah uh so hopefully they do that here yeah dinner featuring live music oh yes outer rim regalia so that's like a party kind of thing oh it seems like it's only 15 minutes so it's not sure but yeah uh unexpected story moment why is it telling yeah well i guess it's good that it tells you because you want to be like in the right place in the right time prove your uh your metal to join in an elite smuggling ring hide a stowaway to help the resistance which one are you gonna do i don't know well i'm guessing it's not gonna actually tell you that it's just gonna happen but it's kind of saying like expect some unexpected stuff to happen bridge training do some bridge training there we go you can learn 45 minute lesson yeah special atrium entertainment i wonder what that is i don't know okay let's look at day two day two breakfast i wonder what that's gonna be like transport shuttle a little bit too so day two is our day where we take our shore excursion so my question to you is can we choose when we wanna have breakfast and when we wanna leave like do we really only get to have breakfast between seven and eight a.m i mean our transport shuttle's at 8 15 so we gotta have it before then i'm guessing so my question is do we get to like schedule that or is it already planned i don't know it doesn't say interesting but it does say that we go to star wars resident resistance right off so we don't have to do the for that for as much money as we'll find out how much it says a little bit later you don't need a boarding group i mean you get a board that's great so you have a guaranteed boarding group there's gonna be a story moment for example you might expect a broker broker deal for a heist arranged to steal a ship from the first order hmm interesting we'll go on smuggler's run love lunch at docking bay seven food this is kind of cool so it's kind of like not like a vip tour but like everything's planned for you and you like you just go to docking bay and i assume your food is like ready i wonder if we go in a whole group or if it's like see that's what i was wondering like if everybody has like a different time to go or yeah i guess we'll find out when we get there so we transport back to the star star cruiser we go to our lightsaber training yes it is like it's only a half an hour droid racing competition awesome i've been practicing are you going to bring your droid yeah i'm going to bring my droid and my lightsaber what are you talking about i don't know all the way to another galaxy so i don't know you wouldn't bring your droid to another galaxy when are you when are you going to go to space i'm worried about bringing him on the plane to florida uh build model ship i wonder what that is there's a sabacc tournament that i mentioned how fun cocktails at subway lounge i wonder if like does that mean that we i'm guessing this is just like an example of what you could do not like oh your cocktail session will be programmed for this one hour or one half hour right like i don't think i don't know taste around the galaxy dinner oh that's see that's what i'm most excited for story moment for example you might put the heist into action bring the stolen ship aboard and watch out for the first order oh so i'm guessing if you choose to be part of the first order maybe you help the first order get aboard okay spectacular finale ooh my guess is that's going to include a lightsaber battle and then day three you just get a breakfast and launch lightsaber training is with that training remote and you have to be seven years or older to participate okay got it you thought this was gonna be like a little kid thing it's not gonna be a little kid thing it's a big kid thing i think uh it still might be a little kid thing but you have to be at least seven that's true uh bridge training we get to see how the bridge functions we they teach us navigation power defense and critical systems in case something happens during just in case you never know yeah and then there's the excursion to batu which we've talked about and you get to remember tournament it looks like yeah and that's subway lounge that's where god how cool this looks visually this is stunning and i really hope it looks like that and i want all those aliens to actually be there me too do you do you think i don't know i feel like i want to spend most of my time in that me too that area i don't yes definitely i don't even like to be honest i don't even want to leave the ship so i wonder i mean we probably will but i would just like to stay on the ship the whole time yeah by the way it says for details on your personal itinerary please check the data pad and disney parks app 30 days before your voyage okay so it does seem like they program it for you and my guess is everybody's is slightly different so not so everyone's not doing the same thing at the same time yeah so you only have a certain amount of people in the lightsaber training at a time and we have yeah that makes sense and i'm guessing our voyages to the two will also be spread out because you can't fit the whole cruise ship into that pod that goes down to the tube yeah it says throughout your adventure you are encouraged to don your galactic best as it will become a unique character in the star wars galaxy we invite you to dress the part so it seems like you could actually dress up like you could go full star wars yeah like you don't you don't have to disneybound like you could actually legit wear costumes yeah it says if your wardrobe is currently limited to a single planet aka yeah star wars galaxy apparel is available in advance from shop disney or online we're gonna have a shopping spree on the ship i wanna dress up will you dress up with me i think i have to dress up we have to do this we have to this will be like the one and only time we dress up for anything it says will you come dressed in your jedi best ready to rumble for rough and tumble smuggling dress to impress in your coruscant best or in your most comfortable garb from your home planet so they're like basically being like you can dress up or if you want to wear flip-flops and you know a mickey t-shirt you also can do that yeah your choice is up to you it says be sure to save your very finest for the traditional end of cruise gala so it seems like they have it's like a formal night so we're gonna have to like wear a dress and maybe wear a suit like it it's like an actual cruise you know what's weird about this is like when this was first announced there was rumors that they were gonna include like they you'd give your the costumes you get your costume but it seems like all that is on you they're like you could go to shopdisney.com yeah i like that you could buy it there if you don't you know if you don't but now i'm gonna get multiple costumes i gotta get my like casual costume and i gotta get my like formal costume we're gonna go all out okay let's look at the food we have a year to plan yes the shrimp can we please talk about this blue shrimp with like the smoke coming out and there's so much going on here i do not like shrimp but that looks you know when galaxy said was first announced i was excited for alien looking food this is alien yeah i'm actually more excited it seems like they the chefs here will have because there's gonna be so many less people they'll have more time to like create unique and i just want to tell you guys right now we will guarantee to you that we will order every single thing on the menu to show you yes and it says filled with tantalizing treats and delicious dishes inspired by recipes collected from around the galaxy your dining experiences will add flavor and shrimp and continue the story of your adventure listen to unique musical entertainment during your dinner see this is what i'm excited for choose to mingle with characters you've met earlier or just sit back and save your your meal the choice is yours and your star wars star wars story okay i'm going to click this link this has more telling us more about the food here oh yes please don't tell me more tell me more violet look at that what is i don't even understand my brain can't comprehend what i'm looking at are all these dishes gonna have like dry ice in them so it has like this fog coming out of it i hope so i'm all for it the crown of corelia dining room transforms for dinner into the enticing table service separate club with a special musical appearance by a galactic superstar oh my god you know what that reminds me of that reminds me of the fifth element yeah it's a twilight we've seen even on the fifth element they were kind of on like a cruise ship like in the sky yeah yeah um it says you'll enjoy a special evening with distinctive dining and entertainment as you socialize with passengers and crew says the second night the taste around the galaxy showcase courses inspired by the environment of iconic destination planets throughout the galaxy so you'll have like a mustafarian like you know so it'll be like a four course dinner but it'll all be like inspired by planets around the galaxy that's pretty cool the meal includes group appetizers for the table a choice of an entree and a specialty plated dessert oh man i'm wondering if you can order all the things because here it's like a choice of an entree we're going to order on everything on a disney cruise ship you're allowed to get as many things you want that's one of the best things about disney cruises is you could just eat like you could order like 20 entrees they won't stop you by the way you can indicate your preference for the first or second seating based on availability when you book your vacation package so that's just like a cruise ship where they have two seatings because there's you know the cafeteria area is not big enough to fit everybody there so you pick what time you want to eat oh my god i'm so excited look at the food there this is breakfast and lunch see i was right i saw a photo of that thing with the bacon before and i was like i bet you that's like a breakfast thing like a tray look at the cafeteria tray oh there they have that oh cool i'm sorry i'm geeking out i hope they have like cool merch what is all that it's like so hard for me to tell what it is breakfast and lunch are also available in the glamorous crown of karelia dining room help yourself to a colorful fair from all over the galaxy along with familiar favorites from your home planet it's like dad only wants his hot dogs yeah so you know if you just want like your fruit loop cereal i'm sure they'll have that as well that's cool uh what else is that it says fresh brewed coffee and wamba family farms blue milk so of course that's awesome the blue milk there during lunch choose from a collection of small bites like sandwiches soups mini flatbreads and assorted salads and sweets so i'm guessing that's that second photo down there so let's try to zoom into that photo for a second here look at that it looks like a grilled cheese with tomato soup oh that looks like a bat one of those i like all this all this like looks like exactly what i wanted i wanted it to like look alien oh it's so cool and that thing that you were talking about yeah that looks like eggs with bacon and stuff on top um interesting it looks good to me okay so let's see what else we can find here over at the sublight lounge uh yeah that's where you can play hollow sabach i wonder if like there's gonna be real sabacc and then hollis buck i don't know i don't know we gotta better start practicing now that's all i gotta say during dining during your planet excursion during your planning excursion to batu you can enjoy a quick serve meal at docking bay seven well it says or other locations at hollywood studios so i'm guessing they give you on your like magic van or on your phone to give you like a coupon that's like a free meal i've never seen this photo before oh yeah i haven't seen this photo you know why you haven't seen this photo because this is a special experience that's additional fee it's called the captain's table so it's kind of like when uh i've heard of like california grill in walt disney world they have like the chef's team oh yeah fancy restaurants have this yeah i wonder how expensive that is and i'm guessing the captain who's like this blue alien do you see who's also at the table with us oh yeah do you think there's going to be other aliens i don't i mean maybe arrange to sit at the captain's table for an especially memorable dinner experience enjoy extra courses the captain's favorite dishes while seated in a prime location in the center of the crew we need to see how expensive it is just because i'm curious oh my god this is going to be so expensive because i already know the i don't know this price but i know the prices of the state i feel like you guys want to see us sitting at the captain's table right yeah we might have to book two cruises so one night we could eat normal and then the other night we could sit at the captain i don't know if we can afford it but and also like do we want to bother the captain as we're like getting our b-roll for our footage here's where we get into the details what is included and what is not included yeah this is where it gets real people because i like peter said i have not looked at any of this so i'm kind of scared yeah okay so what's included in your two-night stay is in a cabinet or suite so there's two different things there we'll click on a second you'll get the ongoing immersive interactive entertainment right obviously food and beverages on the starcraft so the food is included except alcoholic or specialty beverages well that's what it's like on a cruise so yeah and then quick service meal at docking bay seven or select other locations so that's also disney's hollywood studios they keep referencing i have no clue admission to disney's hollywood studios as part of your planetary excursion is included nice uh valet parking nice exclusive star wars galactic starkers or data band which is known on our planet as the magic that's funny that's cool awesome um i don't know i was actually expecting more to be included maybe not alcohol but i don't know well once you see the price okay we'll we'll get there like what the costumes yeah costumes or something i just love like the look of these cabins look and oh it says the amenities okay so it comes with a mini refrigerator this is the standard cabin this is a standard cabin so this is the less expensive one mini refrigerator hair dryer safe phone with voicemail messaging an interactive tv in the h2o h2o soaps which is like the the disney soaps that everybody loves that's so funny so i hope they're at least like different like i hope they're themed in some way to star wars yeah i mean i hope so so it has a plot table has a tv with entertainment from your from your own planet i wish it had its own star wars entertainment yeah that's kind of a bummer yeah in a window with a view out into space which you see there it's like a rather small one very tiny window we need to book the one with a bigger window so this sleeps four to five passengers it has a queen bed and then two births yeah the bunk beds those are cool i'm sleeping in one of those you can yeah you can fit an adult each in a wall pull down bed for one adult wow yeah so you could fit five people in there so wow that's kind of cool okay galaxy class suite so this is a one bedroom the window looks just as small on this one yeah well i think it has two windows oh okay so uh complete with an integrated seating area and have all the comforts of standard cabins plus a double vanity bathroom bar area two windows with views into space in a few extra star wars surprises a few extra star wars surprises so it sleeps four passengers the room configuration has a queen bed and two wall pull down beds one for each adult and it has all the same stuff the grand captain suite oh my god how many of these do you think oh do you think they're gonna have i don't know a good question a couple of them at least right so this is a two-bedroom suite it offers ample room for a whole family and feature a posh living space complete with integrated seating area they have all the comforts of standard cabins plus a main suite with a double vanity bathroom a second bathroom and a single vanity a bar area three windows and with views out to space and a few extra star wars can you zoom in a little bit because it looks like they get food do you think they get that's included or they went i don't know because looks like there's a t16 sky hopper which is a drink that doesn't exist anymore in ogre's cantina it exists in disney world okay look at the little girl she's holding a grogo yeah that's so funny that's gonna be me there's like a little bar area which i'm guessing it's like if you drink anything out of this you have to pay for it it's like a mini bar okay yeah so pretty cool so so those are the three options those are the three options yeah none of them have like a giant window no i mean this one's bigger i think than normal right is it it's bigger than this one i thought they were supposed to have like giant ones yeah okay well okay you're disappointed already no i'm not i just thought i just envisioned the windows to be bigger that's all okay standard cabin rates and this is for departure in august to september during a week night so this is like not the high pricing so for two guests per cabin it's 1209 per guest per night per guest or per night per guest per night per guest per night twelve hundred dollars per guest per night that's for the captain's suite no this is for a standard this is the standard cabin that's not for the no the captains no this is for the standard so basically it's gonna be four thousand eight hundred and nine dollars for your the voyage total a disney cruise costs about that a seven day disney cruise class seven days yeah okay uh when i first looked at this i was like 1200 in my brain i saw the two guests and the 1200 and i was like that is cheap yeah they're not i thought that was the price it's per guest per night this is even more money than we predicted do they have the prices for the captain suite i don't know but see if you add more guests it becomes it's not as expensive because you're paying for the room kind of so four guests per cabin three adults one child it costs you 5.99 i mean 9999 voyaged per night yeah 12 we're going with the two of us we don't got no friends i mean maybe by then like we could invite some friends or something hey you guys want to come by the way okay so there's some oh my god i'm literally shook right now that's so expensive i kind of expected it so expensive i honestly thought i don't know what we said in our video and you could put it in right now but i honestly thought it was probably going to be like a thousand dollars a person per night i honestly thought it was going to be i thought it was going to be the length of the trip why are they pricing it per night yeah yes you could stay like the grand californian for a week for that price uh grand floridian or whatever maybe not but yeah but that doesn't include food and stuff so like here okay we're gonna so you better bet your little butt that's why you were like you were like we're gonna go twice and film the captain okay we're gonna eat every single thing i am sucking that place dry i'm getting seconds and thirds if i i'm going to get multiple drinks i'm getting as much stuff as i possibly can you think i'm kidding no i'm not kidding i i don't think you're going to i don't think we're going to leave the ship to go to bed too we're going to stay on the ship no i want there's special experiences on the two i'm not going to hollywood studios so i'm not wasting my time there okay let's read the fine print here the package includes entry to disney's hollywood studios for one day on day two of your experience yeah so it's it's your ticket to go to about two okay so it includes two breakfasts two lunch and two dinner meals per guest so are they not gonna let me just order multiple things no no gratuity included for dinners okay so you don't have to worry about paying for food unless you want alcohol which yeah girl you know we're gonna try all the alcohol drinks one quick serve meal consisting of one entree and one non-alcoholic beverage or if age 21 are over one alcoholic beverage where available oh okay well at least we get one that's probably like during the captain's reception they're like here use your coupon for no this is in the theme parks oh and the themes yeah okay and then if you're three to nine years old you get one combo meal from the children's menu yeah okay well hey we get a free alcohol inside the park that's a pretty good deal one one drink yeah yeah and then it says visit walt disney world or extend your vacation instead because you're not going to want to just do this if you're traveling out there you probably want to see disney world saying who who is going to be able to afford to go to this is my question i don't know they don't have that many rooms so like do you think it's gonna sell out this better be the best thing i've ever done in my entire life for that price that's so expensive okay let me pull up the last section here what to expect so there's some stuff here there's no wrong way to experience star wars go after star crews or during your voyage you won't just meet new and familiar star wars characters you'll interact with them in ways you only imagine characters need your help and we'll ask you to join them on darin missions you can choose to help them or not yeah it's your choice if you really want to get into it and go hardcore you can or if you want to just go and chill i like that you don't have if your dad the mom that just wants to watch the kids play play star wars you can do that that's cool uh invitations to participate are waiting for you to discover throughout the ship over the course of the voyage choose to assist the first order hide a member of the resistance become an underworld smuggler or follow your connection to the forest you can join one faction or switch your own alliance okay i like that because i was just having a mild little panic attack i'm like wait do i want to be a jedi do i want to be first order do i want to be a smuggler like what do i want to do okay so we could switch it up yeah that's kind of cool so in addition to in-person interactions you'll have access to special features in the star wars data pad experience available on your personal device you'll receive messages from the crew and others you may encounter along the way and you'll make choices to impact your adventure so please be sure to is determined by the download you make and the actions you take or don't discover explore and play or just sit back and watch it all happen man the reality of going twice is very slow isn't it yeah what to wear you're invited to dress up as part of your star wars galaxy and where are your galactic favorites during the star cruiser adventure so if you want to dress up as princess leia you can so if you go to the parks you're allowed to bound but you aren't allowed to wear costumes here your wedwere costume they actually i think said they're you're allowed to wear like masks and stuff so wow yeah there's some other things here like oga scantina and like cruise ships you might get sat with other people at the dining room yeah so you got to expect that that's how cruise dining works the yeah it's like a community experience i don't i'm excited for this but the prices do scare me still a little shocked by the price yeah they recently had this roundtable discussion yeah you should go check that out if you haven't seen it yet but they talked about how when they designed star wars galaxy's edge the stories were intertwined so at some point in your story on the galactic star cruiser it might be that you find out about this coaxium that you need to get for someone and then you go to the planet and then you actually have to go on smuggler's run get the coaxium for something that happens later okay yeah so the story will well guess what i'm really good at doing that so we'll be able to get some i've been practicing is is are you surprised by anything other than the price no no not really it's kind of what i expected it's funny in the q a people ask is there a swimming pool there no while you're at the star wars galaxy star voyage well i'll pull this up this is funny uh star the star cruiser is not equipped for the swimming pool that's funny there should be there should be hot tubs or something yeah wow that's funny you're paying that much for vacationing you don't get a hot tub or a swimming pool even the cruise has a hot tub in swimming pool my question is is you know how on the disney cruise there's like um ice cream like the ice cream maker on the ship like i would get like 20 ice creams a day do you think they're gonna have one of those there it should be a blue milk just a screen right yeah i hope there's something like that okay i think we've reached the end of all the stuff that we learned today we'll put the links in the
