hello everyone and welcome to something to help hit different to my usual Star Wars collectible reviews and today I'm behind the camera instead of in front of it and I am filming on my phone for a change because unfortunately if you've seen my YouTube community tab on my Twitter feed recently you'll know that my computer has died I've got no way of repairing it at the moment which means I can't unfortunately record videos on my camcorder to upload to the computer in order to create graphics for the thumbnails and all that sort of stuff so I'm doing things the cheap way for a change I'm recording on my phone and in a way to get content out to you guys because it has been a while since I've recorded the video I thought I'd give you guys a bit of a sneak peek my current Star Wars collection set up now obviously I've been promising a Star Wars collection of day for many many years for the past 18 months you'll know that I've been in the process of a house move and renovating the house and all that sort of stuff and setting up the collection room has become a part of that and this is probably the first time in those 18 months that the collection room has looked anywhere near complete pretty much everything is where I want it to be it's looking how I want it to look and I thought I'd give you guys a bit of a look as to how I've set everything up and the final collection update that I want to do is still some way off because the entire room is still work-in-progress there is still some bits and pieces that I want to do in terms of work to the room you know some setups needs some TLC and I need to replace some shelves need to buy some stands for Lego sets all that sort of stuff so and reshuffle some displays around just to get it 100% to where it needs to be it is predominantly this side of the room that still needs some work and is still a little bit incomplete as you can see from the boxes all over the floor but it's getting there and hopefully within the next few months I'll be able to put together and much more in depth and produce to a much higher standard collection video for you guys so in the meantime we're going to concentrate on this side of the room for the sake of this video just because this is the side of the room that is pretty much complete and as you can see the stuff that you've seen behind me in my reviews recently is pretty much done this is between 3/4 inch collection and it is as I said pretty much finished there is still some work to be done I will probably be adding figures along the way but for the most part three three-quarter inch stuff it's finished as are the detail cabinets there and again the majority of this side of the room is complete so I thought I'd focus on that for you today now I'm not going to go into too much depth and focus on specific items and talk to you about specific setups because I want to save that for the ultimate collection tour that's going to come in hopefully the next few months a good friend danny least 1000 has promised to assist in the production of that video he's a bit of a filmmaker by trade so he's going to apply those skills to a really cool collection tour video for you guys so this is a bit of a preview as to what's to come but hopefully you enjoy it so as I said we'll start at this side of the room I'm not going to go into detail about each and every item just gonna give you an overview as to how things are laid out what they are not sort of stuff so obviously this bookcase is a bit of a lego display meets master replicas meets micro machines there's a bit of everything going on on this shelf you can see master replicas helmets and these really really cool micro machines mini head playsets that I recently rediscovered in my parents loft some of the ones that are open have their figures with them and I've complete and the ones that closed up probably so the ones that find the figures for these are all things that I've had since childhood softly slide they're not in the best condition but when I found them again in my parents laughter just had to get them out on display in the room and we've got the Sail Barge from Lego she's like it's probably pretty likely that I'm never gonna own a house bro Sail Barge sir had to get this one out on display and a lot of my Lego has been sold on just because I don't have the space for it as much as I'd have loved to have displayed each and every set there was just no way it was gonna happen so I was able to whittle it down to a few sets that I really wanted to get out on display but the rest have unfortunately moved on but selvaggi was one that I just had to keep so that's that bookcase that I've got a bit of a Battle of Hoth diorama going on once again you've got the vintage collection snowspeeder they're the miniatures eto T Walker and the Black Series centerpiece Luke Skywalker there which is really cool and then behind him you've got the really nice vintage collection SDCC exclusive Jedi destiny sack showing the sort of evolution of local travel love above that he's got my signed print by Jake who is a an official Lucasfilm artist he's done work for books such as how to beat walking amongst others and is signed in deed by Jake very cool attached to that we have my lanyard and a few pins I was able to pick up a celebration Europe a few years ago which was an amazing event my first celebration as yet only celebration as well but it was fantastic a little diving magnet as well and then some signed figures from Kenny Baker and played r2d2 of course the late great Kenny Baker and John copy guy who played a Waukee senator in Episode one above that we have my details cabinets and on top of those we have from left to right a bit of a Darth Vader section going on with the Rubies helmet the Disney diecast Elite Series and there's some of the Vader items there I also got my big black series TIE fighter and some miscellaneous items you've got popcorn buckets cinema cups cereal packings all that sort of stuff just odds and ends that didn't really have a home in the rest of the collection they've found their way above the details and next to that we have some good pops interactive figures from Disney and dot feed a cookie jar this is repop as you can see it's signed by Taylor gray who played Ezra in Star Wars rebels and then in my details themselves we have my own ovo's first order stormtrooper helmet and stormtrooper plushie you have my forces of destiny Leia and desuka I'll open up the cabinet door for you so that you can see a little bit better in there Forster destiny lair sorry about the glare foster destiny circus I'm Kurt super cute statues and then the fantastic Bandai tamashii nations figures Threepio Boba Fett and Darth Maul these are stunning stunning pieces can't stress to you enough how cool those figures are and below that we have my hot toys first-order heavy stormtrooper some gentle giant busts Mars based on the Kotobukiya deer and BBA from the rise of Skywalker kindly sent out by the folks are here and down in the bottom some more miscellaneous odds and ends you've got some coins there some patches from fan events and from fan channels and all that sort of stuff shout out to the collectors hook pins itty bittys more statues and my very cool beer glasses from Star Wars Celebration Europe that's my Clone Wars vinyl record at the back there in the details next to that we have my Sideshow Collectibles figures I do want to jump into art toys a little bit more but the sideshow figures will always have a very special place in my heart got the clones fly fox and rex and of course Anakin from the Clone Wars so have Vader the Emperor Force Unleashed don't rip ander remember Wars stormtrooper and a few odds and ends down at the bottom once again we've got the power of the force to grin down and Ponda Baba at the back of their Jedi on a clone and the to me figures I reviewed many many years ago which are a hybrid of diecast and plastic and soft goods a little bit over six inches tall super articulated all that sort of stuff very cool indeed and then next to that we have a lesser talked about section of my collection something that I haven't really touched base on in any YouTube videos over the past few years but my Funko pop collection I'd love to get these out on a much bigger display but I've just got so many and I'm limited to space that I've confined them to a detail cabinet so these go and six across the front two down the sides six across the back but again I'll probably look a way to integrate those into other displays and make sure that they can all get out and be seen because there's some really cool ones in here so good they're from rebels it's a Christmas present from my wife a few years ago max rebo most tak smugglers bounty talked in some really cool stuff in there and then on this side of the room we've got my rug one print from the IMAX midnight screen in a few years ago Disney droids cranek in the death trooper and more talking figures my pride and joy to scratch bill 11 stormtrooper rifle that my late dad made completely from scratch absolute one-of-a-kind item there and then this is a little award I was presented with the Star Wars fan weekend for those of you that don't know the event that's held in Burnley here in the UK the Star Wars fan fun day and for the past few years I've created the logos and all that sort of stuff for the event so the guys who put together that event kindly presented me with this a couple of years ago which was very nice indeed so thank you Neil oh that we've got again more miscellaneous items that accompany my Star Wars library again not as big as other people's but there's a few cool books in there down on the bottom there you'll see my house bro ultimate deer which they very kindly provided for an upcoming review so I want to get back into the reviewing game I'll be sure to give you guys an in-depth look at that and then obviously we have my three three-quarter inch Star Wars action figure collection which I've organized in chronological order so we start with the Phantom Menace you look through secular clones I'm sorry my chair at the moment so I'm just gonna pan down to show you these more Episode two figures they're blending in to Revenge of the Sith leaning over the back of the chair you have a new hope and on the bottom there Empire Strikes Back moving along breaking the chronological order of things we have my Darth Vader vs Ben diorama with the amazing space walls provided by GTP toys some more Return of the Jedi figures they're primarily Endor we've got jumpers palace the rancor and some more Jabba's guys down at the bottom then again breaking the chronological order rule we have expanded universe comic book characters video game characters realistic interpretations of the Clone Wars some really cool figures in there let me have rebels rogue one and some more expanded universe just off to the left and then below that my Clone Wars collection really excited for season seven which is just a few days away not a few weeks away but excited all the same and then that bottom shelf is all clone wars clone troopers just got a bit further to the back as well and above that we have a vehicle display now taps a TFT is taking a bit of a tumble that thing does not want to stand up just some odds and ends there clue more setup and then my kylo Ren this is Ray cents a piece from the force awakens wall some vintage collection carded figures this is mostly the bounty hunters so we've got a couple of iterations of Boba Fett that's up there rocky fire mail away from a few years ago did you collection and the Jedi Khan Kenner inspired fallen and Lucas with the Kenner color schemes the foil cards and the names on those two figures have been switched around in a tribute to the original kind of figures and then on these two shelves we have my carded vintage collection so again in chronological order starting with the Old Republic here I've got mal gifts merging into prequels merging into a new hope to Empire turn to the Jedi it's a couple of Revenge of the Jedi card variants in there as well and the sequel trilogy absolutely the love these two versions of Luke they look superb on the mintage cards some magnets there star wars visionaries comic pack and then on the floor you'll see oh that cushion is taking a tumble utter and a tte they're very cool on the coffee table I've got my escape the Death Star board game set up ready for a few glasses of wine with the wife and a few arguments are about to ensue when we get around to playing that one I imagine and then on the wall my solo poster absolutely love that movie really really cool definitely the ultimate popcorn film it's just a joyride from the beginning and then my celebration print that I got at well it's a rogue one print that I got at celebration I was from the rogue one panel prior to the movie's release and then above that my FX Fadel I which is awesome compliment in turn this on before this video there we go I just thought with rogue one beam underneath that the Vader had to take precedent on the wall so that concludes it for this side of the room and then as I said this side is predominantly black series you've got my sequel trilogy figures on there as well a few vehicles across the top but then again is predominantly black series which I'll touch base on in a future video there's a couple of character focus shelves on there as well and more Lego but again touch base on that in your future update because I've still got all of this stuff to sort through so wish me luck it's in the meantime I wanna thank you for tuning into this video I hope you've enjoyed it again sorry for the delay in new content and it's just been a busy few months and then obviously with the computer dying just means I can't get to work on as many reviews as I would have liked but just thought I'd throw this video out there for you guys to enjoy it in the meantime so thank you for watching and if you guys have got any questions about the collection be sure to leave them in the comments below if you've got any suggestions for displays leave those as well if you'd like to know anything about any items that you've seen in this video I'm sure to let me know and I'll perhaps put a video together of them in the near future until then as always thank you guys for watching keep collecting and may the force be with you
