it's pretty exciting though - until now, Saint Helena was only accessible by sea, and being over 2000km from the nearest landmass, that's a 5-day trip. Now they can have 737s and A320s landing there.
Isn't it effectively over once the reverse thrust is deployed?
People not familiar with St Helena or BA flying NGs should Google both St Helena and Comair.
