there's afterbirth all over the floor here that's gross everybody listen we this is so I want to get this out I had this you know this uh idea a long time ago about these incred boxes right you've seen the video of me adding an add a box to an incred box mhm we have gotten a source for materials and it's a 2.0 and we have a we don't know if it's going to be limited we're going to we we've got to test this out so we've got some new panels coming in in about five weeks if this will work you can get a 16 ftot in credit box now I'm you can get a 20 and a 20 well you can't get a 24 cuz we're only going to 16s and 20s but if you want to go a 20 footer it also but the the price on a 16 ft 2.0 with the new panels these are our older panels right these are the door Remnant but if you want the new panels which is the video we showed yesterday I can build you a 16 foot in credit box 2.0 for 199 that that is news that is shock news that's what the old panels used to be price these are brand new the big new 3in they're even thicker than the panels we're using now they're 3in panels the R value is stupid it's like walking into one of these coolers at the at a restaurant so an 8 by6 8 by6 199 new panel box 2.0 199 and if you want to add an addab box to that how much is that 149 oh my gosh so for $ 35,000 you've got a home that is 128 and 128 which is what 256 256 Square ft Square ft and Men of the in credit box has a kitchen has a bathroom has you live in it I live in one yes now if you want a Mini Splits 2700 we'll throw that in there for you you can still add a bay window you can add solar you can add any of the ameni add all that stuff you can put a a um picture window you can put your emps you got to have them there you know well what is the what is getting me when you told me this price because we we could have kept it everything at the same prices whatever we wanted to do but because we're getting the cheaper product the cheaper panels from another source so it's a different it's a different Source we're just trying this out right so if oh my gosh like toage of this what I'd like to do is I can get enough panels I know and we're going to make them work they they're just like the panels we get now okay I don't know how long we can get them at this price yes correct so I'm like okay well let's I love doing these deals and specials see how it can get out there 2.0 now we're going to get you a price for the 20 Footers M and what was it oh okay well Tom figured it it was um yeah I remember now that was 25 you know how we sold our 8 by 24s for 25 Christmas special we can do the 20 foot in credit boxes for 25 or 20 as uh 249 so an 8 by 20 8x2 in credit box for $249 and an 8 by6 in credit Box 2 .0 for 199 oh my goodness and indiat box is 149 or 29 and like you said this is the older panels right here it's going to be a new panel yeah this one's a new panel down there's a new panel let's go show that's a 20 foot this is a new panel listen we both seen it at the same time we're live that's a new panel all right so and you talk about production all right so these Productions you guys know we sold like 140 of our 24f Footers right and we're getting ready to jump on them in about 30 days we'll have them going out we said we'd be in March 1st we're about about a month behind production about a month behind we're finishing up our our uh our J's then we'll go to our 24f Footers we just stopped production for about 2 weeks we added more of a carpentry line we added more of a crane system we're adding all this cuz we had a bottleneck we're trying to get our 24s out three in a day just like we did these and we're stepping these up a little bit faster too but this is your 2.0 panel right here that's the new panel that's the new panel there's no faster out here there's no um screws or anything these are two and 5/8 thick right here okay our panels that we're beginning in that we're going to run this kind of a special we'll see and it may be a long lasting price it we'll stay there depends on how long we get the price for the panels can we get them oh that's exciting so we're we're hovering around that right now so right now if you're interested and you want a 16 or 20 foot right here right here 16 is 199 to 20 is 249 all right 199 249 20,000 25,000 all right on 16 and a 20 if you want an add a box it's 15 or 20 and you add these together you guys seen the video me putting them together the one thing U you know I was in there having to cut the door out and stuff that was our first one we did the lady we didn't do enough due diligence say hey where do you want the the door and we could have figured it out before I went down there but I'm glad I went down there and was able to do it on site and the only thing I'll change is that we want to know where you're going to put these together before we get there and so I'm going to go ahead and cut the door out put a piece of plywood over it when I get there I'll pull up to it pull it together and we're ready to fly now I found it to be amazing that you got it done in 7 hours I mean to me 7 hours is not long for something the very first time I mean it'll be even cut down more and more yeah well the actually you know we were at an RV partk and I know everybody want to know where it was at and it was called uh redic red red red dick red dick Florida right outside of right outside of Okala and I can't remember the name of the it was Redick RV RV Park North Redick RV park or North Okala RV park beautiful place man packed out they look pretty $700 a month beautiful place but um they uh where was it now what was other question they wanted to know uh they wanted to know where it was in Florida um and then they wanted to know about your house and then the the incred well my house is right here we're storing it in this field cuz I don't have anywhere on the other side of that so busy just working I'm still living in my cred box I will keep M CR box right now I have any I haven't got any reason to sell it or get rid of it right now um I'm going to find a spot to put my home the guys built for me it's all off grid so who knows where I'll end up going with that and I'll probably take my incred box with me because I got buddies that come and see me from out of state and I'd love to just sayy boom they can just stay right next door and I got a got a guest house Isn't that cool so I'm using these in credit boxes as our guest house there's a um airbnbs anything we could use it's a great idea this one right here this is a brand new this you're talking these new panels a 20f footer new panels for 25,000 I'm call it 249 I don't know why everybody well 249 it sounds better than 25 but that's what you got right here and the 16 is1 199 199 and 249 yeah and then knock five off of it if you want to put an addab box next to it that's amazing now the addab Box will that be new panel yeah oh my gosh same panels right there so if you want them I'm going to take in I think I we can I know I can get enough panels to lease to 100 homes so if you guys are interested in that give us a call order them right now say you want an add a box and an incred box now you can do a 20 foot 220s two 16s a 16 and 20 you can add them end to end you can add them side to decide this one was moved like this I mean think about it too I mean under $50,000 you can get three of them you could get three guys yeah and make and how much square footage would that be for heaven's Sak well it depends this right here is 160 Square ft so if you get two of these uh is what 320 ft almost the size of a Birmingham yeah and then you add a 16t to that wow so what I love about this whole concept is you're taking a tiny home right and you're stacking them together and if you want to get if you want to move them in the future you can just unbolt them take the flashing off that I was so easily and I'm going to show them more but what I did but on that video it showed it you just take the flashing loose and you can get down the road well and one of the things that people are going to want to know okay so if I was today I'm going to buy a um a 20 foot and I'm going to add a 16t to it I'm going to buy that today how do I get it attached well well we will come and attach it so we are still doing that oh yeah we got to do that for a while until we can train people to come and do that or call local people to do it and we're going to get it down to where we can just I'm hopefully hopefully what I'd like to do is the guys that transport them we can show them and school them you have to pay them you're going to have to pay them for a setup fee right and then put it together it's very simple that's why I went personally did it myself to figure this out now the lot that I was on if you get an addab box and an incred box and you put them together I'm telling you right now you're going to want your lot as level as you possibly can get it level all right where the house site is going to be it can fall off somewhere else but where the houses are I was in at RV park and within 16 ft the house the the lot which looked level was almost over 12 to 16 in out of level oh that's a lot so the tail end of that house had to be jacked way up and that takes time right so we had to level the incredib box and then we had to marry the adab box to the incred box right and we had to level it and get it the same so when you got to come up so much higher and then you got to bring the other one up really high it can be timec consuming and that's going to cost you more if your lot is completely level we can come in there put them next to each other I think we could cut the time in about 3 hours and be that's what I was thinking I was like I bet you anything you know anything that you ever started you know it's whatever the time limit is you usually cut it in half think about this we can have the door already cut the opening already cut you pull up put them together flash it insulate it and we're gone yeah right and that's the same as taking them apart so when there's a day that you want to take them apart it's the same thing now another thing is is people going to know about what about water what about sewer and what about electricity right these are two separate homes MH got separate water separate everything now the homes that we had that we put together we brought a hot and cold out and a hot and cold out because there's only one water heater okay if you're going to be and this is one thing I wanted to change if you're going to be in a cold climate those water lines are going to be exposed it was in Florida we just started that was our first addab box putting it together so we want to work with you to say hey what are you going to be doing in your attab box if there's going to be water in your attab box we want to make sure the water lines are insulated and they pop through from the incred box to the addab Box all right we'll work them issues out with you also what's available if you want to take an addab box and take two addab boxes and you're real Handy and you want to do it yourself and do a lot of carpentry I was going to ask you can do yourself in the floor system of these adab boxes is electrical for your kitchen your bathroom your living room everything's in there now there's still plugs in the walls right in the living room but not in the kitchen what we do is we cap them off and then you can add your kitchen later or never have a kitchen if the whole thing's going to be a bedroom right but if you're handy and you're Carpenter and you want to save some money wow you can take add of boxes three add of boxes is $45,000 so you're almost what one two three almost 500 squ ft house 100% yeah I me for 45,000 so you get them and you put five or 10 in it yourself and all the sweat they're brand new everything is brand new it it would be a brand new home you just have to paint it or do whatever you want to these are certified they're engineered now you can also this is an incred box right and it's got the shed roof it looked really nice you can you can add those together over here is the rjo and this rjo is the same floor plan is the adab box or the incred box or it was behind me too wasn't it is this gable roof yeah let's shoot that this is the gable roof on this thing right so the gable roof you can't add another Gable to the side cuz you got water coming down in between them you can't do it like that so the only ones we can add together are the incredib boxes with the shed roof right here that's an incred box that is an rjo you got it same floor plan different roof line right some people love this roof line it's a gable roof be great but we don't add these together you can add them together if you like be great but we're not going to do that for you if you want to t-bone them together you'll have to build a roof system that connects them together do that and if you want this rjo as an incredib box or I mean addab box with nothing in it order two of these we'll put a Gable r on it and you add it together yeah so but we're not going to add the two different animals together we're not going to do the rjo and the incred Box we'll only do the incred box for you in credit box incred box yeah now you can take two 20s and come off the end sure mhm you can take a 16t and come off the end M now you can come off the end and you can come off the sides mhm there's all kinds of way to configure so cool yeah yeah so right now today this deal starts until we say it stops brand new panels 2.0 panels just like this a 20-footer for 249 16 footer 199 done 2.0 panels the panels we got we have bought them we're experimenting with them they the profiles the designs the engineering everything is like these panels right here okay all right so I'm going to you know I don't like to sell a whole bunch out there right now we sold them about 100 homes let's get them out there let's see what we can do where we're at if the company stays at that same price this is so exciting then we can rock on and that would be a good price for us sure would all right well that's good news today when you told me that this morning I was like wow that's that's incredible that's incredible always incredible we don't stop around here we're always thinking we're always moving we're always growing
