hi my name is Greg Wallman I'm the new owner of spacecraft manufacturing located in Concordia Missouri just to the east of Kansas City this is my first opportunity to speak with you as the company's leader and we're excited to give you a tour of the first home to be delivered under my leadership as spacecraft we're focused on four main goals that provide our customers with the highest value quality goes into everything we do from the custom engineered chassis to the arch molded fiberglass roof with a lifetime warranty we are focused on improving our quality every day custom every one of our trailers is customized to fit our customers needs lifestyles and dreams innovation we're not afraid to be on the bleeding edge of technology and have been the first RV company to install many new products and technologies like the three season door on this trailer or the mini-split HVAC system adaptation as we personalize and try new things there are always challenges that arise in the complex and ever compromising process of building a trailer we pride ourselves on the ability to problem-solve and make most any customers dream come to life these goals drive our commitment to excellence and our focus on being the best high-end quality RV manufacturer in the world now come along with us on a tour of this beautiful 44 foot 36 thousand pound home [Music] all right in this area we have a number of innovations this door happens to be the first one from Lippert slide it's a three season door and it allows you to have glass now along with the screen they're going to use this as a deck door you can see behind here is the lift door that's going to allow the car to park here in this area when the car is not here they're going to have it down great railings around it and it's going to be a deck that you can go out on have some wine they'll have their dogs with them there's going to be an umbrella and they'll be able to enjoy the sunset with their family one adaptation that we did for this client is right here in their office that are going to be parking a smart car in order to provide them with a custom office we had to get innovative with the desks this desk rotates out 90 degrees and forms an L shape to be the custom desk when it's car is out of this port one thing the customers really focus on when they're on the road is they want all the comforts of home so in this case the comfort that we try to provide them with is some great entertainment right here we have a TV that is on a lift so as you see here it's lifting up we also tied it into computer networking satellite and antenna system will provide everything that you need to do to watch anything on the Internet Netflix those types of things anything on the satellite and as you see here we also have a fireplace for this customer that provides other creature comforts makes it very cozy and homely and just another part of the dream that this customer had right now for one of the more important parts of an RV the kitchen I'm going to show you a bunch of things that are custom and talk about some different options that you'll have wood for whatever selections you want to make for our our RVs one of our things that we focus on with quality is all hardwood in this case this wood is all maple you can choose other woods oak hickory walnut etc we painted this this customer also chose to do their own custom poles so in this case it's carbon fiber our pantries are all pull out so you have full access to everything that you would want to store in them very easy to get to we also have some other innovative things in our cabinetry a spice rack that pulls out you can store all of your spices here easy to get to makes it really easy for when you're cooking cleanup is also a important part right here we have a dish drawer so you can get all of your dishes dirty put them in here get them clean it makes it very easy to get them clean right here we have a cooktop in this case it's a gas cooktop you have options though you can do anything that you want from a RV cooktop to a residential cooktop you could do an induction cooktop all electric you can do a ceramic cooktop in this case it's gas you do whatever you want you could do just a range cooktop with a separate oven underneath anything that you would want to do here we have a convection microwave we have some customers that have actually cooked turkey dinners and these for Thanksgiving so very versatile enhances your cooking abilities especially when you're on the road makes it very quick and like I said you can do very efficient meals with those here we have a single bold deep sink you can do multiple bowls you can do vegetables on the side a lot of different options for what you would want to do for faucets this is a very modern looking great looking faucet and one other thing on all of our drawers in this case this is the silverware drawer all of them have soft closes on them so it makes it very nice very high quality and that makes it easy to so you're not slamming doors and you're not hurting the wood right here we have a residential refrigerator with some cool features like a smart station where you can pull out your milk and orange juice you can put any type of fridge in here that you want we can do a RV fridge that's tied to your LP or in this case just a residential fridge that gives you all of your normal amenities that you would normally have in your one other innovative item that we have in our trailers is the Firefly system it allows us to in this case add electronics we do interior lights master on/off exterior lights or you can do individual in this case I'll show you on my phone app how you can turn on lights in the bathroom this customer chose to do some custom things in their living room again to make it their own we have a secretary here allowing them to either serve some cheese with their wine or write letters if they need to they've got a great white wine cabinet here to keep their white school and their reds at room temperature great lighting custom that she'd send in herself and wonderful for her tastes then we also for the trailer have remote control blinds in this case just touch up a couple buttons and you can have them all go up hi I'm Wyatt with spacecraft manufactured I'm gonna give you the tour of our indoor control panel this is the positioner for the automatic HD satellite system the control panel for the Firefly system this is the c-level tank monitor system that shows you the percentage of each tank so you know exactly where you're at this is the true my Aqua go hot water control tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water no matter how long the shower you take slide out room buttons to operate all four slide-out rooms individually energy of command 34 the generator that will auto start when the voltage system gets low this is the state of charge gage for this voltage system that shows you where you're at in the charging status and up here you have your RV monitor that shows you your incoming power and amp draw this energy command 30 makes it very easy with the voltage system so you don't ever run out of power you can have it auto start when the voltage system gets low and it will charge the system back up so you of endless supply of power this customer did something great with their shower onyx is one of the things that we do which is a high quality shower they sent in a mosaic centerpiece for it so they allowed us to provide this great centerpiece for their shower and it turned out absolutely great there are other options for the showers we do marble quarry on fiber glass so you can choose anything you want that will fit your needs for your shower now we'll talk about the bathroom in the bathroom we have a custom medicine cabinet that has great lighting options we also have a custom towel bar from Italy we have a washer and dryer and on the dryer instead of having louvered Vince with wood we added a an artistic touch to it the customer asked us to put a panel in there and it wasn't quite working right but again we adapt and problem solved so we came up with a very innovative way to take those panels and integrate them into the cabinetry and it turned out absolutely wonderful this customer recognized something in one of our cabinet team members that was just absolutely wonderful they found out that he was an artist and commissioned him to do a piece for their trailer in this case it was a blind for their toilet room and it turned out absolutely wonderful and I absolutely thank them for pointing this treasure out to us so one of the things we try to do it's very important to customers and I know it will be to you as well is get the best bed for them because you spend a lot of time in the bedroom in this case they had a Sleep Number bed so this is a king size Sleep Number bed we were able to integrate it into their slide-out and we didn't have exact measurements so normally we would have nightstands here so it didn't really work out the way that we would have expected so we adapted in this case as you can see the bedspread has some great designs in it so we incorporated the designs into these innovative nightstands on the side so that they can use them to use cell phones charge their cell phones and keep stuff at night while they're sleeping again great lighting we have these they rotate out and turn on so you can read while you're sleeping at night or if you need a little bit more light these turn on and condemn and give you more light we did some custom cabinetry to help facilitate a TV before and after so when they're not using the TV to watch we hit it so as you can see you cannot see it all you do is remove this panel [Music] flip a switch and the TV comes down and you're able to watch it another great thing in all of our cabinets we line them all in the bedroom with cedar so that your clothes can be protected while you're out on the road another part of our cedar is we line our closets with the cedar to protect your hanging clothes and everything that you put in your closets another important part of a trailer is the HVAC system or life support in this case we're being very innovative this is the third trailer that we have installed in mini-split system so it's a residential HVAC system in this case it's 12,000 BTU the air conditioning with the heat pump associated with it we also have a 15,000 BTU RV unit that is AC and heat pump the value of the residential mini-split is it is very very quiet you essentially can't hear it and it's very very efficient so it's the next step of RV HVAC so another part of the HVAC system is the cold air return in this case we did something that was really really neat with it and tied into the louver doors on the dryer in the bathroom and added a cover to this cold air return that ties everything together in the trailer one challenge that customers have is where are they going to eat in this case this customer wanted to be very innovative and worked with us to design a table that it never didn't been done before here you can use the bar table to sit at eat here in the kitchen be part of what's going on before preparing the food and when you're not using the bar table in this position it can be moved back to the office and it can be used as a sofa table so it's very innovative and you can use it in more places than one all right now we're on the outside of our home and one of the special things about space craft is we do semis there's nobody else in the industry that does custom residential semis like we do there's some really awesome things about the quality of our semis some of the things that I want to talk about are we have custom welded frames our chassis we design it for each of our custom builds we weld it to the specification so if there are any changes that are necessary whether it be extra holding tanks extra weight for instance in this one we added the lifts we also added the car in the office so we had to make some changes with the chassis on that we customized it for this one we also do hydraulic jacks one of the great things about our frame is that it's so structurally sound that most of the time we prefer to just put the four foot Jack's down because that's all we need we have a lot of people ask to do six of them but really all we do is four also with the semi you get a possum belly it gives you a lot of extra storage relative to a fifth wheel on a semi this size which is 40 foot long you have about 400 cubic foot of storage as you can see here this goes all the way through to the other side and it gives you a lot of space to store everything you're going to need when you're living out on the road whether it be Christmas decorations fall clothes anything that you're going to need to switch seasons and live your life on the road also along with our air ride we have aluminum wheels so this is our Volta power pack this volta pack is 20 kW of power it has NMC technology which is about five times more capacity and one third that size as the closest competition in the lithium-ion energy it's also one sixth of weight so to get the equivalent of lead acid battery for this 20 kW we're saving about fifteen hundred pounds in weight by going to this system you also see the two Magnum 3600 watt inverters we have dual automatic transfer switch and then the short power cord right now we're running everything off the Volta system this is the onin quite diesel 10 kW diesel generator provides all the power for the entire trailer and also charges the Volta system back out one of the great thing about spacecraft is we hold one of the original patents on the slide-out room technology we have a ball and screw technology that allows the rooms to slide out we also construct our slide-out rooms with welded aluminum technology as you can see here there's no supports that are necessary when these rooms come out and nor will you ever need them so they're structurally sound and very stable as you're living your life on the road so another thing we've talked about is the HVAC system that's part of this trailer the mini-split allows us to do the residential HVAC system down here in the possum belly you will see the external part of the HVAC system which allows us to have it in the basement versus on the roof like the typical RV this allows you to have a very quiet system and the ducting runs up into the upper area through the floor and it's very efficient as well one of the great things we did with this trailer to personalize it for Jamie and Chris is they have the dogs and they love the dogs and they wanted to be part of their dream so we had one of our welders put the paw prints in the stairs for them it eliminated a little bit of weight off of the stairs but it also is going to allow them to not only think about spacecraft every time they walk into their trailer but it also allows them to have fun and remember their dogs every time they walk into their trailer also as part of our semis standard comes sixty pounds worth of LP as you can see here we have the tanks mounted in a horizontal position and it allows you to run your furnace the stove upstairs in the kitchen and anything else that you will need the LP for runs off of this system our fiberglass ceilings are unique in the industry they have unique ducting in the center which provides even airflow throughout we also provide a raised roof typically our roofs are 88 to 84 inches in a semi in this one the customer chose a raised roof which was 90 inches back in the bedroom and 94 inches throughout the main area they're very low maintenance we can also do them in a matte finish instead of the glossy or you can do them in different colors like off-white on the roof starting from the front you can see the Weingard traveller HD satellite system the four 295 watt solar panels we have a couple Wi-Fi Ranger and cell booster antennas and then the RV air conditioner as well our rooves are also very special in the industry their arched molded fiberglass we provide a lifetime warranty on them and we've never had to replace one this provides you a lot of extra security especially when looked at versus other roofs like a rubber roof another very unique and innovative item on this trailer is the lift gate on the back it provides the opportunity for the car to be lifted up and driven into the office when the car is not in the office it's also a deck one other choice you have related to the trailer to personalize it is a custom paint job just like the one on this trailer they chose to do something that we've not seen before it's very unique a retro look and it ties together the entire trailer you'll notice the tiles in the kitchen the color of the truck it pulls everything together and personalizes it inside and out one other security feature of the trailers are security LED lights they do a wonderful job of illuminating the area around the trailer providing you with excellent vision and night another option that a lot of our customers choose to do our frameless windows it provides a very unique look on the outside of the trailer there's no obstruction around the edge of the windows here you see that they are mirrored and really provide a unique look especially when the Sun hits them and you're going down the road another unique feature of the semi is the automated landing you click a button it drives out the landing and then you're able to hook your steps up to it and easily get into your trailer another fun feature on the exterior of this trailer is the awning it's got some LED lights on it so at night you'll have some great lighting and it also is color-coordinated to add a splash of color to the outside of it even though it's black it ties everything together and is exactly what this customer wanted one other feature of our slide outs is we provide high quality room seals this provides a barrier that keeps out moisture even in driving rain thank you for joining us today on the tour of this beautiful home stop by
