[SOLVED]"ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'apt pkg'" appears in various commands

hello everybody so today I'm gonna show you the solution for the error this import apt packets and it shows move your error so while I was installing this obix FTP which is used to transfer the file for Bluetooth so I was getting an error first of all what I did to use this command to delete all the at least change so that didn't solve so I'll try to reinstall the after uninstalling then this didn't work but then I try to configure the Deep package so it didn't work after that I tried to use apt install fix broken if there is any broken packages so it will try to reinstall everything so it then it causes further error so next error was sub process user bin D package return and error code one while I was updating there was no issue this solution was first of all sudo apt remove Python 3 app it will try to remove so if there is a package left behind then it will remove after that it will sudo apt Auto plane then it will delete all the library then there are lots of packages we deleted so in order to reinstall it you do sudo APD install Python 3 APD and it says us to install these packages 573 apt DBZ and python APK dot ID that sudo apt install Python 3 apt DBZ after installing then I did python3 apt dot now removing the duplicate runs or broker launcher so I try to configure it then it shows no error I did update a sudo ABT update and this is how you solve this problem thank you guys
