The Cold War ended 25 years ago, yet the threat of a nuclear attack has not dissapeared entirely. Airmen of the US Global Strike Command still maintain a constant vigil, always on alert and making sure America's nuclear arsenal is secure and combat ready. However, despite its importance to national security, it's not really a glamorous job. TSgt Nicholas Kurtz travelled to a missile field outside of FE Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming to give us this rare glimpse of the daily duties of the Airmen who guard and operate America's Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles.
