Jayco Northpoint 377 are lbh here halen RV of Coldwater Michigan thirteen thousand nine hundred seventy pounds of playing tow vehicle accordingly she is not a little one she's big on she's big on features big on a lot of stuff the cool thing about this one is you get that big luxury 5th wheel rear living room with the double opposing slides a beautiful island all the the nice trimmings and fittings but you're getting something here that can serve as a bunkhouse as a guest room as an office as a do it all sort of thing and if any point you like what you see and you're kind of curious to know what she runs or how we have it equipped and all good stuff I'll leave you a link down here in the video description check for price and availability that can answer those questions things like links and tank capacities right there so what I do like about this is this is one of the first I had seen and it might have been the first to market with this middle I don't know which called bunk house bonus room whatever with a form of an outside kitchen this is something that previously had not been seen on this and you've watched other brands kind of pick up and run with that ever since North Point came out with it here from Jayco now what I do like is they went with a woodless counter structure here it's all this nice formed aluminum so that you know the water can't get in and penetrate and swallow that stuff up I also like that our outside speakers are right down here next to your entertainment station and you do have outside TV hookups right over there right next to it so you can have all your outdoor stuff under one of your two patio awnings out here all protected so even on a kind of a drizzly ugly day you still got a real sweet or little outdoor entertainment station going on while we're talking about the awnings I do want to point out if you look at them real close you see they got a real slick shiny skin on the outside that's a flex fabric guard what that does is it sometimes you see awnings have that like a aluminum tube on the outside this basically does the same thing just in a little more overt fashion it also wraps a little tighter and it helps squeeze water out of that so that the water you know when you're towing water rain can just blow down the awning tube and it can you know not it's far harder for this light kind of mold up while it's in storage your baggage doors are all laminated neat thing on it Jake oh is this baggage door skin actually came straight out of that wall they match them up and the reason I think that's cool is not most brands don't do that that's why I point this out this is an imperceptible thing you'd never know otherwise there might be a difference in UV inhibitors in that sidewall as compared to a previously built or one built after this well the UV inhibitor in the skin of that fiberglass matches this identically so they will always line up that's a neat thing that Jayco does we do have big 12 inch to 10 inch drop frame storage so you get the big honkin basement in here and we often will add these little more I'd storage doors here drawers rather gives you a nice little spot to keep some utility stuff like tools and things up here out of the way but easy to access and it doesn't really take away from your storage because it's up high you can also get to your central vacuum system down here and you notice no carpeting they've got the nice rubberized sort of diamond plate anti-skid sort of stuff going on there Sixpoint automatic leveling I heard someone the other day well Brand X dealer down the street said he he had a a 10-point contact system on their Auto leveling and I laughed because that's a six point auto leveler plus four tires of contact you gotta watch out guys figures lie and Liars figure and a salesman's job is made harder by a wolf who calls himself a Salesman you got to watch out for stuff like that so I guess if whether you want a six point Auto level or you want a ten point contact system the north point has it however you want to phrase it you can also say that I'm either tall or you know I am NOT gravity friendly you could depending on how you want to get cute and stupid with things largest in class front storage and they only have room for six batteries only I say facetiously all high-gloss exterior skin this is the the first member of Jacobs luxury 5th wheel series and this is basically where most brands stop their 5th wheel production so where Jacobs luxury begins the other brands end here the pinnacle and the designer above and beyond this go just even further into the market we have everything that matters here still though we've added the slide awning toppers to this and again the one we have in stock in this video could be different from what or one we have inside could be different from the one that's in this video I've got some head cold medicine going on I'm extra nasally so I'm a little tongue tied especially today more ride pin box and suspension there they work together to accomplish two different things they're supposed to always go together a lot of times you only see one or the other more ride suspension dampens shax vertically more I'd pin box dampen shock laterally both front to back and side to side it kind of does a bit of both actually a neat thing on this is it's fully skirted so not only is it uh you know I guess that the popular phrase is for seasons but it's 0 to 100 degree tested but it has full wraparound skirting it goes clear to the i-beam so it's creating an extra dead air pocket there that most brands don't you can get in some very fancy expensive stuff that don't take that extra step you find here on the the Jayco I guess dragged a better phrase starter luxury unit um fully enclosed forced air heated insulated underbelly slides roof knows everything enclosed heated gate valves water lines backing station everything and easy access to your auto Levellers out here I like how they make that real simple and easy to access not most brands make that little trickier to get to little details stuff like the way that they laminate aluminum frame laminate there slide walls it's just another nice thing and we have all LED lights not just interiors but exteriors as well so your mark your lights your tail lights everything's LED a lot of brands have gone to LED tails but not LED markers jay kogen looking for that additional quality longevity has gone that route which ties right into the fact that they have twice the warranty of industry standard there's really just not many people out there that match their warranty and by the way there's some disgusting deceptive marketing out there there is no such thing as a three year fifth-wheel warranty out there despite what a certain brand wants you to think you got to watch out for just blatant lies like that accessory receiver on the back here so you can hook up things like a bike rack because again this could be a bunk house and frankly it's really nice to have a place to keep those bikes out of the way a lot of people have seen that are starting to park this fifth wheel like a seasonal unit almost like a park model and that thing is still useful down there because I've seen sites where people come back and say you know my bicycles are here but they're not where I left them having them chained up and where they're just trying to keep an honest man honest as well as things that does seem to work and be handi-wrap over roofline with Jake O's xl6 Magnum truss roof system strongest roof system in the business with a six-inch arched inside outside and notice that we have added the second awning right on the face of the slide here and they both have LED lighting of course but that gives you just tons of patio space tons of patio lighting and the lights are below the awning so you can actually use those as your patio lights when the awnings all rolled up you don't have to roll the awning out aluminum steps are lighter less susceptible to corrosion and frankly your feet just don't slip and slide on these like they would normal steel steps and I like the keyless entry pad here so that like if I'm going to go ride a bike if I'm going to go tubing down Little Creek or whatever I don't have to worry about dropping my keys and losing them and having a really bad day nobody wants to crowbar their luxury 5th wheel open right when you walk in you've got your handy entry pad here and I love that backlit little jaybird love that thing you know your main cabin lights are accessible right here all LEDs that lights right up and then you have additional accent lights above certain seating areas and whatnot and again the one that we have in stock here could be probably is different from what you're seeing in this video if nothing else in at least just interior decor there's four three or four I think different interior two cores I haven't found one I think looks bad they all look good but it's all subjective so you know we always keep a couple of these on constant reorder status due to their popularity so let us know children boy let's start from the top down I've got a max air fan above your kitchen area here to give you a good airflow or to exhaust heat when you're cooking and that has a wall controller because I can't jump and hit that thing and I'm fairly tall with lanky arms now I'm not a great jumper by any means but I got a good head start diesel pusher style light fixtures here they're they're really trying to tap into that nicer luxury end of things and as you move further up the Jayco chain that's going to get even fancier and flashy ER whisper quiet um helix ducted air system here well that fancy talk means is the air-conditioner you're only going to hear about 10% of the noise of it and it gets better air flow won't get colder we'll get down to ten faster and maintain it easier nice ceiling fan keep some extra airflow moving again perfect use this in conjunction with that on days where you don't want to run your AC and keep it nice and comfy in here and this is a perfect place to get to see that barreled 6-inch roof back there because I don't use camera tricks and I don't have to deceive you into wanting to purchase here I'd like you to purchase from our dealership because you choose to not because you feel you have to or you were duped into doing so we'll come back to the kitchen over here we got a side entertainment directly across from your theater seat so when you plop down these are comfy ooh I don't want to get up now I'm going to do a lot of this to her from right here we plot downward directly across from electric space heating fireplace the little floating storage Ottoman here something Jake Oh puts in it's perfect for like throwing the grandkids toys and stuff in there but I mean it's nice to have a little footstool for the sofa this is something extra Jake oh does that I've not seen another brand do yet I'm sure there's probably one I haven't found them so there's no major players doing that behind the electric space heater we have a power up down television so you get a cross-breeze window when you want it or you get a TV when you want it there's no real downfall here trifold memory-foam hide-a-bed sleeper sofa across the back wall I like to point out the details that every single window especially these next to the sofa open for ventilation we've got all tinted windows all ventilating windows here so you can get nice cooler interiors good airflow when I'm not pointing the camera directly at the window it doesn't get dark like that sorry and we have side stands over here so that you can set your phone down and charge it and all that good stuff right next to your seating area this is a little bit bigger than a traditional height of it by the way it they don't really measure hide the beds and kings and queens but in the RV world this is the king ish Haida bed basically as opposed to the Queen ish our windows by the way have these really nice blackout window shades nice MCD roller shades like something out of a diesel pusher again and you can use the Force raise those with your mind of course a little quick jerk of the wrist never hurt either I'm sure you've noticed by now I've got a very dry sarcastic sense of humor so bear with me you could always just mute the video if you don't like my voice which I don't blame you for that just mute the video and no harm no foul oh I missed some accent lighting here hold on just a second I realize there supposed to be some extra lights on I got too busy talking about the ceiling therapy we have lower accents we got upper accents and the upper accents also activate the lighting behind that cool little mountain top view the North Point Mountain View if you will um so dual wall hugging theater recliner over here with the nice middle storage in the armrest for like your um you know remote controls and things another little detail thing I like in these jegos pardon me I'm going to sit down here try not to get camera sick but if you notice if you look right above you there are switches for all your overhead lighting they put that right within arm's reach so that it's right where you're going to be I always forget to demonstrate that now this is uh generally speaking north points uh with a big double slide living room like this are appealing to couples camping now you could most certainly use this as a bunk house that's part of the BH in the model number rear living bunkhouse RL BH but a lot of people use this as a gorgeous luxury couples coach with the middle room that I call flex room or convertible room it can be a bunk house it can be a guest room it can be an office a den a man cave or anything else you want it to be and that is why they have two fixed chairs for couples with a a pair of folding hideaway chairs so you kind of get the best of both worlds here when those fold down they're the same height and same material as the fixed chair so everyone gets a seat here they did also thin up the pedestal on their their north point basis which is nice less me knocking going on basically and there is an extension Li for that so you can most certainly seat a family here and have dinner but most the time for a lot of people there's just going to be a couple of you and having that extra space to be able to move around it is awful darn nice now they did something on here and God bless them for it I wish more manufacturers would pay attention this but that's probably why Jacobs real strong in the market when a lot of the others aren't they did not Center the sink in this gigantic island instead they brought it right over here what that leaves you is you have the exact same very large under sink storage area begging you to put a big wastebasket in there but what you gain is a large unimpeded prep space and the ability to add these big drawers that a centered sink cannot match and that is I think just a genius design decision right there from somebody that goes camping at least or at the very least really listen to customers last year because that's a very smart feature right there um we've got all kinds of drawer space going on here in the kitchen slide proper and I love this I love the adjustable shelf pantry in the slide-out off the floor plan all this bonus storage space where you want it where you need it where it's convenient and with more drawers so what do we got we got four eight we got 11 drawers in this kitchen that's quite a bit 11 drawers plus great wide open prep space plus bonus appliance shelving next to a real tile backsplash convection microwave it looks like we put in there I mean this is this is very well dressed impressed this is an excellent kitchen facility here thousand watt inverter for that refrigerator so they can run going down the road by the way let's take a little closer in-depth look we we glanced at the middle bunk house bonus room here but let's look at a little closer we got a trifold memory foam height of its sleeper sofa if you have a king version in the living room this would be roughly a queen equivalent you see that we have this little flexible office desk space here and I love little bonus drawers they put right there somebody finally realized in this version of a floor plan you've got an empty pocket behind that wall and somebody finally did something with it Thank You Jake oh again Bert just begging you to be like a mobile office space and that's actually where this floor plan has been hyper popular it's not just families but like the the on-site contractor the guy who lives in his RV on a job site for extended periods now this is adjustable shelving too so if you need overflow bonus pantry space you got it you need extra linens you got it you need to closet for the kids you got it you get the point you know you can do anything you want with this it's a very flexible storage space um and you can actually get to it even from the other side there you've got pass-through storage now so it can be an inside-outside pantry that's a very cool feature that I don't know anyone else is really doing all of our cabinetry by the way you see we've got all the nice hidden hinges hardwood door fronts lumber course tiles what lumber core means this is a wood this is real wood it does have a wrap on it but it is a real wood core so all the good quality material is there with just a lot less of the cost I need to close all these drawers before I forget and close a slide and bust your fifth-wheel because then you'd never want to buy it sliding pocket door by the way moving on moving upstairs moving on up we've got a nice easy triple step right here a little toe kick activated central vacuum system which is handy and these are a not a wood step so they're not going to be slippery on your feet with a built in handle in case you got some limited mobility going up and down stairs good for the kids to loft bunk or attic if you all because again not everyone's using this as a bunk house if this is a perfect little place to be ematic and this is I think what makes us so cool for grandpa and grandma is you can still have your craft room or whatever downstairs and you can still give the grandkids the perfect place to bunk down at night up top now they got room for their own little gadgets and whiz bangs and widgets in these little pockets here and if you're really gonna spoil them you can throw a TV on that wall up there um jegos bunk mats by the way our 50% thicker than industry standard that's something that not enough people really pay attention to because if the kids don't sleep well you're not going to have a fun day tomorrow and a built-in bunk ladder so you don't have to throw them to the upper bunk this is neat their entry door here it actually has a little interior latch you have to pull this down to um you know pull the door open and it still has a travel lock so it's actually got a double lock system now um the bathroom here we've got a little weird my switches go lower accent lights now notice one switch activates the lower accent lights in the bathroom the bedroom and even the kitchen remember those lights under the island they're all on one circuit so if you wake up at night and you're in the bedroom you can flip on your lower accent light you can see the bathroom you can see the kitchen for a quick midnight snack you don't have to flip on overhead lights and bother everybody I've got a very large sink here and I like that they actually add that little wraparound vanity right there this is a one-piece seamless molded shower literally jumpable grown adults can jump up and down in this when it's not even installed or additionally reinforced by Jayco because this is built to be structurally sound on its own from the manufacturer very cool stuff I've jumped up and down in these before and people have a heart attack they think I'm going to break their fifth wheel um seating area so if you have limited mobility you can sit down to bathe or shave your legs or whatever you got to do porcelain foot flush stool and great linen space this is a little bit this is an odd I don't have a tape measure I mean maybe two or three inches wider than a common linen space and similar bathrooms of other models they didn't really cut the corners anytime you see Jake oh they're just rarely the pound lighter or dollar cheaper option but they're usually the loaded feature-packed series king bed in here true seventy by eighty real king and best-in-class bedding Jake goes using some very uh thick heavy duty betting on the stuff this is one of the pillowtop editions right here and will linens that I don't know arguably you're probably not even going to care about replacing they did a nice job here all the Headroom in the world tall with boots I'm six-three wearing big thick-soled shoes I got a hat on even standing all the way against the wall there's just no Headroom issues in here for a couple reasons one its tall period two XL six Magnum truss roof system gives us that extra six inch arch up here you want now we have added the second air conditioner to the bedroom of this these big v wheels we pretty much do that across the board just because you have way too much cubic foot of space for one air conditioner to try to cool it and we've got a big full 8 foot wide storage area obviously we've got our big closet here Jake owes this extra deep they use every ounce of that nose cap they can it really really really goes right in here all kinds of good LED lights and stuff and actually I had to switch off but this is a motion-activated LED light if I step back long enough that closet light will kick itself off so when you open the door the lights are on when you close that the lights go off sort of like a refrigerator allegedly no one can actually tell me that and please don't sit in the refrigerator to prove it to me if there's one thing I've seen misunderstood on Jayco fifth wheels more than anything else is that people look at North points and they look at pinnacles and designers they say well I like it but it's not prepped for a washer and dryer where are people getting this information Jayco has been washer/dryer prepped since the day of the Eagle fifth wheel before it was called Eagle premiere before it was called North Point so that feature is most definitely there guys you can easily see the plumbing there a nice dresser space across from the master bed and you will find a bedroom TV included in janko's luxury 5th wheels and to take it one step further they actually I don't know if I can do this with one hand now I can't anyway the TV actually swings out school for two reasons one you can get to the plugs you can actually get to the plugs on the back side of it when it swings out but to with a big window over here this entertainment center is not facing the center of that bed and you didn't go this far you didn't run you know 25 miles of a marathon just to walk off the course right before it ended so they make it so that the TV can swing out and be centered up direct with the center of the bed every little detail counts and they've really gone through and kolnas I've I was a fan of the big fan of Eagle premier 5th wheel before it became called North Point which was last year I was a big fan of it then they made some better improvements and they have this thing really dialed in better now than most 5th wheels on the market this is a hard one to sell against and I pity the dealers who have to sell against this monster because it is fantastic so give us a call
