It's cloudy this morning☁️ It's cold, so let's clean and organize the refrigerator at home on a day like today🤔 Put perishable food in the kimchi refrigerator or icebox, and let's start cleaning in earnest now.😉 Vinegar water has a sterilizing effect , so it is effective for cleaning the refrigerator. Giving the sticky shelves and drawers a bubble bath in a while~🛁🫧 After drying off, prepare to refill the refrigerator :) I thought spring was coming but suddenly snow in March Have you tried using a shelf in the refrigerator that can separate the space? If you stack on top of containers and store them, it is not convenient to take them out to eat.😭 This way, it is easy to take out and you can see what is left at a glance. Besides the door, the top shelf is the lease coolest place in the fridge. So it's good for storing food that doesn't go bad or doesn't need to be recooked. The rotating tray is stable to use because the suction on the bottom :) The rotating tray makes it easy to pick out the necessary items and take them out! It is best to store eggs in the paper box in which they are packed, but it is inconvenient for me to take out, so I use a drawer-type storage box. If you move them to another container like me, a container with a lid or an airtight container is good, (✓because eggs absorb the smell of food in the refrigerator.) It is said that it is better to store it in the middle shelf where the temperature change is the least. The main part of the refrigerator is the middle layer where the temperature is kept most constant. So I keep the side dishes I usually eat here. A container with a partition that can be removed and put on is more useful than you think. It helps organize small snacks so they don't move.😊 It's especially great for arranging yogurt 👍🏻 If you use the shelf like before in the space on top, you can put two more side dishes.☺️ Wouldn't the start of organizing be dividing items by type? It is convenient and neat to organize by category in containers with handles like this. I've shown it often in previous videos, but if you use a rubber band to divide the compartments, you can store the bagged products that easily fall over due to lack of strength. If you recycle a milk carton , it can be easily transformed into a cheese stick container. It is best to store dairy products like milk in the bottom compartment where the temperature is the coolest. That way, it doesn't go bad quickly and can be kept fresh longer. To keep your fridge neat and clean, you need to empty it when needed and not overfill it. That way, there will be less smell in the refrigerator and you won't have to worry too much when cleaning it . Use a paper towel soaked in water and try it on leftover cabbage. If you put it in the cut out part and cover it with the outer skin of the cabbage so that the air doesn't go through, you can keep it a little bit fresher, so let's share it! (Wouldn’t it be nice to recycle the original wrap as well?😉) If you store the container of vegetables upright, it’s easy to find and take it out, and put a paper bag in the remaining space to store the unopened vegetables. A fabric liner on the bottom of the fruit drawer is effective in removing moisture. It's nice to be able to wash it and use it again if it gets dirty or damp. If it's hard to find, you can use paper bags that are common at most home instead. I put one more liner under the paper bag. Paper bags are great for recycling, but they're also effective at removing moisture.👍🏻 Easily torn tofu is stored separately in a small drawer where it is easy to find.☺️ The door is the place where the temperature changes the most in the refrigerator. That's why I keep mostly non-perishable sauces and condiments. I'm sharing my little organizing routine with you, but not all there methods I'm doing are the best or correct way to do it. Every household has a different diet and refrigerator size. Please note that today's video is not about how to store ingredients, but a useful "fridge organization idea".🙏🏻😉 Thank you for joining us today.
