welcome to the demonstration of smart helmet safety system for coal mines so here in this project we have the features like we are continuously getting the humidity temperature from the sensor along with gas status so these three parameters continuously stream to our mobile phone through wireless wi-fi as a esp8266 module so these three data continuously we are going to stream the humidity temperature whenever the humidity is above 80 percentage we will get the high immediate alerts along with audible uh to the person those who wore this helmet and uh coming to the temperature whenever the temperature is above 40 degree centigrade same alerts to the mobile phone as well as to the buzzer and coming to the smoke detection we already set the limit uh from the potentiometer which is there on this small gas sensor sorry so the gas light will be sent to the mobile phone and along with the buzzer alerts so here these two sensors interface to the pix16f73 microcontroller so at a c zero pin for the dht double one digital humidity temperature sensor the c0 pin and a gas leakage sensor at a0 pin and lcd model continuously will show the status of sensors data and alert messages on this lcd which is interface at pin number uh b22 pin number b7 and the wi-fi module so esp8266 interface at b0 b1 and this buzzer along with led indication it's connected at c4 pin of our x16 f73 microcontroller so on this motherboard we have the main uh three components one is the microcontroller and there is a reset switch to restart the microcontroller so reset switch and this steel later on is a crystal oscillator which will use it to provide the 20 mega heads of clock frequency to the microcontroller so the main purpose of this crystal oscillator is so we have provided a set of instructions to read the input sensors data and uh send the data to the mobile phone through this esp8266 wi-fi module so these instructions are coded inside the microcontroller in embedded c language each instruction need to be executed by providing the one clock pulse so we are providing 20 mega clock frequency to the microcontroller so that controller can execute 20 mega instructions per second so here the whole system getting power supply from this adapter so in real time just we can connect this to the power bank directly which will get the 5 volts power supply by providing it to the duals input to this adapter so before switching on the kits we need to enable the hotspot in number four so for that change the hotspot name to these are mainnet sports edits change the hotspot name to project 5346 without any capital letter without any space and the password should be one two three four five six seven eight nine and band should be two point four gigahertz so these three should be taken care of when you uh before on the kit and before on the hotspot so i have switch on the hotspots and now we need to install one more application that is juice ssh so this is the application we need to install which are available in the play store directly so after installation after enable the hotspots you can now switch on the power supply to the kitsch right so after you switch on the parts apply to the kids then there will be a welcome message on the lcd screen so welcome to the project so then in your mobile phone you can find the one device will be connected in your phone so see connected device is one now so now so you can see on lcd it will showing the temperature in degree centigrade and humidity percentage so we need to click on this so we'll get the connected device ip address now do that 192.168.27.205. so now go to juice ssh so it will show like this now manage connections in that place add and now we need here we need to change the three changes again one is a type type is telnet and the address which you got from the hotspot settings and now port number eight zero eight zero so remember type is still next address ipad the same address which we got from that settings and next port number 8080 after that's done on right mark now you can click on this so here we will get the temperature as well as humidity values continuously streaming to the mobile phone so whenever the slick is detects right so we need to provide the gas inputs by using the lighter so you can observe one light will be switch on on this gas sensor as well as buzzer will be on so we'll get the same audible alert along with the visual alerts in your mobile phone also as well as on your lcd screen so and coming to temperature so when we blow the air on the sensor we can increase the humidity so we can observe that it is increasing so when it crosses the 80 percentage then automatically we'll get dollars right so humidity same message alerts like that temperature also we set for the 40 degree centigrade so to increase the temperature you can place any heat object over here it will take more time to increase the temperature by manually on this temperature humidity sensor right so in this way we are going to provide the safety for the coal miners those who were these elements before getting harmful to the person it will be differently informed to the by checking the conditions to the mobile phone or using the iot technology
