Slowest Over Night Parts Ever!!!

here's our saving grace [Music] you are now watching farming with duffy ag welcome back to the channel waiting on parts still so pretty frustrated on a lot of that pretty done with doing business with the one person um we ordered parts for the mower last friday today is saturday i keep forgetting the dates saturday the 5th so they forgot lost who knows our order it should have been here on wednesday supposedly even though overnight on a friday should get you there on saturday you would think right but or on the tuesday so because monday was a holiday so we don't have our mower parts still supposedly they ordered them yesterday and then they're overnighting for today we don't expect to see them till monday so that really that's frustrating um at the same rate we're working on the 4230 and we've got a box of parts from abilene machine which came in a good timely manor um any idea what's in the box if you remember when we dynoed this it didn't have all the horses we were we were shy so we got new injectors for it the injection pump as you see it's a different color it did get rebuilt not that many hours ago um since it snapped itself in half maybe we were thinking maybe it ruined an injector to some degree um and we should have done this a long time ago but here we are i'm waiting on parts for the mower might as well fix the mower tractor some and go from there so i'm waiting on somebody to give me a hand taking this hood off since it is a little more challenging by yourself got my return lines off i did order all new tees all and i got o-rings all new pieces sticking out just in case i broke any they're not here though i just don't i don't know why so hopefully um ups brings me a bunch of packages today i'll be in a very happy boat otherwise i'm getting frustrated so so return fuel lines are off gotta pop all the injector lines off then these all have to come off so you can get a wrench down in there and go from there it is already super hot today's supposed to be 90 95. cool when we get done cutting grass this is on the list of things to run through i got all sorts of parts to put on it cables to do on the shifters and fix the leaks on the hydraulics fittings so three good days and we should be done with grass but now we're struggling we're out this is out of our control because we ordered stuff on time and yeah i thought we bought a mower my father hasn't committed on it yet well he actually krone came back and said they couldn't get one for a period so we're back to looking we're up in the air on what we really want dang i knew i had a specialty tool fits right past the lines and then on to the top of the injectors oh yeah specialty tools that was back when tools from craftsman were baller so upside down no it's good they used to have the lifetime warranty where you could bring them back and we'd cut them and heat them and bend them and make custom stuff and then bring them back for newer that's probably also why they're out of business because a lot of people did that they did build some help like awesome tools so someday i'll have to get into actual buying really nice tools today is not the day for that maybe when i build a shop i do got to buy some tiger tools though some big rig tools since we got to split some u-joints and do some seals i'm kind of looking forward to that but at the same rate looking at a a kit to do u-joints with the press and the puller on the yokes you're like 900 bucks for a tool it would make my life nicer though a little cleaner so this tractor did get repainted when it had low hours we bought it with like 600 hours on it or something but it came from a wealthy gentleman um that like things looking nice so i think dana did actually paint this years and years and years ago and it wasn't professionally like it was painted good but as you s as you see it's peeling off and things like that so i don't even know how many hours are on this now four thousand five thousand dollars six it's an okay tractor it needs a turbo turbo kit would make it a lot better they do have some pistons after watching some videos i don't know if rented stock runner stock farms did it with the high compression pistons that make these things start better so that probably should be something that we look at on this tractor because in the winter it does not start the vacuum change in that is only to do with the receipt with the watch receiver not the actual milk receiver there's no no no no but no it only has to do with pulling water from the watch receiver into the milk receiver it doesn't have to do with actually emptying the receiver right so yeah my real job oh my other one of my one of my jobs i guess i don't know how to correlate it that's a 24 hour a day seven day job answer your phone we do me between me and don we do have a lot of like one of us covers it and we got cory but still when a farmer calls you at midnight you answer at midnight i know it they are supposed to call the shop and things like that but when something happens it happens and they need to get going again so there's a lot of support there for the people that don't realize what i do other than just farming and youtubing and everything else so saturday morning i battled some wash issues yesterday on a robot thought i got it fixed because it was happy and then uh one of the workers called me this morning told me it was unhappy it didn't didn't want to wash so bouncing some ideas off the next wash is at four o'clock i gotta look up some stuff a lot of yeah a lot of things a lot of knowledge on that oh hoping this goes slowly new part old part yep one is in we stopped for breakfast actually this was leftover once over dinner got some tacos last night big fan of tacos i think i said that almost every other video about authentic tacos i'm not out here at taco bell okay kanan that one's gonna be a pain with the fuel filter made a specialty filter oh i think it will be perfect made it for this one though i'm sure if i took out all of this stuff that probably would have made my day better but trying to do minimal extra work got them all on got the return lines in it came with the little o-rings i'm gonna try those i wish my parts had come by now that i had ordered this week for these little metal ones but i guess we'll try there's not it's a return line and i did order all new tees because i figured when i started pulling them off they'd probably start breaking granted they've been okay so far but i wanted to switch all those because it's never fun when you have those start leaking all over the place ejectors are in got to finish up the return lines and all this does fuel goes in from the injection pump goes into the injector whatever is not used at that point or leaks back gets put in the return fuel line one goes over there one goes back to the pump um and yeah that's it these are such a pain to get on if you don't have the specialty tool but we notched a needle nose and made the specialty tool i'm gonna need two hands but yeah works killer here's our saving grace you are here to save the day hopefully hopefully you got the parts we need they said it that they're coming [Music] it started turning so i might have to mess with it okay ankle come here he's waiting on a tree this started turning so i might be loose or the top might be spinning what 11 16. your package ain't a priority yeah i know right what are you doing hopefully they ordered what we needed though skid plate oh this one's a little on the heavy side yeah those are the bolts no there's your own bearing you got anything else or is that it that's it for you boss we got them skid plate bearing housing we got bearings snap rings and big bearing all right we'll get this going get the mower on i'm not so convinced that what we just did fixed our issue um with that being said maybe it did still got a weird pulse in injection lines i think it's weird i guess i really never felt the 404 injection line before um but it probably needed injectors no matter what and it might need that injection pump might have some issue with it i wish coburn was local i'd be like hey bring the dyno over let's see what we made for horsepower now since before that's what indicated hey you got something going on but parts are here i guess the true factor is going to be when he goes mowing see if it has more to it so we're going to hook the mower up i'm just going to throw it together get some gear oil in it huh we're together so this got a new bearing here i got a new lower bearing we got a new skid plate he's going to back it up make sure nothing's left inside of it i'm gonna put the hood on that something's touching shut it off something's touching yep i don't think so it's got to be this one just tapping yeah i'll have to get another one of these ordered just to have another brand new spare we got a spare well it needs a skid plate too so we'll probably end up doing that alrighty we want to put let this thing run while you go to lunch okay we'll see how it looks since we did i don't even know what time it is but it's way too late mower's ready we're gonna let the tractor run because he goes to lunch for a little while for those of you who are new to the channel yes that is an ackerman yes it is swedish i got a box full of parts to put in that 7520 still isn't running yet it runs i just gotta put a clutch in it um i was really thankful i forget the guy's name i got the note so when i get into it i'm gonna do an official thank you of sending me some tools to work on that um if i was done with grass i'd probably be sitting in the ac i'm just kidding i'd be yeah i don't know so it's hot i got minimal help still and uh he's gonna mow for a while but he has to leave at five o'clock so i don't even know if it's a few hours gotta get that bunk uncovered again but they've been using the 6155 to move manure so i'm gonna go dump that and then take it off because we're gonna go get the rake with it and we're moving fields so in previous videos people ask me why my shirt gets so stained like that doing that all day long wiping your sweat off your face with your dirty hands your dirty face yeah with that being said i didn't take a hydraulic oil bath this morning i've got some gear oil on me too and uh it is like 93 degrees out a lot of humidity corn's loving it though so what we're doing is i'm headed with the tractor to go hook it to the rake and i'll jump in the chopper and i'll go over to where the bower is mowing he's bowing a field that field that i wanted to plant corn into um that the landowner said no corn but we'll talk and fall about receiving it we'll receive it um it's just not very heavy not very good so he's going to go mow that especially he he's got to get out of here in two and a half hours so it'll probably blow all of that field and then hopefully the mower stays good and then me and my father he can rake it and chop it and be done with that section and know that we're in an okay boat and then we'll start back into our good fields the frustrating part is the mower should have been together on like wednesday when we were supposed to get parts so i spent well i did have the tractor down but i finished that up at like 9 30. it's 2 30 now we spent quite a while getting that mower back together because the parts didn't come until like 10 o'clock shout out to our ups driver ankle gets treats and whenever he sees parks for us he always does his best to get him out to us on time real nice guy appreciate it quick stop it ferns yeah i like stopping here i like the people in it like the owner hey this was for you it's yours take it it was given to you so that's like the third fourth treat he's got gps guy gave him one we got two here i think ups guy gave him a few more so first country store center carlyle good subs now we can get going well yields aren't as bad as i thought not heavy in some spots but we're gonna make some three into ones and get right into chopping it's so hot that it's drying fast the mower's finishing up over there and he's done for the day so it's just me and my father running truck it'll work we'll get this one done for today and we'll call that a win so i appreciate you guys watching along um we got the mower going we're back into grass but i'm gonna get out of here
