hello this is Andrew major and welcome to  this guided hypnosis session this session   will allow you to deeply relax calm your mind  and release that cycle of negative thinking   and if you choose drift off to sleep too into a  deep and relaxing sleep so please do not listen   if you're driving operating Machinery or doing  anything else that requires your full attention   only listen when you can close your eyes and fully  relax I've created this session to help you let   go of negativity and worrying thoughts so you can  begin to develop more helpful patterns of thought   they bring you more peace positivity optimism and  happiness so for now all you need to do is to find   that comfortable position close your eyes and just  keep listening quietly to the sound of my voice and as you continue to listen with each  gentle breath taking you deeper and deeper   the sound of my voice is just  a signal for you to relax and as you do there's nothing  important for your conscious mind to do   absolutely nothing whatsoever to do except relax   there's nothing really important except  the activities of your subconscious mind   and that can be just as automatic as dreaming so you can really enjoy relaxing more and more   and your subconscious mind will  listen to each word that I say and he keeps becoming less important for  you to consciously listen to my voice   as you experience that deepening  comfort that calmness that peace this is your time a very special time where you  can relax and let go of all your worries and cares   and as you rest there with your eyes closed  begin to let go and relax now even more   just allow all the muscles around your eyes  to relax all the muscles on your face relax the muscles around your mouth your nose and  your cheeks that's right just let them all relax and now thinking about your forehead that's  where we keep a lot of tension and all our   thoughts and all our worries so  just let those muscles relax too   and allow those thoughts and  those worries to just Drift Away and as you do so let that relaxation run down  your face down your neck and down your throat   all the way down to your shoulders really relax  them now because it's here on our shoulders we   carry the weight of the world and all our troubles  so just let those shoulders relax completely foreign as they continue to relax just allow  that tension to run down your left arm   all the way down to your hand and at the  tips of your fingers and as you do so   you may find your right arm feel  slightly different to your left arm   that's fine just allow that same relaxation  to run down your right arm all the way down   to your hand and the tips of your fingers so that  both arms are completely relaxed loose and heavy and as you continue to relax now I want you  to focus on your breathing and as you breathe   deeply and slowly as you feel your chest raise  and lower and you listen to the sound of my voice   you can feel yourself drifting deeper and  deeper with every gentle Breath You Take now as you continue going deeper and deeper just  focus on your stomach muscles is here we hold on   to our gut feelings tensions and our anxieties  so really relax those stomach muscles now   that's right and now shift your focus to the  back of your head and the back of your neck   and allow that relaxation to run down the  back of your head the back of your neck and   all the way down your spine all the way  down to your hips and into your thighs and as you feel yourself drifting deeper  and deeper allow that relaxation to run   down your right leg all the way down  to your foot and the tips of your toes   so that your right leg feels  totally relaxed loose and heavy now just allow that same relaxation  to run down your left leg all the way down to your foot  and into the tips of your toes   so that your left leg is  completely relaxed loose and heavy   so now both legs both arms and the whole of your  body is totally relaxed and is a beautiful feeling and now you're so beautifully relaxed I want  you to let your mind and Imagination drift and I want you to imagine a  secret staircase in your mind   and you find yourself standing at the  top of a very beautiful secret staircase   and this secret staircase has 10  steps and with each step you take   you can find yourself going twice as  deep into a wonderful state of hypnosis and I wonder whether you will  go deeper without realizing it   or whether you will begin to notice  certain changes or Sensations notice the staircase notice the carpet if there  is one and if so see how it is a perfect shade of   your favorite color or perhaps the stairs are  made of marble or wood if so then that's okay and on either side of the staircase is a beautiful  firm banister that makes you feel safe and secure   the banister is smooth and Polished  and you place your hand lightly on it   on each step are numbers going down  all the way from 10 down to zero and somehow you know as you move down those  stairs with each gentle step you go down   the more comfortable and the  more relaxed you will become and you really want to walk down those  stairs and you know deep inside that   each and every step down will take you into a  wonderful feeling of calmness and tranquility 10 going deeper and deeper stepping on to step  nine going twice as deep into a comfortable state   of hypnotic trance on to step eight drifting  deeper and deeper feel yourself relaxed   as you step on to step seven deeper  and deeper With Every Breath You Take as you step onto step six   drifting deeper and deeper fully into  a wonderful state of hypnotic trance stepping on to step five allowing your unconscious  mind to find his own way of helping you   to go deeper and deeper stepping on to step four  moving down calmly now stepping on to step three   almost there now becoming deeper and deeper  absorbed stepping on to step two letting your   mind and Imagination drift and dream whilst you're  unconscious focuses on what's important to change and on to Step One so deeply relaxed ready  and prepared to make the necessary changes   for your benefits letting the relaxation  of Mind and Body continue for a short while   in their own way just releasing  and relaxing releasing and relaxing and remember the more that you do this the easier  it will become the more familiar that comfort in   all parts of the mind and body will become your  body and mind recognizing that this calmness   and comfort has a positive effect not only on  your body and mind but on your emotions too for your learning not only to relax the  mind and body but also your emotions and this means it creates space in your  mind to allow positive thoughts to grow   and as this happens you can feel your mind  opening up to new thoughts and feelings your mind is open to new opportunities   and the positive resources that you have  within you you can make these happen for you   and is your subconscious mind gets to work on  a deeper level of awareness your mind feels   spacious and free preparing for you to be  happy content and confident within yourself your mind is now open and  receptive to new thoughts and ideas there is no need to allow  negative emotions to build   or develop and to restrict your ability for  positive thought feelings and general well-being   just as your body relaxed so  too can your negative feelings   and the wonderful thing is that it doesn't have  to be difficult in any way just as we relax our   body and fall into sleep at night our mind  and emotions too find their own way to relax   switch off to put things into perspective and  to bring the resources of Mind and Body together   to help resolve and solve issues worries concerns  and life issues and events in this relaxed state   be aware that a thought any thought   is a tiny fraction of what is going on in  your mind in your life at any given time an idea has to share mental time and  space with many other ideas and Concepts   and a thought is only as big as the  energy we put into developing it you decide how big the thought becomes you  decide how much emotional energy you put into it   and you can decide how to limit  the energy it consumes from you   you are the master in your  own thought processes [Music] very often it's so easy to allow our thoughts  our negative thoughts to almost run away with us   and if this Gallop of emotion is left  unchallenged by ourselves it can soon have   us developing other worries we should feed off  the first and make the whole thing all consuming   contaminating our thoughts day and night bringing  no release contaminating our positive thoughts reducing and fragmenting our positive thought  patterns reducing their positive effects   but we can not only control this Gallop of  negative emotion we can reduce it diffuse   it and manage it learning to manage the  negatives in our thoughts and feelings   as simply as we control the tensions in our body and we do this by learning and relearning  ways to reduce them and only putting   more energy into solving the problem and  there is new information or circumstances so imagine your emotions like inflated balloons  the more we put into them the more room they   take as people we must learn to release  some of the energy we put into the problem   we need to deflate it and by listening  to me now you are allowing yourself to   do something different to learn a new way  an aid in your journey for gentle change in the quietness of your mind let some  of the negative balloons deflate slowly   nothing rushed for there is no demand and as you go deeper now   allow each breath you breathe out to  release some of the negativity within you and let each breath you breathe in bring  with it further calm to your mind and body   and adding Comfort to your thoughts for as you  allow the balloons of negativity to deflate   you are allowing more and  more room within your thoughts   for positive thought patterns to  be developed and to be enjoyed   creating an inner calmness and comfort a return  to balance and harmony and feeling refreshed calm   a feeling of being unburdened a welcome return  to some positive thoughts feelings and emotions and while this may take a little  time to feel familiar again   it will bring with it  positive thoughts and feelings   a growing realization that you are in control  of your thoughts and the level of that control   determines how much energy you allow to be  used in managing the issues in your life but always remember you have the  control over mind body and emotion   and it feels right and it feels good and each time you listen to this hypnosis you  bring not only more calmness and comfort to your   mind and body and emotions but also more control  a greater feeling of new positive thought patterns   and a sense of being unburdened our  calmness and comfort at the deepest level and you may notice too that your confidence and  comfort develops in many areas of your life too   you can relax more quickly enjoy life and  feel stronger in mind and body and emotion   for you are on a calming gentle Journey  a journey of gentle positive change   and you know deep down at the deepest level of you  that each and every time you listen or when you   choose to quieten your thoughts and relax in this  way you can continue this gentle process further   allowing your internal energy to be placed into  Positive Solutions and positive thought patterns and as you relax in this way not only you bringing  in more calm controlled and Harmony to you   you're also allowing the Harmony and balance to  refill that all important emotional energy we all   have and need as human beings allowing greater  well-being in mind and body greater self-control   greater confidence and increased self-esteem and all this by trusting yourself by allocating  time for you for allowing the mind and body to   work together in this gentle welcome relaxing  way and it feels right and it feels good   your mind is Serene and tranquil and you're filled  with a deep sense of well-being and inner peace   and as you drift deeper now these feelings will  increase and will grow stronger and stronger your thoughts are directed outwards from yourself  to the world around you and what you sense about   you so every day you become more relaxed more  steady more settled mentally and physically   your talents abilities all of your special  qualities begin to grow stronger and stronger   and more rewarding you recognize your own true  worth and become more aware of your true potential   every day you will become emotionally much  more calmer much more completely relaxed and whilst you're here your subconscious  mind is confirmed that is helping you to   relax helping you to cope so much better with life   and giving you a confidence within yourself  to deal with any challenge that life presents in the future whenever you experience a negative  thought or emotion your subconscious will help   you with new learnings and positive thoughts it  will help remind you in a very powerful manner   that whenever you experience a negative  thought that you do have a choice   you can control your feelings and decide to  have any good thoughts and positive emotions   you now choose to have any good thoughts  and positive thoughts and feelings   in the future you will be aware that when  you experience negative thoughts or emotions   and you will be able to immediately turn  them into positive thoughts or emotions   that helps you move forward enjoy  life and what you do have love   compassion understanding forgiveness  and acceptance of what is to be now you choose to release those negative  thoughts the negative feelings right now   immediately or you can choose to do this for  yourself in an hour from now or sometime later you now look forward to your future in a  way that tells you that things will go well   did you will succeed that you are special  capable and the most positive person you know that's right and now as you drift  off into a deep and relaxing sleep   you can take all the time you need to rest you are now a confident loving peaceful  person who takes life in their stride and   deals with everyday situations in a calm relaxed
