credit note purchase order you can also specify the document status there are five different status you can choose from we have paid partially paid unpaid draft and cancelled status choose a color theme for your invoice using the color palette I am going to switch the current color team from light grey to dark dull by specifying the CSS color code for dark teal select a logo or leave the default logo it all depends on you for this demo I will change the default logo to our corporate logo next enter the customer information if you have sent an invoice to this customer in the past the autosuggest will immediately populate the customers information as you are typing you also specify if the invoice is due on receipt you can add a new item by using the auto suggest Euler by adding a line item let us start by searching for the item as you can see immediately as you start typing a list of all the matching items will display select an item and it will Auto populate the table with the items title price and description I will show you how to create a new item in the next video you can modify the price and quantity as well as you make your changes everything is auto calculated for you you can also click on add line item to add a new item it will add a new row to the table and you can manually enter the items title description quantity and price you the next thing we will look at is the notes section use this box to specify a note for your customer a note can be something as simple as this as the invoice we talked about you can modify the terms and conditions if you don't want to call the terms and conditions you can call it anything else in this case we will change it to additional note you can also modify the currency sleek invoice supports over 100 plus document check to make sure all the information was entered correctly if you want to print it you can click to print or download a invoice as PDF you the next thing I would like to show you is how to set up and receive recurrence payments for your invoice is automatically with sleek invoice you can easily setup recurrence payments before sending recurrent invoices make sure you've entered the stripe API keys again remember nothing is saved in the app all the information is saved in a SharePoint lists in your SharePoint on-premise or office 365 site enter the stripe API key and stripe publishable key you can get both keys by logging in to stripe - dart once you have all that information entered click on recurrence on the left hand menu and sleek invoice will automatically populate all your customers and subscription plans from stripe you can modify or delete any customers and/or plans from here click add stripe customer to add a new customer also you can click create a new plan to add a new plan specify the subscription plan name select current specify amount as well as interval for example daily weekly monthly yearly or anything custom like every 10 days weeks months you can always specify a trial period say for example you're sending a software package to your customer alongside this invested in your software the customer is supposed to try the product absolutely free for 30 days when creating the plan specify the trial period and then click create new plan you you should be able to see the new plan under stripe planned section and there you have it plan created for $9.99 and the customer will be built automatically every 10 months in addition it has a 10 days trial period this means that once the customer receives the invoice and make a payment the customer will not be charged until 10 days of receipt we've created our new customer and new plan the next thing is sending the invoice for the customer to subscribe automatically now let's look at how you can send the invoice to your customer let's search for the invoice we created earlier for contoso corporation under action open the drop-down menu and select send as you can see the cussed email address will be populated automatically you can see see other recipients if you plan on sending to several other recipients just make sure you separate every owns email by semicolon you can send the copy of the invoice to inbox enter any additional note this additional note will appear in a highlighted area in the email body select one-time payment if this is not a subscription if you select this option your customer will be billed ones there are not recurring options under this plan however if this is supposed to be subscription simply select subscription once it's selected two drop-down menus will appear one for the customers name and the other for the plan select the customers name in the plan you can select this option to include a mailing address link this will send your mailing address to your customer and ask them to mail the payment to you just make sure you've updated your mailing address from your account settings page so how do you generate reports to generate reports using sleek invoice click on reports from the left-hand menu to open the reports page you can see the reports total at the bottom of the page click current year the total sales for current year will be displayed at the bottom you can do the same for last year last six months last 90 days last month current month or everything you can copy the filtered result to clipboard and paste it into Microsoft Excel or Word I am going to open an Excel document and paste the copied rows to excel table you can also export to CSV Excel in PDF you also have the option to print the report when you click print it will open the print preview window for you to print the report using your choice of printer there are several filtering options you can view only estimates for last year or current year as well as only invoices you the last thing I will like to show you is the help page the help page can answer all the questions you have you can access the help page from the dashboard or by clicking
