just 270 minutes remain of the Premier League season for Liverpool and for Tottenham Hotspur and it's fair to say they both find themselves in the same boat right now Tottenham who had that incredible Liverpool have gone through over the past few weeks as well ultimately their goal isn't going to be achieved well there are certainly two attacking s that have been named by the two managers for Liverpool and for Jurgen klopp for his penultimate home game in charge he restores Muhammad Salah to lead the line Cody gakpo and L Diaz join him there Harvey Elliot who played on the right hand side of the forward line last week drops into Midfield this week where many will feel a lot of his best work has been done of course over the course of this season well for an po mogu he's trying to find the the right blend today he's gone with a little more strength and solidity in Midfield from the side that played against Chelsea on Thursday night Rodrigo banor returns to the starting lineup with away from Harvey Elliot It's a Wonderful strike one thing on his mind from receiving the ball and he picks out the top Corner quite perfectly lovely move from Liverpool two 60 yd passes of more or less from both fi backs creates this little chance arv comes into at the picture there and then wow wow wow wow the goalkeeper I've questioned him on the probably the first three but I can't question him on that he's not going to save that basuma s they're probably saying on you go hit it but from that sort of distance I think you've got to get out a little quick quicker and make the effort a collision with the post referee's going to need to stop the game here I'm pretty sure of that Virgil Van djk has the ball but there's a Totten player that has collided with the post it's an awful Collision for Brennan Johnson who's actually doing well to even pick himself up there the clearance by Joe gas by the way was quite brilliant nice from skip Madison that's not a good ball needed better Tottenham needed better Liverpool go again Nunes chases again flag stays down for now salah's there and SC and looks to the linesman to say can I celebrate this one and there's your answer's trying his best to get back to him it's a lovely little ball In fairness from Darwin Nunes right into the path of Muhammad Salah but it's not to count no that's Lelo sons looked a different player where he's looked like the old son since he went out to the left hand side skip by chettic and S like P that one there's a ball it's delivered and down nun is in to wrap the game up and Vicario was outside his penalty area when he made the save but saved it with his belly and that's what he's pointing to now and it's a really good save well all's well that ends well for Liverpool today once again with Liverpool and Tottenham hbur it's a game full of incident it's a game full of drama and this time it's a game that Liverpool win it's a game that was much harder for them in the end than it could and should have been they scored four they were cruising after an hour a couple of late Tottenham goals just uh threatened to upset the uh the Liverpool smile but they they saw it through in the end Liverpool four Titan hbur two
