Then add 3Tbsp fish sauce Mix and reduce the fish sauce on high flame setting When fish sauce is reduced, you’ll see more oil coming out from the meat. Then add water enough to submerge the meat halfway. Mix thoroughly and make sure to get those toasted flavors on the pan and let it come to a boil. When it boils, set flame on low and slow cook for about 10-15min. At this point, the meat is already fully cooked. Add more water as needed if it’s reduced too much. Then add the pan fried potatoes and string beans Then set flame on low to medium and cook the potatoes 1-2min. or according to preference. Then finalize the taste by adding a bit more fish sauce or water for more broth according to preference If you add a bit more water, you could also add a bit more fish sauce according preference After finalizing the taste and amount of broth, then turn off the flame and it’s ready for serving.
