Hello. Today, I introduce an simple Chocolate Buttercream. Make delicious buttercream that is not too sweet using ingredients you have at home. 115 g granulated sugar 55 g water Please set it to medium-low heat. Never stir. Turn the pan occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat immediately after sugar has completely melted and large bubbles form. Let cool for 3-4 minutes. Sift in 28 g cocoa powder. Mix well with a hand whisk without lumps. Let the mixture cool to lukewarm. Prepare 280 g unsalted butter, soft but not too soft. The cocoa mixture has cooled to lukewarm. Pour it all over the butter. 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Beat until it becomes silky and fluffy. This frosting goes well with any dessert, including cakes, macarons, and pastries.
