alright guys so here in the shop and I'm this is going to be the intro to video I want to make this frame belongs to God but Maryland and he has been waiting on this frame for a while I've been having a few seracote issues he noticed this is a p320 frame and finally got to spray you're right everything's working right sometimes when you're working this stuff it doesn't go how it's supposed to go but anyways it's ready and I'm not handling a whole lot because it's got a finish baking but it's I mean even touch it it's no big deal anyways so here's the deal he's in Maryland so he's got this special cut here at the top for a safety and it's gonna get some lines like this on it so here's a picture he sent mmm everything within those lines will be stippled he's gonna keep the Sig logo and some kind of do a custom border there's gonna be a recessed border and everything inside those lines will be stapled and everything this will be less smooth so that's an ideal we're going with on this frame so the next thing you'll see I'll get my lines drawn out start the sanding and hope you all like how it turns out I think it's going to be pretty unique and [Music] update on the sig p320 frame last time you've seen it it was all completely circular now you can kind of see the idea of how this is going to turn out so the frame is sanded down okay you can see the undercut I left it Sarah coder did that first on purpose so what I've done to give you a walk through some tips here in case you ever wanted anything like this yourself and I didn't do the sanding and the border work on camera because the way I have to hold the frame I'll do it it's basically impossible to get on film so what I do is I take my Flex cut it's a 1/2 millimeter I wrote that on there so you don't see that so I'll take it and then get this in a shot so I cut out a border okay and then I sand it to create that recess style border I you know how the cig grip panels work so I had to take a make my own border here and then I just sand within lines you see that kind of looks rough and a little fuzzy the stippling and the flame bath will take care of all that and it'll look much cleaner after the stippling so there's a back strap then the kind of same way had to cut the border down and follow those panel lines okay same thing on the front and kind of see around the corners and edges I use the tool to cut out the border and then I sand within that same thing on the front here and it's super super tedious work staying inside those lines it's kind of nerve-wracking just to be honest but if you take your time go slow cut those borders out good and then stay within those lines because you have to sand away all your share code anyways anyway you're gonna stipple to surf code needs to be sand away so if you're doing a combo job that's what I call the Sara Cosio plant color combos so you have to sand away any seracote before you get going so that's kind of how that's done and this is going to get that Gator stipple and after I get that on there I'll show you what how she turns out so stay tuned and you'll see the finished product alright guys check it out alright so I'm running tests on how this worked out I didn't get any uneaten time-lapse or showing the stippling footage I'm pretty sure I've shown you how to Gator before but here's what you get so this is burnt bronze seracote single undercut I don't do a double undercut on these thing sig frames because they're already your hand gets a pretty high purchase in this back area against the grip and plus you don't have a ton of material to work with in there and it's nice and smooth and it's good luck it is but this front undercut it's still good your offhand still gets right a little bit higher in there so what I did like I explained earlier I cut this border in brought it up a little bit higher than normal and then so now it has this recessed action I'm trying to get in here a little bit closer so you can kind of see the part that stipple kind of sits down a little bit lower or kind of just to the inside of the part that's left Sara covers so is it a nice look nice clean finish okay up here brought the stippling around left this air smooth that's your hand comes in there it's pretty nice oh this lights helping you by the way something I'll probably worry about this cut I don't know if I mentioned earlier or not but this is going to the guy Massachusetts so they have to have this cut out for a manual safety and so the stippling comes around to the back and I don't know if you can tell this but this Gator pattern isn't erection 'el all right so it's all it's kind of going this way and the way I do that is it stippled in rows so when it comes to where stippling meets so this side of stipple the opposite direction and so when they come together it makes a nice uniform look you can kind of see there's a almost a straight line of what everything ties together looking clean my same thing happening on this side smooth in this area stippled up high in there got the nice matching angles on either side and can tell that and in the front I just stayed within that front grip panel right there kind of like on the sides left the seed logos those look really good and the burnt bronze to match the rest of the prints so guys that's pretty much it Oh got a magazine here sometimes ask me questions sometimes we get message hi e1 you stipple it and I know you use heat guns on myself does it affect way the frame functions no there's just a factor sig mag everything works as it should it'll drop right on out you're getting it so I mention some other stuff about this so alright so I know some of y'all watch that last video this store where I'm at my current shop we're closing this place out but luckily see ya like I said I still be showing you some content I've got this gun finished up about to start working on this Glock 43 X frame gonna be knocking it out tonight hopefully so there's still work to be done there's still videos gonna be made guys I appreciate y'all staying tuned I just looked at meaning I don't keep up with this a whole lot but I have almost 2000 subscribers that means 2000 dudes out there like my video was enough that they want to know when another videos come out and I think that's really cool I never expected to have that many viewers or followers or whatever and that's pretty awesome I appreciate you guys a lot it kind of makes them making the videos worthwhile just knowing that there's that many people out there that wants to either stuff so I'm glad to bring it to you I stay tuned because there's gonna be a lot more happen like I said I'm not taking in any more seracote right now I have taken in a few simple jobs some guys that say had stuff on the way before we decide to close the store yada yada yada so and plus that like I said before I got local guys send me stuff and I take care of them there's no problem that I have to worry about the shipping and all that kind of deal so anyways oh real quick I'll go run through price what something like this will cost stippling itself or the start of Circo sarah code on just a frame $65 all right the stippling the gator package is $75 recessed border is 45 which really on this frame is a super deal because there's so much that has to be recessed and it's really time consuming and tedious but it's worth it's really worth the finished product I think it looks really good especially against sarcoma I always suggest recess border on seracote I think it looks the best the other border looks great too like if you want to go HD border about a ready border those look good I'm gonna do a battle ready on this clock frame so forgot where I left off so 65 on that 75 on the stippling 45 on the recess border I charge usually like on Glocks I charge $10 to keep a Glock logo on Sig since they got to a charge of 25 plus that kind of soaks up some the cost and other recessing of the borders so for around $200 you get a totally 100% custom frame there's nobody else in the world that has a frame like this except for my man horse so there you go guys appreciate y'all tuning in hope to keep bringing you custom guns custom frames like this in the future appreciate it go serve your king all right guys I figured I might as well show you this mmm Glock 43 X frame at the end of the video check that out triple weave stippling battle-ready border okay battle readies where I'm bringing it to these points on the front on the back as you can see there that thumb ledge going on first time I've cut a film ledge on a 43 X 48 so 43 X and a 48 frame are the same I'm thinking about picking legs up for summer carry option got a double undercut yeah I can still do a double undercut even on a small frame gun such as this kept the Glock logo I love keeping logos when we got that color contrast opposite side I'd do something different right here I normally don't bring this up like this but Glock put a bunch of their information right here so I brought it up then back down it starts a little unique I like the way it turned out finger index so just another burnt bronze and black combo I think it's one of the cleanest looking color combinations for stippling and seracote on a pistol frame so just forgot to show you all that since we had this similar one going on that other video or early in the video anyways guys appreciate it have a good one
