this is the x16 oh oh and this is the X100 Stephano you got an x16 too I got the X100 6 do you got the x16 I got one too hold on I got an idea you know what they say what about the x16 about the X100 cameras film simulations yeah they're really good I've got an idea this is so dumb so we're both shooting downtown we've got all Day jpeg only film simulation only no editing we have to post the photo to Instagram you post one I post one doesn't matter what film simulation we're using whatever whatever we choose Fuji versus Fuji photo [Music] challenge recording Boll yeah yeah on the fx30 it is a nice little Cinema Camera I kind of wish Canon I kind of wish Canon had a had a similar they have the r5c it would be nice to have like a like an R7 see something with a built-in fan just saying just saying Canon it' be nice to have the one thing that I really love about the x16 or the X100 Series in general is the fixed 24 mm focal length now because it's on an apsc camera it's actually a 35 mm equivalent and if you don't know my normal lens that I shoot on is a 15 to 35 so right now we're at 15 but if I zoom in that's 35 now if you're someone who normally shoots on a uh interchangeable lens camera like the fx30 or the R5 or the Sony a74 you're probably looking at a camera like this and either you go oh I love it because it's like an everyday camera I understand it's simple it's straightforward or you're looking at it and you're like come on really like a a point- in shoot camera but when you think about it 24 mm or 35 full frame is really the perfect allaround focal length like our eye is approximately 24 35 mm and your cell phone is about 24 mm so if you only have one lens with a really great sensor on here a 40 megap sensor that you can zoom in you can crop it really is the perfect focal length for this type of [Music] camera what what what what's going on what your shot so far me yeah couple thumbnails we're working on it it's it's a little bit windy today we're going to we're going to get there we'll get some nice photos are you uh are you cold there how about you you show us the brevity bag holy man look at that this guy's all uh this guy's all matching I've got like Earth Tones look at that all blue everything that's all that's all except everything that's all blue headphones tag Apple he's going to get going to hold it going to get a brand new going to hold like this cover them look at these guys doing a photo shoot out here hold on hold on hold on hold on I got to get the I got to get the photo too so I'm holding your camera what's this guy doing man right on the uh here we're looking back I think camera out he thinks he's sick look at him I'm sick oh this film simulation got this arcx model over here I'm I'm underexposed I got that negative exposure see this this little dial here is not for is you can't zoom that close the big dial is shutter so right now I've got auto shutter when I push it and pull it it goes into ISO so I've got it just like the lowest setting 120 I think I'll just keep it at 200 shutter button half press to uh Focus so one thing that people don't realize that's different with Fuji cameras is that you don't have a shutter priority mode you don't have an aperture priority mode basically what you do is if you wanted to control the shutter you could put your aperture so the aperture ring which is which is right here I can put the aperture into Auto so a the red red A is for auto put the iso into Auto and then I would be controlling my shutter so I would be in shutter priority so anything you don't want to control you put in Auto the things you do want to control you control manually so kind of kind of interesting but let's uh let's shoot this one where's the xt5 or xt4 I don't know want this guy he's a Fuji shooter out of all of us Taha knows the most about Fuji he should be shooting with the X100 6 not us what's the Vibe Taha what's the vibe what's the vibe hipster okay F2 ISO 200 it's like a nice kind of environmental Street portrait that security guard I thought he's going to kick us out I mean we're on the street he not going to kick us out you thinks he uh he thinks he got one oh my b side there we got the custom film simulation I made the polarizer is not working oh sorry you can't see it I'll put up on screen now it's a nice photo what is with this pig oh my gosh we just it's okay it's safe look at this guy though look at him street photography right here he got bleached someone dunked him actually looks [Music] good what are what are you doing trying to hit that street photography shot so this is what we call uh in the basketball world the the no look at that just some random people on the street I'll put it into demonstration look at this hold on let's see let's see what he [Music] does p the face remember you got to post the photo by the end of today it'll be that street sign okay well these guys are just being Goofs I don't know what they're doing over there but I'm going to try something so on the other side of the street here there's this Alleyway with a smoke and I'm going to wait till someone walks by and do a 35 mm 24 mm shot on this guy and hopefully line it up what's going on here in my video stepan was like you know like when you're in New York and you look up you're like oh wow all the big so Stephan like takes a photo he's like I knew he was recording and I went oh no and all the skyscrapers oh no okay I'm going to try one from this side looking the other way I don't know thinking someone like right like that right like there these guys don't think [Music] so well I don't think I quite got the shot I nailed mine so I don't know anon's got to get a good one though Stephano got this shot where the uh the the bus is going by and there's a person by and ideally when you're doing street photography and you're trying to get a photo like of someone you want their legs to kind of be in like like a walking formation you don't want them to be together otherwise it kind of looks boring oh and uh battery has run out so we are charging via USB also uh you can't see it but the uh power bank is in my backpack cuz I've got the shimoda bag it actually has a port on the side of it where you can just run the USB cable and then it's just kind of kind of dangling there kind of convenient going get Link in the description [Music] right there what is going on here I don't know one more photo spot this we got to line it up right right Stephano hey that's the shot you know the shot of course leading lines right there wow you're a pro obviously I had no idea the more you know I was trying to take a nice photo but this guy got in the way listen when it comes to Street photography you miss 100% of the shots you don't take you just need to take shots tah he means well but sometimes his advice is [Music] just he just got uh Super Lucky eaten Center Bridge they closed behind us and so we we have to leave now but uh no one's coming so we just got to take a bunch of cool epic photos those ones turned out really good okay one more photo because the uh Sun is setting down the street and it's nice and diffused and we have these red pillars here so Taha take a seat I'm going to shoot you right there what ready you ready for this we're ready this is going to be the one maybe that I post we'll see we're ready all right tah lean lean over a little bit like like like like oh the skin tone are popping right now oh here we go nice nice hard negative chroma Chrome negative the hard tonality natural frames in there this is your last chance sir I already got the photo I wanted you okay I got it after the first hour the security guard is loving this right now are you going to post are you going to be part of this challenge I will I think I got my best photo today I know what I want holy man yo let's see oh we can't see put it on screen right now right here I think this one's better okay so there's this one by himself but there's also this one the whole Squad oh wow that's actually sick a bunch of people walked by and saw that we were shooting and they're like take my photo and I told the guy I said look you don't know where it's going to end up cuz it'll probably end up in a YouTube video and technically you should get people's permission if you're going to use it in a YouTube video so the challenge we have right now is that I think we took more than one good photo each so we are going to post them all we got some really good ones and I want to show them so if you want to see the photos check out Instagram we'll put them at the end of the video but uh thanks for watching and uh as we always say what do we what do we do thank you as we say at the end of the video as always get out go shoot photos and go shoot [Music] photos I don't [Music] know just
