hello and welcome back here in the sheet metal workshop fabrication and today I'm going to show how to make a square two round old-school way as you can see I made it from aluminium and right now sizes so we have here squares equal so 200 millimeter 170 is the height and we have here a diameter of 16 160 millimeter so here I'm gonna write 200 117 and here we got a diameter of 160 ok then let's start so first what we are going to do because here we have an half when you look from here we're gonna use this half so this is the middle 100-200 so this piece of metal is already by 200 so now I'm gonna give him here a hundred millimeter because this is the old school way we're gonna make a metal and then bend it and do the rolling the rolling stuff they're rolling the metal to get the template okay now we have said height of 177 okay 200 we have 160 diameter gives us an 18 millimeter radius okay I hope you can see it and now I'm just gonna connect here with the edge here what your cutting line is yeah okay the next thing what I'm going to do is I'm gonna cut it out you can cut it out by hand or I'm using here this machine for it okay now we have this metal and the next thing what in what we're going to do we gonna bend this side and this side up for a ninety degree here and a ninety degree over there so here we got 117 this is the diameter of 116 here we have 200 when this is the half is hundred okay so now we have it I think it's pretty good so now we're having now that we have this metal and thus this should be the half of this side so we can do it on different ways you can put oil on this complete and then put it on the metal and roll it then you see thin line from the oil and then you can cut it out or you can do it with a marker okay let's do it so I'm gonna start from here I'm going to check this again you should also be reminded of okay now we have Prez what I do is I put first the first line and on the other side I just mark it wrong I'm gonna roll it and do the second line and here they're where the circle is in the middle I just give them also a little point just a marker to get back and now this one here also from the outside okay now I'm gonna finish can see it from this side so I've got that side I've got I'm gonna slowly and you check it there so clean cuts on the line and now the next okay this is what we have the next thing what I'm going to do is I have to find exactly the middle part so let's then take your divisor then just okay it's the middle point from that point [Music] and here now the rest here you can hear you can do it just the market okay so now I'm gonna cut it out [Music] a little bit those changes just a little bit so now I have only one half so I can use this as a as a template or I'm just gonna use it straight away but I need another half so normally give here allowance for ass wage under but I'm not going to do that now this time so just gonna give in here normally you should use a thinner marker so now I'm gonna cut so this is the other one and the same you can always 200 you're not sure so now here I'm gonna on this one I forgot so now we're gonna bend it so this is so that's the other half and now we're gonna flip it okay as you can see square the round is made maybe a little bit help edges here maybe small got a form but this should be it so we have here hundred 1660 well that was the square to round and I hope you enjoyed this video that was useful you also can do the same system with a circle down so you can make one sided reducer reducer offset or from the middle normal reducer it's the same same system okay well I hope this video was okayed for somebody
