They both sound great, but...
What is this? These are two of the biggest pop acts right now and this is what they come up with? I’m whelmed. The song might be a grower but it’s kind of boring on a first listen, and the video is... well there’s nothing to it. Starts off with some Teen Wolf vibes, but then they just stay on that platform (ha, pedestal, get it?) the entire time.
I expected a bit more.

This video is so boring
I really like this song! I think Shawn and Justin actually sound great together. I LOVE this new direction Shawn is going and I am actually looking forward to his album and will listen to it when it drops. I think Justin ate Shawn up on the singing (esp on the chorus), but Shawn had better harmonies. I really liked Justin's flow on his solo verse and his melodies on the pre chorus is so catchy esp that "gOOooo".
Also I really like how they're stories are so similar with becoming a pop star from going viral! Crazy to see Shawn go from vine (I used to follow him when he just started out) to collab'ing with Justin (where he came from YT, I remember when he went viral too!)
This is completely irrelevant to the song but did Justin lose a lot of weight because his nose's side profile is slightly stronger than I can remember IDK if it is bc it is very shadow-y/low light
It's a little disappointing to have them finally collab for it to be this bland. And this video isn't really helping... always nice to see Shawn in a tight shirt tho
The director said they filmed this whole video in one continuous shot which is confusing to me
