SETTING UP XBOX ONE KINECT FOR FULL BODY TRACKING!!! USING AMETHYST AND OWOTRACK VRCHAT

hello you know why you're here you want to use an Xbox One Connect on Amethyst right I'm going to teach you how to use o track on Amethyst as well so you get better waste movement cuz the waste Movement by itself is slow as [ __ ] so ditch that go on Microsoft Edge okay this is a random Channel because it's on there you go on your search bar you type up connect SDK look at that read it all right read that [ __ ] and then put Xbox one all right Xbox one and it will be the one made by Microsoft so it's 2.0 click that there you are cool hit download say it's installed all right we've got it installed Coolio we go on file explorer downloads open that [ __ ] look at all this yeah yeah SC scroll through it read through all you want I've read through already agree install this is basically going to get your Xbox One Connect to work with Windows cuz it won't work otherwise all right and I'm assuming you've bought an adapter if you haven't bought an adapter click off the video and look for an adapter for The Connect so it can plug into your computer that's the first step probably should have said that start but it doesn't [ __ ] matter right is that done processing I'm not going to cut out any of this video by the way I'm just going to keep chatting bollocks until everything is downloaded processing connect for drivers yeah that mhm that's how you read it connect for Windows drivers there you go that's better right is it done has it done still setting up it's processing maybe I will have to skip all right okay we're going to skip until this is fixed oh no we don't okay you have successfully installed the connect for Windows SDK lovely close right now you've got the SDK you need the software so you need amethyst so go down to your window search bar and type in Microsoft store and open that [ __ ] once it's open don't look at the fat man eating whatever the [ __ ] oh he's holding a gold coin with the chef's hat okay go on the search bar I've already got it written there already but we're going to type it anyway amethyst search that up and you should see this little one here this this one this should be like a little skeleton here you click that [ __ ] all right you install that [ __ ] you wait for that [ __ ] there there you go right we've got it um it might be also best to launch it on Microsoft store so I'm going to go back to that [ __ ] real quick and click open now this is going to be super scuffed but you should get this welcome to Amethyst by K2 VR team continue restarts administrator brilliant yes welcome to Amethyst all right okay now you can pick between what the [ __ ] you want to use so I'm using the connect Xbox one here if you're using the 360 you should have not downloaded the sdk2 you should have got the earlier version but if you are using an Xbox One Connect click on this [ __ ] and then hit next uh it depends what you want to use it for as well I use it for steam VR cuz steam VR is just better CU it is um next open VR Drive I installed successfully by the way it's a free software don't worry about it that's installed Beauty next right have fun yeah yay start amethyst and as you can see I I'm just going to skip the tutorial skip the tutorial it's not worth it I will tell I will go through everything that you need to know but on the H skeleton click Force preview all right and then if it's not getting your skeleton for whatever the [ __ ] reason go to devices go to Xbox One Connect and hit refresh trust me don't restart the software cuz if you do that now it's picking me up as you can see it's picking me up and it's great you don't have to worry about connecting trackers yet because you do that [ __ ] while in Steam VR all right so you've got some settings here and we will go through these settings later which I will I will fill you in on these settings but tick the knees you need KNE knees put them on put knees on knees are useful turn this [ __ ] off as well cuz this is useless you want you're only going to be looking in One Direction when you're using the connect this is useless cuz if you try and look behind you your skeleton just flicks the other way around and it's not happy times uh it can get a bit annoying I turn it off because I don't like it I don't know why but you got your three options Xbox One Connect you don't have to do [ __ ] all with that OO track this is good this is what you need to use as your waist I will show you all right what I'm going to do now is I'm going to load up steam VR that's my crippled body there yep it it tracks okay as you can see it kind of [ __ ] up I'm going to show you what it's like without the OO track waste and then I'm going to show you what it's like with the OO track race waste okay we're going to see if steam VR works on the headset first I'm just going to pick up my headset and hopefully hopefully it's still connected all right and then I can run you through it yeah absolutely brilliant okay right so as you can see we have amethyst up we've got steam VR because it just boots steam VR by default click this little thing here which says connect trackers and you'll notice somewhere in your steam VR World trackers will appear now the calibration for this is very simple all you got to do is look all right so you click calibrate all right you've got automatic or manual I will show you how to do this the best way I can all right automatic if you click this you you got this little thing that pulls up and it says capture points three people say it's good to get more um capture points but I only use three because I don't really care cuz I don't like calibrating it for half an hour so I just put it on three and it works pretty much every time and it calibrates fine so what you're going to see my body do here is move in very different places um firstly I need to untangle my wire from my chair there you go brilliant right now can you see my little skeleton you can yes cool brilliant right what we need to do now is just hit calibrate and I'm going to Stand Here let that countown and I'll let it count down again then as soon as it's captured that position you move to another one and basically just it'll just keep going three times so that's captured move to another one okay jobs are good it's captured my points and in Steam VR my trackers aligned up which is a bonus I'm I'm going to load up VR chat and I'm going to show you what it's like so there's going to be a slight cut I'm sorry guys hello after the cut hopefully you're still here right so when you're in VR chat you will open up your quick menu and you'll have a look at your quick actions there should be a new Option where seated mode normally is and it would say calibrate fbt like you've got the proper [ __ ] but you don't cuz you're broke and I'm broke and we're using this so you calibrate you calibrate right you see what I'm doing here you see look I'm moving my legs here you see my legs moving cool you can see so I calibrate with this avar right and I hit the top trigger and then it calibrates all right so now if I were to move my legs I can move my legs any it works just right you know what I mean you can move your feet you can do that you know you can [ __ ] do like some danc and [ __ ] like this because why not because now you've got cheap man's fbt but the problem is with this right is if I move side to side real fast you can see that the waste is real slow so and that is what um uh OO track is for it's for your waste it's supposed to make it go faster all right I'm going to show you this and I'm going to show you how to calibrate it the best way I can so we're going to get some Camera Action skills here all right we're going to do another cut I'll be back okay hello hello so we've got this [ __ ] up now which is the tracking okay this works now how do you get the thing set up on your phone to make an oot track how do you set up oot track so go to devices you've got oot track you've got the server it's already there so if you hit the refresh button it will start the server that's all you need to know first of all and then with your phone not flexing that's a phone that's my phone this is Android it works better with Android trust me don't use iPhone it's [ __ ] um go on your Android phone and download something called OO track you want you can search it up to find what the image looks like but I'm sure I'll put an image up so you go on it and you get greeted by [ __ ] all this bollocks about uh magnetometer rotational sensor and then you've got [ __ ] enter IP and port and contact all this bollocks so it should be already on there I mean my IP is on there which I'm going to cover uh which is fun cuz I didn't realize that but you've got your connection port and your your local IP it says it already on there make sure to disable your public firewall as well else it will not work all right disable your public firewall on your Windows Defender and then it'll work trust me I don't know why it's not a virus trust me it's a bit dodgy but it won't work otherwise right it's working it's working right put your strap thing on it's always good to have one of these all right that's mrap it's a makeshift GoPro thing it works all right I'm going to show you how to calibrate this thing so you go in you go in VR for a start that's what you need to do so you've got this bastard how the [ __ ] do you calibrate it well you connect your phone to it first so I'm going to connect my phone which it's already connected how do you do this you connect your phone it's already connected didn't know if you heard that so the way to calibrate this is you calibrate forward you hold your phone there you have it facing your connect you click calibrate forward and you wait for that to finish whatever it's doing I don't know what it's doing but it's doing something and then uh what you do is you put it wherever the [ __ ] you want it so I'm going to put it in my little waist thing right there and I'm going to put the calibrate down on and I'm just going to stand in a normal position while it figures that [ __ ] out and it'll figure it out it's figured it out right important thing set it as override go to Wast and feet set that as joint spring waste now this thing is my [ __ ] waste and it's on the piss so we're going to have to recalibrate again lovely it's very dodgy but it works all right when it works it works and trust me at the end of the video you will see that it works please stay yes I am staying and then mostly every time when you calibrate something different you've also got to calibrate the connect as well so I've Got to Now recalibrate this [ __ ] again so I got to stand here wait for that [ __ ] to go right that's captured one position stand in the other position it's all good fun it's a lot of fuff but when you're in it it works so you stand here it works it's there okay right now you've done that make sure to recalibrate you have recalibrated I did recalibrate now I'm some woman I want to be a robot let me be the robot please first okay right now I am robot man again and I will grab this and oh [ __ ] and then look waist a lot faster look at the movements the movements are a lot more smoother a lot faster and you can like bow and [ __ ] which you can't do with the normal waste tracker you can like I don't know do whatever like this you could do stuff like that you can hop side to side now that's if your waist tracker doesn't fall on the floor but I mean you saw from that little sketch it works when your track is not on the floor it's pretty good I I guarantee you try it if you're poor and you can't afford slime trackers revive thing trust me it's it's easy this is just a setup this is not how to get
